中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛（精选文档）(文档可以直接使用，也可根据实际需要修改使用,可编辑欢迎下载）中央电视台希望之星英语风采大赛浙江省温州赛区组委会文件温第（2021）06号关于举办2021年度中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛温州市永嘉分赛区选拔赛的通知各中、小学校、幼儿园：2021年度中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛（以下简称大赛）由中央电视台发起主办，目前已成功举办10年，大赛以“成长比成绩更重要，体验比名次更珍贵”为宗旨，以“培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样”为目的，旨在选拔全国大中小学、幼儿园及成人英语爱好者中的佼佼者，展示我国英语教学的现状，寻找未来中国代言人，创造良好的语言环境。

大赛定于2021年1月至6月在全国举行，永嘉分赛区选拔赛由永嘉实验中学承办，并于2021年3月至4月在永嘉举行，欢迎踊跃报名参赛。

永嘉分赛区将设幼儿组、小一组、小二组、小三组、小四组、小五组、小六组、初中组、高中组共九个组别；其中幼儿组不参加全国总决赛，小学组在晋级浙江省总决赛和全国总决赛时以小学1-3年级和4-6年级两组为单位选送；温州赛区前十强选手晋级浙江省总决赛，最终省决赛前五强晋级全国总决赛。

温州分赛区已成功举办四届，为两万余名选手提供了锻炼和展示机会，这次活动有益于我市大、中、小、幼儿园学生英语教育和全民英语学习的热潮推动，望有关单位给予大力支持，配合做好大赛的各项工作，组委会将根据选手成绩和组织情况在赛后评选出最佳组织单位奖和最佳指导老师奖。

永嘉分赛区各组别设一、二、三等奖若干名，最佳语音奖单项奖若干名。

“希望之星”英语风采大赛初赛，复赛活动记载一、大赛简况中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛是中央电视台社教中心主办，经中宣部、广电局批准，得到国家教育部大力支持，面向全国观众的大型电视比赛，旨在为全国英语爱好者搭建一个激励英语学习、培养思辨能力、展现综合风采的舞台，为中西文化架起一座促进沟通、增进国际交流的桥梁。

组织者希望能够通过比赛，让世界听到中国的声音，了解中国的文化传统与民族精神，增进我国与世界的沟通；推动我国外语教学与学习的发展，展示我国英语教学的现状；培养和发现新时期国家发展所需要的高素质外语人才；为我国的经济、文化建设创造良好的语言环境；为我国的英语爱好者提供锻炼自己，展示自我的舞台。

大赛自2000年开始，迄今已举办十五届，自始至终以其权威性，公正性以及媒体特有的透明度和公信力引起各方的关注和推崇，参赛人数累计超过9000万。

大赛以在校学生为主，分为幼儿组，小学低（1至3年级），小学高（4至6年级），初中，高中，大学及成人六个组别。

通过初赛，复赛，市决赛，省决赛，全国半决赛，总决赛六个层次进行。

二、大赛组织机构主办单位：金点英语培训中心三、大赛宗旨：1. 培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样；2. 成长比成绩更重要，体验比名次更珍贵；四、赛区及大赛组别设置：1. 大赛设个人幼儿组、小学A组（小学1－3年级）、小学B组（小学4－6年级）、初中组、高中组、大学成人组（18周岁以上）共六个参赛组别。

2. 大赛分为海选、复赛、市级决赛、省级决赛、全国预选赛和全国总决赛六个阶段；3. 地市级赛区组委会承担本赛区的海选、复赛、地市级决赛，负责向省级决赛选送选手；省级赛区组委会负责省级决赛，负责向全国预选赛选送选手。

五、比赛形式初赛以笔试及口语形式进行。

复赛以口语为主。
