总局第62号 令发布后,给我台卫星上行系统和网管系统又提出 了许多新要求,也为网管系统部分改造提供了动力 和方向,下面介绍网管建设的三个重要时期。
2.1初上网管当时是我台第一次安装网管系统称数字卫星监 控系统,它;;2004年4月数字化设备安装运行后,于2005年10月在地球站各种硬件的基础上开发的。
当时我台是数字、模拟信号同时并发,网管也 只能对数字上行系统进行管理,并且,由于基带部 分(编码器、复用器)都是哈雷公司的产品,具有独 立网管不共享数据,因此,没有基带部分。
主要功能 是监视设备当前状态,读取各个设备的各种数据信 息;通过软件可以更改设备参数;日常管理可进行日 常报表查询、保存和用户权限管理等操作。

iDirect路由器内置应用QoS和优先级保证功能,支持DHCP和NAT,支持ACL(访问控制列表)。
高达18 Mbps的下行(或出向)数据传输速率,以及高达8.4 Mbps的上行(或入向)数据传输速率。
主要有三种设备型号:•iDirect 3100、3100-NB卫星路由器:星状网远端站•iDirect 5000系列卫星路由器:星状、SCPC、星/网状支持多种组成模式:星状网、SCPC功能、星/网状混合。
内置8端口支持VLAN的以太网交换机。
•iDirect 7000系列卫星路由器:星状、SCPC、星/网状iDirect 7000系列卫星路由器19英寸机架可安装,具有5000系列路由器的所有功能,并且拥有一个PCI扩展槽,以满足特殊用户功能扩展的需求(如专用加密卡、WiFi无线网接入卡…)iDirect远端路由器的应用连接非常简单,路由器一侧用10/100Mbps以太网电缆连接到LAN,另一侧用两根同轴电缆连接到ODU。
路由器可以通过同轴电缆给BUC、LNB提供直流电或10MHz参考晶振。
设备功耗指标:小站3100路由器:3100路由器本身只有17W的功耗。
当它给BUC或LNB供电时,峰值可达90W。
二.系统方案设计1. 需求分析•星状网结构,1个固定站,12个移动站•每个小站以2Mb/s速率与主站通信2. 卫星带宽设计TDMA卫星网络方案设计的关键是卫星载波设计。
在载波设计时,需要考虑每TDMA 载波用户容量,TDMA载波设计太大,虽然每载波容纳用户数较多,但是需要每个用户终端配置较大功放和卫星天线,而较小的载波容量则需要为全网配置更多的载波,频繁的TDMA跳频也带来额外开销。
因此,合理的设计要平衡载波数量和终端尺寸。
本设计假设全网12个小站中每时每刻只有4个站有正常业务传输(其余的小站处于待命状态),每个站的业务速率为2Mb/s速率。
这样,2个4Mb/s速率的上行载波可以满足本网络实际应用的要求(建议作链路计算分析,这样可以知道所需BUC 和LNB的规格)。
3. 硬件构成基于对网络应用的分析,我们建议选择iDirect 4-slot Hub作为主站设备,而用3100路由器作为远端小站。
设备配置:三. iDirect系统的先进性3.1 iDirect同一设备支持星状、星/网状、SCPCTDMA网络中80%的业务是发生在小站与主站(及分中心)之间的星状业务;同时会有少量的业务(20%左右)需要发生在小站与小站之间。
对于星状网而言,如果小站之间有业务沟通,那它们之间的业务需要经过主站来中转,形成双跳电路。
对于话音这样对实时性要求很高的业务,卫星双跳会影响服务质量(如话音时延加大)。
所以,如果能在一些实时业务比较频繁的小站之间建立单跳的直接电路,使得它们之间的实时通信(话音等,数据业务除外)无需经过主站中转,其实际使用意义非常重要。
iDirect系统的星状+ 网状功能可以在星/树状拓朴结构的前提下,实现部分小站的网状单跳直接通信,节省了带宽,而且保障了实时业务(如话音、视频)的通信质量。
另外,iDirect的同一设备、同一软件支持SCPC功能。
当TDMA网络在运行过程中,如果某一小站有临时大容量业务传输需求,iDirect系统可以通过简单的参数设置,利用已有的设备,在相应的站点之间迅速建立一条直接的大容量SCPC通信电路,这样能在不影响其它网络端站的正常通信的前提下,保障某小站的特殊通信要求。
iDirect的SCPC电路既可以建立在主站与小站之间,也可以在小站之间建立。
支持的IP 速率范围为64kb/s~18Mb/s。
3.2 iDirect单主站机箱支持多网络,支持多达5颗不同的卫星,或5个不同的频段iDirect 5IF主站、或4槽主站机箱能同时支持若个独立的网络,这些网络之间的业务完全独立,无任何关系。
卫星运营网络的覆盖区域大,用户结构复杂,电路可能会涉及跨星、跨频段,地理位置可能会横跨洋、洲。
不同的用户网络需要不同的网络拓朴(星状、网状、SCPC)。
iDirect 同一设备可以符合他们的要求。
在同一iDirect主站机箱中不同星源、不同频段、不同网络应用拓朴可以共存,给运营商用户提供广泛的组网灵活性,而且节省投资。
3.3 可伸缩性iDirect系统可以灵活地进行网络数量、载波数量/大小、卫星数目、每远端站的带宽、卫星频段等方面的调整,可以帮助网络运营商更加经济有效地扩展设备和服务,从而节省大量的运营投资。
3.4 iDirect系统设备功能高度集成iDirect系统各组成部分完全由iDirect自主开发,而且所有功能全内置(卫星modem、IP路由器、Qos保证、TCP加速器、加密等功能)。
iDirect具有各系统模块之间协议配合的优势,也方便了以后系统的更新换代,因为所有部件均由同一个厂家提供,系统升级简单。
在iDirect 5000和7000小站设备上集成8端口、支持VLAN的以太网交换机,极其方便地提供安全的用户业务接入。
3.5 iDirect主站硬件符合电信备份标准,提供全面的系统内部备份与其他厂家依赖设备外部备份(例如采用倒换开关来切换)不同,iDirect主站设备的任何一个部件(如电源模块、风扇模块、线路卡)均为内部M:N备份,支持热切换和热插拔。
