一、华为公司的企业背景
华为技术有限公司是一家生产销售通信设备的民营通信科技公司，总部位于中国广东省深圳市龙岗区坂田华为基地，于1987年由任正非创建。它是全球最大的电信网络解决方案提供商，全球第二大电信基站设备供应商。华为的主要营业范围是交换，传输，无线和数据通信类电信产品，在电信领域为世界各地的客户提供网络设备、服务和解决方案。在2011年11月8日公布的2011年中国民营500强企业榜单中，华为技术有限公司名列第一。同时华为也是世界500强中唯一一家没有上市的公司，也是全球第六大手机厂商。
二、华为的CIS分析
CIS简称CI，全称Corporate Identity System，译称企业识别系统，意译为“企业形象统一战略”。自二十世纪五十年代中美国IBM公司首开先河，采用这一差异化战略取胜市场开始，半个世纪以来CIS风靡世界，被欧美、日韩等国际企业所普遍采用，成为创立国际名牌的现代经营策略，国际行家们称为“赢的策略”，“长期开拓市场的利器”。
