T ardiness, leave early and absence15 minutes late to work without permission is regarded as tardiness.work 15 minutes earlier before shift end without permission is regarded as early leave.for more than 15 minutes without permission is regarded as absenteeism.An employee who expects to be delayed more than 15 minutes or any early leave caused by emergency mustinform the supervisor, and submit leave of absence application for a written approval on the day of resuming work.6. Attendance RecordingHR Department collects data from timing machine on daily basis and posts attendance record in workshop for verification on weekly basis. If there is a mistake on attendance record, an employee should inform his or her supervisor. Under the following circumstances,with the written confirmation of supervisor, HR Department shall amend attendance record:a. Employees fail to punch card due to irresistible force, for example, power cut;b. An employee loses his/her IC card or his/her IC card is damaged;c. An employee fails to punch card for other reasons.7.LeaveEmployees is entitled to unpaid leave, sick leave, marriage leave, funeral leave, annual leave, work-related injury leave, maternity leave, breastfeeding leave and paternity leave. Employees can take leave to handle personal affairs, the kind of leave is unpaid. :An employee is entitled to paid sick leave if he or she can provide medical certificate written by the doctor of the hospital at town level or above. The length of paid sick is determined by his or her length of service at the company. Authority of approvalIn general, any types of leave shall be approved with submission of leave application beforehand. If an employee is unable to submit leave application in advance due to emergency, he or she should contact their supervisor and get oral approval, and thensubmit leave application for written approval within 3 days after the first day of leave. Supervisor is authorized to approve Leave Application of less than 3 days. Leave of 3 days or above shall be approved by HR department manager.9. Record keepingAttendance record, along with approved leave application shall be kept by HR department for at least 2 years.。
