1 目的列出BTB Connector的关键评估项,为BTB Connector的承认提供依据,并要求供应商在供货前对这些项目按照我司要求进行检测。
2 适用范围2.1适用于新料件的承认和验证。
2.2未定义事项依汉普连接器通用标准为准。
2.3当本标准与客户标准发生冲突时,以客户标准为准。
3职责:1,质量部负责标准制定与修改,参与失效分析及测试结果审核。
2,测试部按照测试标准进行相关测试,输出测试报告,并参与失效分析及结果评审。
3,研发部负责失效分析,并输出失效分析报告。
4 供应商的物料规格书要求要求供应商提供的规格书包含以下信息:4,第三方测试报告如SGS,CTI等(依汉普具体要求).5,SPEC ,2D图面,包装规范.、全尺寸报告、成品出货检验书6,群组测试报告.7,材质证明.(塑胶、五金)4.1 供应商提供资料要求供应商提供关键部件的材质,塑胶的颜色和安规,端子材质和镀层厚度,4.2关键部件说明:要求供应商提供关键部件规格书和关键部件规格参数,如关键物料发生变更,供应商需要提供变更说明和重签样,在有需要的情况下RD需上板验证。
4.3 结构注意事项:1,端子须有防爬锡的镀层,以防止锡爬上接触端导致短路和其它功能不良5 测试要求5.1 尺寸要求所有端子的共面度须小于0.08mm.过回焊炉后不得大于0.10mm(我司来料检验依0.10mm管控),其他尺寸参考供应商规格书或图纸。

4-2CONTACT RESISTANCEThe test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-23. Open circuit voltage is 20 mV maximum and test current is 100 mA maximum level contact resistance requirement is 40 mΩ (resistance of termination wires shall be deducted from the reading) for initial samples, I.e., samples have not been subjected to any environm ental test, and is 80 mΩ forenvironmentally stressed samples..接触阻抗此测试依据EIA-364-23.来执行检测。
测试电压是20 mV最大值并且测验电流是 100 mA最大值初始样品最大接触阻抗为40 mΩ (线材的阻抗值应从所得到的电阻值中扣除)样品经过环境的测试最大接触阻抗为80 mΩ。
4-3INSULATION RESISTANCEInsulation resistance was measured between adjacent contacts after applying 500 VDC for 1 minute. The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-21. Minimum insulation resistance requirement is 100 MΩ for initial samples.绝缘阻抗绝缘阻抗为相接连之端子经由500 VDC通过一分钟后,所量测之值。
此测试依据EIA-364-21来执行检测。
样品未受任何环境测验,最小绝缘体阻抗需求对于初始样品为100 MΩ。
4-4DIELECTRIC WITHSTANDING VOLTAGEA 500 VAC was applied between two adjacent contacts of the test samplesfor 1 minute. While applying the voltage, the leakage current was monitored and shall be less than 0.5 mA. The test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-20.耐电压相接连之端子经由一 500 VAC流电通过一分钟。
在通过电压时,漏电电流应小于0.5 mA。
此测试依据EIA-364-20.来执行检测。
4-5TEMPERATURE RISINGContact series-wired, apply test current of loaded rating current to the circuit, and measure the temperature rising by probing on soldered area of contacts. After the temperature becomes stabilized deduct ambient temperature from the measured value.温升连续接触连线,适用对电路测试装载电流,通过在接触的焊接区域量测所提升温度,当温度变的稳定以后,从测量的温度数值中扣除环境温度。
4-6VIBRATIONThe test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-28B. Mated samples were subjected to vibration test per axis. Test duration for each axis was 2 hours (total of 6 hours). The test current was 100 mA for all contacts, which were wired in series and attached to an electrical discontinuity monitor. Throughout the test, electrical discontinuity of 1 microsecond or longer shall not be allowed.振动此测试依据EIA-364-28 来执行检测。
将公母配合的连接器受每轴心的振动测验。
每一个轴心的测验持续时间是 2 小时 ( 总共6小时) 。
针对每一端子通过100 mA的检测电流,且每一端子需接一串接电路至一电子不连续性监视器。
经由测试,一微秒或者更长的电不连续性将不被允许。
4-7MECHANICAL SHOCKThe test was performed in accordance with EIA-364-27B. Mated samples were subjected to 6 shocks per axis (total of 18 shocks) complied with half-sine waveform which had a 30G peak level and a normal duration of 11 milliseconds. The test current was 100 mA for all contacts, which were wired in series and attached to an electrical discontinuitymonitor. Throughout the test, electrical discontinuity of 1microsecond or longer shall not be allowed机械冲击依据EIA-364-27来执行检测。
紧配的样品以30g’s、半正旋波、11毫秒以及各轴向经过六次的冲击(总共18次)。
针对每一端子通过100 mA的检测电流,且每一端子需接一串接电路至一电子不连续性监视器。

4-8TERMINAL RETENTION FORCEThe contact retention force was the peak force measured while the contact of connector was pulled out from the insulator housing of the connector perpendicularly. Upon completion of the test, the contact retention force shall exceed 0.3kgf.端子保持力当连接器端子从塑料垂直地被拔出后,端子保持力为量测到的最大值数据。
