07A武警作战靴检验标准1.本检验标准包括范围本标准规定了鞋帮、底用革材料的使用,辅助材料的规定,成鞋尺寸的标准及制帮技术的要求,成品外观质量的验收,检验方法与规则2.成品尺寸应符合表一的规定。
3.鞋帮、底用革及辅助材料规定3.1.鞋帮、底用革规定见表二。
4.技术要求4.1靴帮部件片边:皮革部件片留厚度为(0.6±0.1)mm ,件片留宽度为(9.0±1.0)mm 4.2折边:帮面按样板折边,宽度不小于6mm。
4.3缝帮要求应符合表四的规定表四单位:mm各处线头剪净,表面无线头,鞋内腔线头不超过(5~15)mm 。
4.5打鞋环、鞋眼、铆钉:每扇鞋耳打3个鞋环,1个鞋眼,距边及间隔排列均匀,打正,打牢。

8.1经过检验的成品,每双鞋在左脚拉链护皮中心处用不易褪色的银色色剂盖检验章。
检验章上阿拉伯数字为检验员代号。
检验章的形状见下图:
