On the contrary, we can also say that Hamlet is rude and selfish for he did not think twice before his revenge . if (Capitalize "If" since it is the beginning word of the sentence.)a country has no king, how can a country keep alive (You need a question mark here since it is a question.) So, every thing has two sides, the bright side and adumbral side. Every time we make a decision we have to think twice.Comment:Be careful with your spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Too many uncessary mistakes. It is good that you looked at both the dark and bright sides of Hamlet. Thats quite objective and convincing.英语作文读后感篇2Today, I read the "beauty and the beast" of this fairy tale, was touched. The story is once upon a time there was a prince, he neither kind and lack of compassion. 小学生英语读后感篇一Notice: This was the companion piece of The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, and also the continuation.Although it could be said that this book was the continuation, still,it started a whole new story of Huck.Basic Information:Huck: A real friend of Tom SawyerJim: A nigger (forgive me, though the word was offensive, it was the word which went through the whole book) who felt discontent of the Widow, and ran away to seek freedom. The King: A swindler who claimed to be a king, and went along with Huck and Jim to cheat money. The duke: Also a cheater, who went alongside with the king.Mr. and Mrs. Phelps: Tom Sawyer’s relatives. While Huck was being raised by the Widow, Miss Watson, he found his father sitting in his room, and he was being brought away. There, the true adventures began…While Huck’s father left Huck for three days, he ran away, and got to the island of Jacksonville, which he was familiar to. However, the second night, he met Jim! While he found out, Jim was sound asleep. Jim was being shocked to death when he found out that Huck was there too (you know, Jim was also a run-away, so he was also scared that someone would find him). Then they were together, and got elsewhere. They slept at day, and took actions at night. One day, they evidently met the king and the duke. Actually, I have been foolish enough to believe that they were actually a king and a duke! To tell the truth, they were just a couple of cheaters. But then, they went along with Huck and Jim, and while they claimed that they were the royals, they were being treated in a good way (which I hated). On the way, the king and the duke cheated a pretty lot of money. I could say that they nearly gained a thousand dollars. Then they pretended to be the brothers in a family who had a large amount of money. However, they were being discovered, and they ran away as soon as they could. While the days went by, Huck was beginning to show detesting in the duke and the king, and he ran away from them when he sought a chance. However, he found out that Jim was gone! Soon, the two caught up, and the duke told him where to go. And this was the last time ever that Huck should see these two fellows. What was the most amusing thing was that, in the end, he met Tom again in Tom’s uncle’s house! Mr. and Mrs. Phelps were waiting for Tom for a very long time, and when they found a boy standing over their (Huck, of course), they were so overexcited that they thought Huck was Tom! Huck found himself in a real depressed situation: if Tom came, how was he ever going to explain it all? He decided to go looking for Tom.When Tom found out that Huck was in front of him, he was surprised that Huck was still alive (because when Huck was lost, all of the people in town thought that Huck was already killed)! Tom was naturally a smart boy, and he came up with a way. He made himself Sid, the brother of Tom, and was also greeted by the Phelps.Of course, Jim was locked up, and Tom promised Huck to save him. They let Jim do a lot of things, such as taking a rattlesnake as a pet, and also watering a tiny plant with his tears (trust me, I never had no idea what it was about). Finally when, they made all of the efforts to save Jim, they found that in Miss Watson (she was Jim’s hostess)’s will, she already set free to Jim!小学生英语读后感篇二Today, I finished reading the bronze sunflower.Bronze is a good and obedient boy. The most important thing is to look up to yourself.Donkey, to any person, is a only know things of livestock, tearing throat call every day, also don#39;t know how bad his voice, especially those old donkey, also useless, can kill stew to eat.Who would have thought that even a donkey would teach people. One day, a farmer#39;s donkey fell into a dry well, and the farmer tried to find a way to rescue the donkey, but a few hours later, the donkey was crying in the dry well.In the end, the farmer decided to give up, and he thought that the donkey was too old to be able to get it out.But anyway, the well has to be filled in.Then the farmer asked the neighbor to help him bury his respected donkey, so that he could not suffer. The farmer#39;s neighbors began to shovel the soil into the dry well. When the donkey learned about his situation, he began to cry miserably and had a cold wife. But, to his surprise, the donkey quieted down after a while. The farmer#39;s curious probe looked into the well and was startled to see what he saw. When the soil that was shoveled into the well landed on the donkey, all the soil fell to the bottom of the well and then stood on it.Soon the donkey ran away in surprise! This is a very interesting story, the end of the story is surprising, however, has told us a useful lesson: life must be through the upstream to towards a higher level, the most important thing is always respect yourself. As the donkey trapped in the bottom of the well, during thejourney of life, sometimes we fall into the dry well, and then all kinds of silt return to get out of these dry Wells, we would shake off the mud and stand on it!小学生英语读后感篇四As a fact, I found out that this book, the Code Talker was rather easy for me to read, either about the comprehensions, or about the vocabularies. I suggest that people, who had lower English skills, were able to read this book. Overall, although I seemed to show passion in it, I found that there were no clear stories, and most of them seemed a bit even boring to me.On the background of World War II, the author used the first person pronoun to write this book. The major plot was about the Navajos, a large tribe of Indians in America, chosen to join the Marines, to defeat the Japanese. The protagonist, Kii Yazhi (pretty strange name, isn’t it?), was born in an ordinary Navajo family. At the year of seven, Yazhi began to realize that his parents were determined to send him to school. At that time, Navajos were being despised by the Americans, and the Americans believed that the Navajos were taking lower levels than they did. Later on, the Americans could not stand the uneducated Navajos, so they set up schools for them. Most of the Navajos were finishing their courses at the end of the elementary school. Then they were already graduated, however, because Yazhi did well in the courses, and he was always the best in every way, he was allowed to enter the middle school. You know, as I said above, few of the Navajos were permitted to go on after elementary school, and because Yazhi was entering middle school, that meant he could do something different…Before, when Yazhi was in the elementary school, he showed affection in geography, and he kept doing very well in the exams. When he was in the middle school, he was also the best. Although it was my own opinion, I suggested that this helped Yazhi to enter the Marines, and affected him totally.A matter of time passed, and Yazhi know that the school was recruiting members for the Marines. However, he was only in the year of fifteen, and the deadline was seventeen. Still, at that time, none of the Navajos had any Birth Certificates, and the only proves were from the parents’ mouth (maybe the policy was unsuccessful). So then, Yazhi went for his parents, and asked if they could say he was seventeen years old, when the committee came and asked for his age. Beyond the expectations of Yazhi, his parents refused to do so, and asking him to wait till another year came. They claimed that he was still too young to fight for his country. Finally, the day came for Yazhi to depart. Of course, his parents were unwilling to do so, but they agreed with Yazhi. There was a ceremony, and it started from the morning, and ended in midnight. Yazhi was excited, but also a bit fearful about his future.(I chose to abbreviate the fights, mainly because of that I found it not appealing, and I hope you can forgive me). When finally Yazhi arrived back home, he found out that he was still being treated the same as years before- being despised by white people. However, he met with his relatives again, and he was happy.小学生英语读后感篇五Thoughts given by Sherlock Holmes and the Duke’s SonWritten in the first chapter of the book Pride and Prejudice is an extraordinary sentence ofwhich even a person who has had only a brief look upon the book will not fail to receive a deep impression-It is a truth universally acknowledged that a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife. In terms of Sherlock Holmes, we’d better alter the sentence into “It is a fact universally accepted by readers throughout the world that an excellent book in possession of our famous detective Sherlock Holmes is undoubtedly a masterpiece of all times.” Perhaps this is one of the most obvious explanations for the unrivaled popularity of “Holmes series” in the field of detective stories. Overwhelmed by the recommendations provided by my friends, I decided to take a look on this Sherlock Holmes and the Duke’s Son originally published by Oxford University Press. As a whole, this book is about a case concerning the Duke’s missing son. Arthur, the Duke’s son, was found out in a certain morning to have disappeared, accompanied with which was also the disappearance of the German teacher. The school master Dr. Huxtable then turned to the famous detective of the time Sherlock Holmes for help. Realizing how tough and important the case is, Holmes immediately made up his mind to accept the case and followed Dr. Huxtable back to Mackleton by train. Having formed a rough idea about the whole matter, Holmes probed into the case immediately and had a careful investigation of the entire area shortly after the arrival, during the process of which he discovered the body of the German teacher Heidegger. Finally, primarily due to his prominent ability as a detective, he managed to unravel the mystery and obtained the twelve thousand pounds promised by the Duke.Having once started reading this fiction, I was completely immersed in the mysterious story presented by the book. As the saying goes, “Well begun, half done”。

英语读后感范文大全(10篇)篇1:英语读后感范文大全Jane Eyre is a portrait of Charlotte Bronte's poetic life. It is a work with autobiographical color. It tells a story of an English woman who has become an orphan since childhood. She always pursues freedom and dignity in all kinds of hardships, insists on herself, and finally gets happiness. From this we can see that the frustrations and pains of life are clouds. Persistence is the key. Victory lies not in the result, but in the spirit. Like Charlotte and Jane Eyre, there is the mental quality of perseverance and struggle against pain. Gain strength, raise self. Let yourself have the courage to open up. Be bold in making progress. Go up the higher steps.Jane Eyre, the heroine, was a pure and thoughtful woman. She lived in the bottom of society and suffered all kinds of hardships. But she has a stubborn personality and the courage to pursue equality and happiness. With rich lyrical writing and deep and delicate psychological description, the novel exhibits fascinating and tortuous love experiences of the hero and heroine, and celebrates the freedom from all old customs and prejudices. On the basis of mutual understanding and mutual respect is rooted in the deep love, with a strong shock of the mind force. The most successful thing is to create a woman who dares to resist and dare to strive for freedom and peace. The parents died of typhoid fever and died one month later. The young Jane Eyre was raised at the uncle's parents' house. Uncle Mr. Reed died in the red house after Jane loved XX times subjected to discrimination and abuse of life. On one occasion, Jane was locked up in the red house because of his cousin's assault. Physical pain and spiritual humiliation and fear caused her to suffer a serious illness. The trials of thousands of setbacks have created our persistent character, forged our strong will, trained our excellent skills and paved the way for our success. In the setback, we save a little bit of strength, step by step towards brilliant. Let us full of "fate by the throat" of the lofty sentiments and aspirations! Challengesetbacks and overcome setbacks! The confusion was going on, the rebellion was on, the search was taking place, and Jane and Mrs. finally walked into the church school under the bullying of Mrs. Reed and John. But the pain is there, there are many essential things, there are many hidden in the undercurrent of life still need to face the pain. The plight of life, the departure of a good friend, and the public denunciation from Mr. Blok Hester all made her feel the foul air and the pain of the heart in the confused life. Life was at last a progress, and God was a little merciful. In the church school, two years of teacher life was probably a calm backwater for jane. However, in not cheerful, quiet life, but permeated with her strong sense of loneliness and fear, she needs is in the real life of confusion in the free and run, free, cheerful and love.A strong, simple, rigid and flexible, independent, aggressive woman. She was humble and homely, but she didn't feel inferior. Her contempt for the arrogance of power, laugh at their stupidity, show of self-reliance and good ideal personality. She has a tenacious vitality, never bow to fate.Once saw a sentence in a certain place: "where the heart is, Su Li in the past, life is like a journey, a reed in the air." Jane's life is like a lonely boat, walking in the boundless tempestuous waves, with her strong defeated fate, to win their own sky!篇2:英语读后感范文大全I gave the rice to the mother. Sitting on the seat of a bus she couldn’t help feeling exciting at the sight of the metropolis’ spectacle. She was impressed deeply by large crowd on the avenue the spacious square or tall buildings. Far more different from other heroines Carrie was not a plain pure angel like Snow-white nor was she brave enough to be a heroine of revolutionist or even a reformer nor was she so clever as to be a successful career woman who start from scratch. What attracted her most after her entering this huge metropolis was the incredible fineries fashion shoes smart handbags displaying in the shop windows the jewellerys shining brightly behind the glass. She dreamed that one day she could wear all of these jogging gracefully into the most luxurious hotel with focused sights of admiration. And this was not merely a dream. Because she had large eyes which can earn others’ sympathy even love. She had wonderful figure which can win others’ hearts. However anything she got anywhere she reached had not come from her ambition.Things happened and then she accepted. That’s what she had just done ? just to accept willingly from the bottom of her heart. She was not at all an evil woman who would give anything for the fortune or fame. However she would give uo something for a better life when her instinct defeated her intellect. That was Carrie a girl had her own desire a human being just like many others in the realistic world. There’s one sentence written in chapter VIII:” When this jangle of free-will instinct shall have been adjusted when perfect understanding has given the former the power to replace the latter entirely man will no longer vary.” However how many people can go that further.篇7:英语读后感范文大全On Sister Carrie Carrie was such an ordinary rural girl at the beginning of the story. However she would give uo something for a better life when her instinct defeated her intellect. That was Carrie a girl had her own desire a human being just like many others in the realistic world. There’s one sentence written in chapter VIII:” When this jangle of free-will instinct shall have been adjusted when perfect understanding has given the former the power to replace the latter entirely man will no longer vary.” However how many people can go that further.篇8:英语读后感范文大全Oliver Twist, one of the most famous works of Charles Dickens’, is a novel reflecting the tragic fact of the life in Britain in 18th century. The author who himself was born in a poor family wrote this novel in his twenties with a view to reveal the ugly masks of those cruel criminals and to expose the horrorand violence hidden underneath the narrow and dirty streets in London. The hero of this novel was Oliver Twist, an orphan, who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime. He suffered enormous pain, such as hunger, thirst, beating and abuse. While reading the tragic experiences of the little Oliver, I was shocked by his sufferings. I felt for the poor boy, but at the same time I detested the evil Fagin and the brutal Bill. To my relief, as was written in all the best stories, the goodness eventually conquered devil and Oliver lived a happy life in the end. One of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft, little Oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of Mrs. Maylie and Rose and began a new life. He went for walks with them, or Rose read to him, and he worked hard at his lessons. He felt as if he had left behind forever the world of crime and hardship and poverty. How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implie.篇9:英语读后感范文大全"I can't how could I see here." "I was angry,do you think I don't have any feelings?Do you think it is all right to say anything at all to me.Because I'm not rich or beatuiful. If I were not plain,I would make it.It is difficult for you to leave me,just as it is difficult for me to leave you."I was so suprised when I looked this sentences,I felt strong power from Jane.I heard of Jane's heart was broken. She was so sad I thought. This book is good because the sentences are all shake me.I like this book.In her childhood, she sufferd from aunt's bully. She was very unhappy. But she has been very strong all the time. She never flinched from facing up to all the trouble. She always keep a kind heart.Jane said:"The more lonely, the more I don't have friends, the more I feel all alone in the world, the more I need to build my self-esteem."I think everyone admires her strength of charater and deteimination. It will effects every every reader in the future. The book of Jane Eyre will dazzling forever.篇10:英语读后感范文大全This story’s name is “The little prince”. As it known to all, we will encounter a lot of difficulties, even hardships. Different people may have different ways to deal with them. After reading The Little Princess, I am deeply impressed by Sara’s way to deal with difficulties. The Little Princess was written by Frances Hodgson Burnett, a famous novelist and dramatist. Sara, the heroine of the novel, was born in a rich family. In order to get a better education, her father took her from India to London so that she could go to the best school. Because Sara was kind-hearted,generous and most of all—rich, she was loved by everyone. All went well until her father died in an accident. Everything changed pletely. She didn’t understand why the teachers and classmates treated her so badly. Even the principal who used to be fond of her, made her work 16 hours a day. Sara’s miserable life began. When I finished reading the book, I was shocked by what the unimaginable pain Sara had suffered after her fa ther’s death. She used to be a happy, worriless, and rich Princess, but now she was a lonely and poor servant. She had to work very hard without any rest but only had little food. Besides she had to endure the unfriendly and even rude ways that her classmates treated her. All teachers and students in the school looked down upon her. The most important fact is that Sara had lost the love and care of her parents. What a mighty pain! If you were Sara, could you stand such pain? Needless to say, an 11 years old girl, even if it were an adult, he might not put up with it. But to my surprise, Sara faced it bravely.Despite of the torture of the principal and all those pressures above, she still was optimistic towards life. By reading this novel, I felt inspired and think much. When we meet such difficulties, what should we do? Some people always plain that the fate is unfair to them. Some people can’t sustain the hardships and choose to give up. Few of them even try to mit because they lack the courage to overe it. Compared with Sara—an eleven years old girl who can treat the pressure of life with optimistic spirit, these people’s performances are sounded so lamentable. Why can’t they make it?However, what impress me most are her characteristics and the thoughtof her “being a real princess.” This “real princess” does not mean luxury palaces, beautiful clothes and the apple of the others’ eyes, but being kind, generous and having good manners. It is unnecessary for “a real princess” to be strong in body, but she must be strong in will. Sara is a real princess in my heart all the time, whether she was rich and wore beautiful clothes in the classroom or she was cold and hungry in the attic, just because she had the good characters and kind heart. The story went on. Fortunately, a friend of Sara’s father found her and told her that her father left a great sum of money to her. I pray and believe that every good person in the world deserve a good result, and of course, we are the same.。

Why cant we think of others as simple?"Gullivers travels" tells me that we should live a pure life, not because of the cruelty of society, and suffer from "suspicious disease", lose the most real self.
读后感英文(通用4篇)英文读后感范文模板篇一many people simply regard pride and prejudice as a love story, but in my opinion, this book is an illustration of the society at that time. she perfectly reflected the relation between money and marriage at her time and gave the people in her works vivid characters.the characters have their own personalities. mrs. bennet is a woman who makes great efforts to marry off her daughters. mr. bingley is a friendly young man, but his friend, mr. darcy, is a very proud man who seems to always feel superior. even the five daughters in bennet family are very different. jane is simple, innocent and never speaks evil of others. elizabeth is a clever girl who always has her own opinion. mary likes reading classic books. (actually she is a pedant.) kitty doesn’t have her own opinion but likes to follow her sister, lydia. lydia is a girl who follows exotic things, handsome man, and is somehow a little profligate. when i read the book, i can always find the same personalities in the society now. that is why i think this book is indeed the representative of the society in britain in the 18th century.the family of gentleman in the countryside is jane austen’s favourite topic. but this little topic can reflect big problems. it concludes the stratum situation and economic relationships in britain in her century. you can find these from the very beginning of this book.the first sentence in this book is impressive. it reads: “it is a truth well known to all the world that an unmarried man in possession of a large fortune must be in need of a wife”。

英文读后感1This story’s name is “The little prince”。
As it known to all, we will encounter a lot of difficulties, even hardships. Different people may have different ways to deal with them. After reading The Little Princess, I am deeply impressed by Sara’s way to deal with difficulties. The Little Princess was written by Frances Hodgson Burnett, a famous novelist and dramatist. Sara, the heroine of the novel, was born in a rich family. In order to get a better education, her father took her from India to London so that she could go to the best school. Because Sara was kind-hearted, generous and most of all—rich, she was loved by everyone. All went well until her father died in an accident. Everything changed completely. She didn’t understand why the teachers and classmates treated her so badly. Even the principal who used to be fond of her, made her work 16 hours a day. Sara’s miserable life began. When I finished reading the book, I was shocked by what the unimaginable pain Sara had suffered after her father’s death. Needless to say,an 11 years old girl, even if it were an adult, he might not put up with it. But to my surprise, Sara faced it bravely.Despite of the torture of the principal and all those pressures above, she still was optimistic towards life. By reading this novel, I felt inspired and think much. When we meet such difficulties, what should we do? Some people always complain that the fate is unfair to them. Some people can’t sustain the hardships and choose to give up. Few of them even try to commit suicide because they lack the courage to overcome it. Compared with Sara—an eleven years old girl who can treat the pressure of life with optimistic spirit, these people’s performances are sounded so lamentable. Why can’t they make it?However, what impress me most are her characteristics and the thought of her “being a real princess.” This “real princess” does not mean luxury palaces, beautiful clothes and the apple of the others’ eyes, but being kind, generous and having good manners. I pray and believe that every good person in the world deserve a good result, and of course, we are the same.英文读后感2I don’t know for sure whether it is the cold or the movie that kept me tossing and turning in bed, but one thing is certain: many scattered fragments of the movie again and again flashedin my mind. My cell phone read 4:16 am at that time, but I was not sleepy at all. So I decided to get up and write something."The Pursuit of Happyness" -- the title comes from a misspelled schoolhouse mural -- has a lot on its mind but mostly this: If America is about the promise of bettering oneself, why does it have to be so freaking hard? In the movie, Jefferson's Declaration of Independence words about happiness kept recurring to Chris Gardner. Every day, Christ had to work hard from morning till night, but still could hardly make a living. Chris saw a bunch of suits, mostly male, pouring out of the Dean Witter Reynolds brokerage firm in downtown San Francisco. They all looked “happy,” “Why not me? “ Christ wondered. He did have an adorable boy, Christopher, but wife Linda was becoming a scarecrow of overworked anxiety. Finally, his wife left Christ because of life pressure, leaving him and her five-year-old son, Christopher. And naturally, Christ became a single father. With the failure of his business, Christ had no money to pay for the rent, so they were driven away from the flat. They became homeless. They slept in asylum, subway station public bathroom or anywhere as a temporary shelter. The destitution of life was absolutely depressing, but for his son’s future, for his own belief, Christ never gave up and he still strongly believed that happiness would come one day if he worked hard enough today. With his great efforts, Christ won a six-month internship at Dean Witter, but there was no pay at all. So on one hand, Christ had to work hard to make a living; on the other hand, he had to fight for his intern work, since only one of the twenty interns would succeed finally. Besides, he had to take good care of his son after day care. However, Christ made it with his amazing willpower.Christ was unfortunate, for he got a wife who was not understandable at all (though she has her own difficulties) and was in bad luck with his business. But he was very fortunate also, for he got a son who was very thoughtful and, I think, tough life experiences always make a great person. It is said that this movie is inspired by a true story, and I want to say, this movie does inspire me a lot. What impressed me most are: Christ’s wife left him because of life pressure; Christ’s love to his son and Christ’s strong belief towards life. Through these, I know that it is not easy to be a good husband and a good Papa, since in reality, only love cannot only make everything. And I also learn that one has to strongly believe in himself, no matter how difficult the situation is, but of course, hard-working is indispensable.I like to watch The Pursuitof Happyness. From Gardner, who realized that what I do is the real men and how to do good is the real father.Christopher was from, I feel the child's innocence and ignorance, how is the good son.You gotta dream, you gotta protect it. If you have a dream, you theprotection on it.This is a great father to his son's care and education Christopher In many cases, we would like to see a movie may be silly to pass the time, saying that some of the good, or it may be trained to listen to hearing English spoken. This inspirational film, I look at it with the problem. What I can learn. From despair to find hope Out of society, have no choice but to work hard, as long as solely, nothing is insurmountable unless heaven or hell.Christopher's cute in his ignorance and innocence whichChristopher has always been the man could in his father through thick and thin,no complaints. I'm impressed the most is his father said to him "I trust you",I think this is that they are able to Gardner in countless ting in front of the biggest setbacks from the powerand reason.英文读后感3Recently, I have reading the book "Jane Eyre”。
英语作文读后感Reading ReflectionReading is not just a hobby; it is a way of life. It allows us to escape into different worlds, learn new things, and gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. After finishing a book, it is important to take some time to reflect on what we have read, to think about the themes, characters, and messages conveyed in the story. In this essay, I will share my thoughts and reflections on the book I recently read, and discuss how it has impacted me.The book I recently finished reading is "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee. This classic novel is set inthe American South during the 1930s and follows the storyof a young girl named Scout Finch and her brother Jem, as they navigate the complexities of race, class, and morality in their small town. The book is narrated by Scout, who provides a unique perspective on the events that unfold, including the trial of a black man accused of raping a white woman. One of the most striking aspects of the book is its exploration of prejudice and injustice. Through the character of Atticus Finch, the children's father and a lawyer defending the accused man, the novel presents a powerful message about the importance of standing up for what is right, even in the face of overwhelming opposition. Atticus's unwavering commitment to justice and equality serves as a source of inspiration for both his children and the readers. As I reflect on the book, I am struck by how relevant its themes are to the world we live in today. Despite being set in a different time and place, the issues of racism and social injustice depicted in the novel still resonate with contemporary society. Reading "To Kill a Mockingbird" has made me more aware of the pervasive nature of prejudice and discrimination, and has inspired me to become more actively engaged in promoting equality and fairness in my own community. In addition to its social and moral themes, the book also offers a poignant portrayal of childhood innocence and coming-of-age. Through the eyes of Scout and Jem, the reader is transported back to a time of wonder, curiosity, and discovery. The novel captures the essence of childhood, with all its joys and sorrows, and reminds us of the importance of preserving our sense of wonder and empathy as we grow older.Furthermore, the book's rich and vivid depiction of the American South serves as a powerful backdrop for the story. The setting comes to life through Lee's evocative prose, and the reader is transported to a place where the heat, the landscape, and the people are all integral parts of the narrative. As I reflect on the book, I find myself drawn back to the imagery and atmosphere of the Southern town, and I am reminded of the power of literature to transport us to different times and places.Overall, reading "To Kill a Mockingbird" has been a thought-provoking and enriching experience for me. Thenovel's exploration of social issues, its portrayal of childhood, and its evocative setting have all left alasting impression on me. As I close the final pages of the book, I am filled with a sense of gratitude for the opportunity to have experienced such a powerful and moving story. I am reminded of the transformative power of literature, and the ways in which it can shape our understanding of the world and ourselves. In conclusion, taking the time to reflect on a book after reading it is an important part of the reading process. It allows us to deepen our understanding of the story and its themes, and to consider how it has impacted us personally. "To Kill a Mockingbird" has reminded me of the enduring relevance of its themes, and has inspired me to continue seeking out literature that challenges and enriches my perspective. I look forward to my next reading adventure, and the new insights and reflections it will bring.。
六年级英语考后感想200字作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Heart Was Pounding: Reflections After the 6th Grade English ExamAs I walked into the exam room that morning, my heart was pounding like a drum in my chest. The 6th grade English exam felt like the biggest test of my life so far. All those vocabulary words, grammar rules, and reading comprehension strategies we had learned over the years would finally be put to the ultimate test. I tried to stay calm and confident, but it was hard not to feel nervous jitters. The exam started off with some reading comprehension passages. I remembered what my teacher had taught us about skimming the questions first before diving into the passages. That technique really helped me zero in on the key information I needed. Some of the vocabulary was pretty tricky, but I made my best guess using context clues when I wasn't 100% sure of a word's meaning.Next up was the writing section, which made me even more anxious. We had to write a short essay responding to a prompt about our favorite book. I spent a few minutes brainstorming and outlining my thoughts before getting started. Organizing my ideas ahead of time made the actual writing process so much smoother. I included descriptive details, tried to vary my sentence structures, and made sure to have a clear introduction and conclusion. Writing has always been one of my bigger struggles in English, so I felt relieved to get that section over with. The grammar and vocabulary sections actually ended up being the most fun and satisfying parts of the exam for me. It was like a giant puzzle, using my knowledge of parts of speech, verb tenses, and word meanings to pick the right answer. I definitely got stumped on quite a few of them, but I've learned not to dwell too long and to just make my best guess and move on.By the time I bubbled in my final answer, I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders. All those months of hard work and perseverance had finally paid off. Sure, there were plenty of questions I knew I got wrong. But overall, I gave it my absolute best effort – and that's really all anyone can ask.In the days and weeks after the exam, I couldn't help replaying certain questions and second-guessing some of my answers. I had dreams where I realized I had made a silly mistake or misread something important. My friends and I spent a lot of time analyzing the test together, comparing what we put for various questions and stressing ourselves out unnecessarily. Finally, the scores were posted online, and I held my breath as I logged in to view my results. I was overjoyed to see that I had performed better than expected! All that hard work in English class, doing practice tests, and going to extra tutoring sessions had been worth it. While there's definitely still room for improvement, I felt so proud of what I had accomplished. My parents were also extremely proud of me and took me out for a celebratory dinner at my favorite restaurant. My English teacher congratulated me and complimented the progress I had made over the year. It felt amazing to have my efforts recognized and validated like that.Looking back, I realize that the 6th grade English exam was about so much more than just getting a good score. It was about perseverance, time management, dealing with test anxiety, and having confidence in myself. Those skills will undoubtedly provevaluable for the many more big exams and challenges I'll face in the years ahead. While the stakes always feel high in the moment, I've learned not to put too much pressure on any single test. It's just one small milestone in the long journey of education. By continuing to work hard, stay focused, and believe in myself, I know I'll be able to tackle whatever comes my way next. The 6th grade English exam helped me grow as a student and as a person – and that's the most valuable thing I could have gained from the experience.篇2Another English Exam in the Books!Phew, I'm so relieved that the big English exam is finally over! It felt like I studied for months leading up to it. My brain is fried from all that memorization of vocabulary words, grammar rules, and sample essays. I'm just glad it's done and I can relax a little before the next exam cycle starts up again. The exam itself wasn't as bad as I was expecting, thankfully. The reading comprehension passages were pretty interesting - one was about a kid inventor and another was about the migration patterns of monarch butterflies. I felt confident in myability to understand the main ideas and details after all the practice tests we did in class. The writing section is always my biggest worry though. Putting together a whole essay in a short period of time with proper grammar, vocabulary, and organization is really tough! I tried my best to follow the structure we learned of having an introductory paragraph, three body paragraphs, and a conclusion. I wrote my essay about my favorite book series, giving a brief plot summary in one paragraph, describing the main characters I like in another, and explaining some of the lessons the books teach in the third paragraph. Hopefully I included enough details and explanations to get a decent score.Grammar has always been one of my biggest struggles with English. All those rules about where to put apostrophes, how to make the verb agree with the subject, when to use active vs passive voice, and all the crazy exceptions to every rule make my head spin! I went through the exam very carefully, double and triple checking each sentence to try and avoid silly mistakes. But I'm sure I probably still made a bunch of errors. C'est la vie!The hardest part was the listening section at the end. We had to listen to recordings of conversations or lectures and answer comprehension questions. My ears were so strained by the endfrom trying to catch every word and phrase. The different accents and stutters threw me off big time. Listening exercises are the bane of my English studying existence! No matter how many times I practice, I still struggle to keep up. My mind just blanks and I find myself wondering what I'll have for lunch once the exam is over.Well, the exam is done now and there's nothing I can do but wait for the results. No sense fretting about it in the meantime. I plan to take a break from English study over the upcoming holiday. Maybe I'll re-read one of my favorite English novels just for fun, without having to analyze every sentence and look for examples of literary devices and persuasive techniques. A little light reading for pleasure should be relaxing.Or maybe I'll watch some movies or shows in English with the subtitles on to help me keep my listening skills sharp. As much as I love Marvel and Star Wars, maybe I'll change it up and watch some curiosity videos about science or history. That could help expand my vocabulary about different topics while still being entertaining.Once I've had a nice refreshing break, it'll be time to start prepping for the next exam! The cycle never ends. More grammar drills, more writing practice, more readingcomprehension exercises. Such is the life of an English language learner.I know it's all worth it in the end though. Having strong English skills will open up so many opportunities for my future. I could get into a great university, travel the world, or work for an international company someday. The possibilities are endless if I stick with it. This exam was just another step along the way. Each exam I take, each book I read, each listening exercise I struggle through makes me just a little bit better. Slowly but surely, I'm conquering the English language, bit by bit. One day, I'll be proficient and fluent. All this hard work will pay off. I've got to keep grinding away with dedication and patience. For now though, I'm going to go celebrate this exam being over! Maybe I'll play some videogames, ride my bike, or whatever, as long as it has nothing to do with English for a little while. A reward for all my hard work. Then it'll be back to the grindstone soon enough!篇3The Big English ExamWhew, I'm finally done with the big English exam! My hand is cramped from writing so much. I thought the test would never end. When I walked into the classroom and saw all those test booklets piled up, my stomach did a flip. Tests always make me a little nervous, even if I've studied a lot. This English exam was especially tough since it covered absolutely everything we've learned this whole year. The reading comprehension section was probably the hardest part. I had to read these long passages and answer all sorts of complicated questions about the main ideas, the author's point of view, the meaning of weird vocabulary words, and more. Some of those passages were on really dry, boring topics too like the history of wheat farming or biographies of ancient philosophers. I had to concentrate so hard to not zone out while reading about that stuff! The writing section was time consuming but okay overall. We had to write a narrative essay telling a made-up story, which was kind of fun. I wrote mine about going on a magical adventure through a wardrobe to a fantasy world of talking animals. Getting all the grammar perfect with the right verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and avoiding fragmentedsentences was tricky though. My hand cramped up from writing and rewriting those multiple paragraphs over and over. Then there were sections on grammar, vocabulary, spelling…it just kept going! The grammar multiple choice questions were brutal, asking us to identify dangling modifiers, parallel structure errors, and other grammar rules I can never keep straight. The vocabulary part made me feel pretty dumb too when I had to decipher the meanings of all these obscure words I've never heard before. How is a kid supposed to know what "inchoate" or "trenchant" mean? I'm just glad I could make some educated guesses using context clues and root words I recognized.By the time I got to the very last section on punctuation and capitalization rules, my brain felt fried. I ran out of steam trying to determine if that semicolon separating those two independent clauses was used correctly or not. So many rules to remember! Things like when to use a comma before the last item in a list, how to punctuate complex sentences with quotes and parentheses, and where to put periods and commas with titles and abbreviations. It was all a blur by the end.I'm pretty sure I passed and did okay overall, but man am I relieved it's over! My hand is killed from all that writing, and mybrain is mush. Now I can finally relax, recharge, and get ready for next year when I'll be in junior high and have even bigger exams to look forward to. Being a student is sure not easy!篇4Phew! That English exam was really tough, but I'm glad it's finally over. It felt like it would never end, and there were so many tricky questions that made me scratch my head. But hey, at least I tried my best, and that's what really matters, right?I've been studying English for quite a few years now, but I still find it really challenging sometimes. There are just so many rules to remember, and the grammar can get really confusing, especially when you're trying to figure out which tense to use or how to structure a sentence properly. And don't even get me started on those pesky idioms and phrasal verbs!During the exam, I remember feeling really nervous when I saw the reading comprehension section. I always struggle with those long passages because it's hard for me to stay focused and retain all the information. But I took a deep breath and tried to read carefully, underlining the key points and making notes in the margins. I think I did okay on that part, but there were definitely some questions that stumped me.The writing section was probably the most challenging for me. I had to write a short essay about my favorite book, and I found it really difficult to organize my thoughts and express myself clearly in English. I kept second-guessing myself and worrying about making silly mistakes with spelling or grammar. But I tried to remember what my teacher had taught us about using transitions, adding details, and concluding with a strong final sentence. As for the listening comprehension, well, let's just say I'm glad that's over! Those audio clips always seem to go by so fast, and it's hard to catch every word, especially when there's background noise or unfamiliar accents. I really had to concentrate and listen carefully, jotting down notes as quickly as I could.Overall, I think I did my best, but I'm not sure how well I performed. English is just such a tricky language, and there's always something new to learn. But you know what? I'm not going to beat myself up over it. I worked hard, I studied diligently, and I gave it my all. That's really all anyone can ask for, right? Now that the exam is behind me, I can finally relax and enjoy my summer vacation. No more stressing over conjugations orvocabulary lists for a few blissful weeks! Maybe I'll even read some English books or watch some movies in English to keep my skills sharp. Or maybe I'll just kick back and recharge my batteries for next year.Either way, I'm proud of myself for pushing through and tackling that challenging English exam head-on. It wasn't easy, but I persevered and did my best. And who knows, maybe I even surprised myself with how much I've learned and grown in this crazy language we call English!篇5The Big English ExamWhew, what a relief to finally be done with the big English exam! I've been studying and prepping for weeks. My teacher Mrs. Roberts had been warning us how important and difficult this test would be since the beginning of the school year. She said it would cover everything we've learned in English class from 1st grade all the way up until now in 6th grade. That's like 6 years worth of stuff! No pressure or anything.I tried to stay calm, but I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty nervous in the days leading up to the exam. Anytime my mom or dad would ask how I was feeling, I'd just shrug and say "Okay, Iguess." But really, my stomach was doing somersaults. What if I bombed it after all that hard work? I spent so many nights reviewing vocabulary flashcards, reading comprehension passages, and practicing writing prompts. My brain felt like an overstuffed backpack by the time test day arrived. The morning of the exam, I scarfed down a huge breakfast to fuel my brain. Two eggs, three pieces of toast with strawberry jam, a bowl of Frosty Flakes cereal, a banana, and a big glass of orange juice. Dr. Roberts always says you've got to feed your brain to succeed, so I made sure to get plenty of brain food that morning. I may have overdone it though, because I had a bit of a stomachache from eating so much right before the test. Note to self: maybe go a little easier on the pre-test breakfast next time. When I arrived at school, I could feel the tension in the air. Everyone looked just as nervous as I felt, even the kids who usually act so confident about everything. We filed into the classroom in silence, no one really saying much. The tests were already on our desks, faced down. Just seeing the stack of papers made my palms sweat. This was it - the big day we'd been waiting for all year. No turning back now.Mrs. Roberts passed out a bowl of lozenges for anyone with a cough or dry throat. I nabbed a cherry-flavored one andpopped it in my mouth, hoping it would help me power through all that reading and writing. She dimmed the lights and put on some soft classical music, saying the relaxing tunes would put us in the right mindset. I personally found the music a bit distracting, but I tried not to let it bother me too much. This was her thing, so I went with it.Finally, she gave us the signal to begin. I took a deep breath, said a little prayer in my head, and turned over my test booklet. Here we go...The first section was listening comprehension. A voice recording played a conversation, and we had to answer multiple choice questions about what was said. Piece of cake - I aced those types of questions during our practice tests in class. Bring it on!Next was the reading section with a few long passages to read and answer questions on. I flew through the first few pages, but then hit a snag on this crazy science article. What was I even reading? It was like written in another language with all the technical vocabulary. I probably spent 20 minutes on that one passage alone, going back and rereading it over and over. The writing section came last - two essay prompts to choose from. One was to describe your favorite person, and the otherwas "What would you do if you could travel back in time?" I went with the time travel one since it seemed a bit more interesting than just describing someone. I broke out all my best writing skills - a hook introduction, body paragraphs with details and examples, and a conclusion that circled back to my main idea. I really hope I nailed that essay because it's one of the biggest point values on the whole test. After what felt like an eternity of reading, bubbling in answers, and furiously writing essays, Mrs. Roberts finally called time. I could have kept on going honestly, as I had about a million more thoughts I wanted to include in my essay. But oh well, time's up! I reluctantly closed my test booklet and turned it in.Waiting for the results in the days after the test was torturous. Every time I saw Mrs. Roberts, I just wanted to run up to her and demand "How'd I do? What was my score?" But I knew she had to grade everyone's tests first before giving out the final marks.Thankfully, she didn't make us wait too long before handing back the tests with our scores. I ripped open the enveloped, saying another silent prayer that I passed. And... yes! I got an 88%! Not the highest grade in the class, but still an A-minus. I'dtake that all day long considering how difficult that test was. Clearly all my late nights of studying paid off big time. Most of my friends did pretty well too from what I could tell by the smiles and high-fives happening around the room. Just a few kids looked disappointed, but Mrs. Roberts reassured them there was no need to feel bad. She said the fact that we made it through such a comprehensive, challenging exam was an accomplishment in itself. I have to agree - that test was a monster, but we slayed it!So that's a wrap on the big 6th grade English exam. My brain finally feels like it can take a break after all that intense preparation and mental gymnastics. Of course, we'll keep on learning new English skills in class for the rest of the year. But at least that huge hurdle is behind us. Crawling across the finish line has never felt so rewarding! Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go veg out and play video games all weekend. This kid has earned some serious relaxation time.篇6Reflections After the Sixth Grade English ExamWhew, the sixth grade English exam is finally over! That was quite an experience. I've been studying English for years now,but I don't think any test has ever made me feel quite so nervous. As I walked into the classroom that morning, my palms were sweating and my heart was pounding. All the vocabulary words, grammar rules, and practice tests were swimming around in my head. I did my best to take a few deep breaths and stay calm. The listening portion came first. As the audio played, I concentrated hard to catch every word and fill in the blanks on my paper. Understanding spoken English is one of the toughest challenges for me. Even after all this time, those rapid-fire sentences can be so tricky to comprehend! By the end of that section, I already felt mentally drained.Next up was the reading comprehension. I've always been a pretty strong reader, but the passages on this test seemed extraordinarily dense and complex. Questions about the main idea, vocabulary in context, and making inferences from the text...my brain worked overdrive trying to analyze every single line. I spent a lot of time rereading certain paragraphs over and over, underlining key phrases, and scratching notes in the margins. Hopefully, all that re-reading paid off!Writing has long been one of my biggest struggles when it comes to English. Putting thoughts into words while also applying proper spelling, sentence structure, and grammar is justso difficult in a second language. For the writing prompt, we had to describe our favorite book and explain why we enjoyed it so much. I brainstormed several book ideas at first, but then decided to go with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. It's a classic, I've read it multiple times, and I find the magical world of Hogwarts simply spellbinding! I outlined my thoughts, worked on my introduction and conclusion, and made sure every paragraph flowed cohesively. By the end, I felt reasonably proud of my descriptive essay.Last but not least was the grammar section - every student's nightmare! Rules about verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, pronouns, punctuation...the list is endless. And on top of that, those dreaded "editing" questions where we had to correct the errors in passages full of grammatical mistakes. I tackled each one cautiously, putting what I've learned into practice. Whenever I felt unsure, I tried to apply logic and common sense. Hopefully, I caught most of the errors accurately.Whichever score I receive on this exam, I know I gave it my absolute best effort. English is such a complicated, nuanced language - there's always more vocabulary to learn, more grammar concepts to master, more books to read and comprehend. It's a never-ending journey, one that stretches thelimits of my skills and determination. But that's what makes studying English both immensely challenging and immensely rewarding. Every new word, every grasp of proper syntax, every nuance of meaning expands my understanding of cultures across the globe.Tests like this definitely aren't fun in the moment, but they push me to work harder and aim higher. I'm already excited to enter seventh grade English next year and tackle even more advanced reading, writing, and communication. There's a whole wide world of knowledge waiting to be unlocked through this rich, intricate language. One exam at a time, I'll keep chipping away, spelling out the stories of my life and future through the letters, words, and lines of the English language. It played a GREat part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world. Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers.Besides The Old Man And the Sea, I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.Pride and Prejudice is a chefdoeuvre. My first impression of this story was from screen. It's long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don't remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume.I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It's pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the he-ro-in-e,though I didn't think she's beautiful. But she's smart. However, I didn't pay much attention to the plot. I thought it's so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven't read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn't understand the story at that time. I didn't know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn't find where' s the prejudice. I thought it's normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I'm a prejudiced person so I can't find where's wrong.I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.《老人与海》读后感The Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingway’s most enduring works and may very well become one of the trueclassics of this generation. It played a great part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world.Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers.Besides The Old Man And the Sea,I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises,A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on me.This novel mainly wrote one old person alone in marine fishes. He fished one big fish, tied up the fish head and the upper part of the body side the boat above. But he met the shark fish, the old person causes all one's skill and the shark fish fight, the shark fish the fish flesh which could eat all eats finished also has about 800 pounds. This book promulgates the truth, not showed the person how regardless of,most feared is does not have the confidence. The confidence is just like is the automobile motor,is power which the person goes forward.I first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.。

England is a country where class and wealth are given extreme significance, especially among the rich. The film shows the hypocrisy that existed among these people, how the rich are quick to change face when in an instant they find out that you're a man of wealth and how within the next moment they revert back to their condescending selves when all wealth is lost. Interestingly, 'The Millionaire' also briefly looks at how the English perceived Americans in that era. Rich Americans were welcomed as outsiders and the poor were quickly shunned away. The fact that he's an outsider either makeshim more appealing or the complete opposite. The story sticks to the main theme by emphasizing on the hypocrisy of the upper class society but at the same time it also creates a balance that prevents the movie from being a mockery of the British society. The movie drags at some point but the love story appears at the right time and there is plenty of comedy to keep one entertained.A charming Gregory Peck totally nails the part and the luminous Jane Griffiths is a treat. Reginald Beckwith, as Peck's sidekick Rock is amusing. The ending is a little predictable but the director does an overall good job by rounding it up and presenting his points. 英语读后感作文三《百万英镑》Based on Mark Twain's novel, 'The Millionaire Pound Note' takes an interesting satirical look at the hypocrisy stemming from class distinction in the 50s England. Though she initially called it Elinor and Marianne,Austen jettisoned both the title and the epistolary mode in which it was originally written, but kept the essential theme: the necessity of finding a workable middle ground between passion and reason. The story revolves around the Dashwood sisters, Elinor and Marianne. Whereas the former is a sensible, rational creature, her younger sister is wildly romantic--a characteristic that offers Austen plenty of scope for both satire and passion. Commenting on Edward Ferrars, a potential suitor for Elinor's hand, Marianne admits that while she "loves him tenderly," she finds him disappointing as a possible lover for her sister.Soon however, Marianne meets a man who measures up to her ideal: Mr. Willoughby, a new neighbor. So swept away by passion is Marianne that her behavior begins to border on the scandalous. Then Willoughby abandons her; meanwhile, Elinor's growing affection for Edward suffers a check when he admits he is secretly engaged to a childhood sweetheart. How each of the sisters reacts to their romantic misfortunes, and the lessons they draw before ing finally to the requisite happy ending forms the heart of the novel. Though Marianne'sdisregard for social conventions and willingness to consider the world well-lost for love may appeal to modern readers, it is Elinor whom Austen herself most evidently admired; a truly happy marriage, she shows us, exists only where sense and sensibility meet and mix in proper measure. This article is from internet, only for studying!。
