前言本设计的主要任务是驻马店市世纪城公寓综合楼给水排水设计。

这是一栋18层的综合楼。

地下两层为停车场和设备间，地上1、2层为商场，其他部分为公寓。

每套公寓均设有卫生间，内设有坐式大便器、淋浴、洗脸盆各一个。

1,2层商场设有公共卫生间。

各层建筑面积不同,地下室层高为3.9m和3.6m。

1,2层层高为5.1m,3至18层层高为3.1m,建筑总高度为66m。

根据建筑物性质、用途及建筑单位要求,室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备系统，安全可靠的消防给水系统,设置独立的消火栓系统及自动喷水系统,每个消火栓箱内设按钮,消防时直接启动消防泵，生活水泵自动启动。

本综合楼内的宾馆要求室内热水供应采用全天全循环集中热水供应。

本设计说明书包含建筑工程设计中的生活给水，排水，热水以及消火栓和自动喷水等设计项目。

主要内容包括生活给水系统的设计计算、消火栓给水系统的设计计算、喷淋系统的设计计算、生活污水排水系统的设计计算。

水桶盖课程设计说明书1.塑件的技术要求产品的尺寸精度分析塑料零件的材料为PVC（聚氯乙烯），该塑件尺寸精度无特殊要求，所有尺寸均为自由尺寸，可按5级精度查取公差，其主要尺寸如下：径向尺寸：Φ130mm，Φ33mm，塑件总高：30mm. 塑件壁厚：2mm.塑件的表面质量分析（1）、该塑件要求外形美观，色泽鲜艳，没有缺陷、飞边、毛刺等，粗糙度可取Ra0.8um。

（2）、该塑件尺寸较大，但要求塑件表面精度不高，外表面允许微变加工痕迹方向，考虑到水桶盖在实际生活使用过程中与人体手指接触频繁，所以上表面棱角过渡处最好自然形成圆角.塑件的结构工艺性分析(1)、从图纸上分析，该塑件的外形为薄壁回转体。

很明显，为了便于脱模，塑件中部内凹处应设计成垂直或往上有个锥度（在此设计成垂直）,因此此处的壁厚应大于1.2mm，其余壁厚均为1.2mm，符合最小壁厚要求。

(2)、塑件的型腔较浅，无孔。

(3)、塑件结构简单，容易脱模，不必考虑侧抽芯装置。

塑件的材质工艺性聚氯乙烯树脂为白色或浅黄色粉末,是线型结构,非结晶型的高聚物,其可溶性与可熔性较差,加热后塑性也很差,故纯聚氯乙烯树脂不能直接用作塑料。

一般都应加入添加剂，在此我选用硬聚氯乙烯，即在纯聚氯乙烯中加入少量的曾塑剂，密度可取1.5g/com硬聚氯乙烯有较好的拉伸、抗弯、抗压、和抗冲性能，可单独用作结构材料。

成型时，料桶温度在170～210℃之间，模具温度10～60℃，成型收缩率0.1～0.5。

聚氯乙烯成型性能较差，又是热敏性材料，在成型温度下，容易分解散出氯化氢，所以应注意以下问题：(1)、严格控制温度和熔体的滞留时间，并用偏低的温度成型。

(2)、必须加入稳定剂和润滑剂，熔体粘度高，但有触变性，宜用低温高（90MPa）的方法注射。

(3)、应用带预塑化装置的螺杆式注射机注射成型，模具流道竟可能粗、短、厚。

模具型腔表面镀铬或渗氮处理，模具应有冷却装置。

(4)、一旦发生降解，应立即清理，可用聚乙烯或聚丙烯通过料桶的方法来清理。
