无灰尘在压缩机组件上。

1.2 Check for possible leaks(check the soft pipe inside; check leaks for joints,flange, valves, filter which located in air compressorstation, distribute piping and air tank)检查泄漏。

（检查空压机组的内部软管，油管，气管；检查空压站/分配管路/用户点的球阀，安全阀，贮气罐及其附件，过滤器，管道，接头，法兰和密封）No obvious leaks from pipes, joints andseals没有泄漏。

1.3 Check coolers, clean if necessaryObserve if fins and openings are clean(blow the middle cooler, end cooler and oil cooler)Fins are clean and not blocked干净，无阻挡。

1.4 Check the Dryer(Watch the dryer material color through the smallglass window)检查空气干燥机（通过玻璃视窗观察干燥剂）The dryer material color is blue, andmaterial is granule, not powder.干燥剂颜色为蓝色，呈颗粒状，无粉末。

1.5 Check the automatically drainage valves.(watch the running lamp; press the test button)检查5个电子自动排污阀（观察运行灯，按“test”按钮）The running lamp(green) is light,trouble lamp(yellow) is dark. A sound‘Pa’ should be heard when press thetest button.运行灯（绿）亮，故障灯（黄）灭，按“test”按钮，应该听到“啪”的一声，意味着阀门可以被打开1.6 Check the oil(watch it through the glass windows)检查油（通过油窗观察）The oil level is between the two redlines. and the oil is clean and lucidity油位在两道红线之间，油清澈透明。

1.7 Check motor and compressor(hear and smell)检查电动机和压缩机（听，闻）No strange noise, no terrible smell.无杂音，无异味1.8 Check the press gauge(Firstly close the valve, then slowly open it again)检查压力表（先关闭下部的阀门，然后再缓慢打开）The hand should move to “0” whenclose the valves, and come back whenslowly open it again.关闭下部的阀门后，指针应移到0位，SOP reference: SOP-000347 Page: 2/4压缩空气系统维护保养日志Item Content Acceptance Criteria Result Signature/Date打开阀门后恢复读数。

1.9 Check the safety valves检查安全阀（观察）(watch it)The plumbum seal is no damaged.铅封完好2.0 Walk down pipeline check for leaks(watch, hear and touch)沿线检查管路（观察，听，摸）No leaks from seams, flanges, valves,and other fixtures无泄漏2.1 Check the site humidity instrument(watch it)检查在线露点仪（观察）The tube no leak, the element nodamaged. The pressure gauge is 0Mpa, the flow meter is 3 l/min管道无泄漏，组件无损坏，压力表读数为0，流量计读数为3 l/min。

2.2 Check the air tank(Partly open the bottom valves)检查压缩空气贮罐（部分地打开底部的阀门）No water, no dirty get out.无凝结水和杂质排出。

2.2 Operate the entire valve thatcan be opened or closed byslightly moving their handlesleft or right.操作全部的阀门，轻微地左右移动阀门手柄。
