一：教学目标

知识目标：

（1）学习新词汇：

能力目标：掌握表达天气的方法和巩固现在进行时的用法。

情感目标：

（1） 教育学生善于观察天气，善于描述周围的事物。

（2） 培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣，乐于参加各种活动的积极情感，培养学生的群体意识，增强同学间的友谊。

二：教学重点及难点

教学重点：

1. 表达天气的词汇与方法。

2. 现在进行时的用法。 教学难点：运用词汇如何准确的表达天气和巩固现在进行时的用法。

三：教学环节

Step1：lead in

Listen to a song about the weather.(让学生听天气歌) 引出本节课话题，并激发学生的兴趣，明确学习的目标语言。

Step2 ；Teach the new words about the weather.学习与巩固相关新词汇，如 rain/windy/cloudy/sunny/snow/weather/Moscow/Boston .然后利用所给的城市说对话，进行口语练习。如 ；--How’s the weather ?

--I’s sunny .

Step 3 .Have a listening practice

学生听录音并把所听到的城市名称填到正确位置，根据地图进行对话练习。通过听读任务的练习让学生感知所学目标语言和运用所学目标语言。

Step3.Ask and answer in pairs about the weather in the pictures of 1a .学生根据图片和文字进行口语练习感知目标语言，掌握相关句式。

Step 4 Have a listening practice .

学生听录音2a ，并给出正确答案，必要时教师给出引导。在学生掌握相关语言的基础上进行听力练习，进一步衡量学生的听力理解能力。

Step 5 Have a listening practice

学生听录音2b,然后纠正答案，进一步培养了学生的听力理解能力。 Step 6 pairwork(2c)

根据例句和图片，分小组进行口语练习，巩固所学内容。通过口语练习，巩固现在进行时的用法。E.g. –What’s Uncle Joe

Step 7 Role-play the conversation

(1)Learn the new words and phrases in 2d and answer the

questions about the conversation .

(2)The teacher correct the students’ answers .学生进一步巩固了现在进行时的用法并适当的增加了学生的词汇量，进一步提高了学生的阅读理解能力。

Step 8 summary

Review the words and phrases in this lesson ,学生大声读，边读边再次熟悉所学新知，进一步增强所学生词，短语的感知力度。

Step 9 Do some exercises for consolidating what they leart in this lesson .学生做，老师指点

Step10 Homework

1. Sum up the words and phrases about the weather .

典例1 How's the weather in Shanghai？上海的天气怎么样？

“How's the weather．．．？”是用来询问天气状况的常见句式。可以用来询问天气的常用句式还有“What's the weather like．．．？”和“What do you think of the weather？”等。回答时常用代词it 来指代“天气”和“气候”。weather意为“天气”，是个抽象的不可数名词，前面不能加不定冠词a。

典例2 How's it going？一切好吗？

此句话用来表达说话人对朋友、家人的问候。it 表示目前的情况或状况，动词going 表示进展。类似的表达还有：How is the thing
