前言本设计的主要任务是驻马店市世纪城公寓综合楼给水排水设计。
这是一栋18层的综合楼。
地下两层为停车场和设备间,地上1、2层为商场,其他部分为公寓。
每套公寓均设有卫生间,内设有坐式大便器、淋浴、洗脸盆各一个。
1,2层商场设有公共卫生间。
各层建筑面积不同,地下室层高为3.9m和3.6m。
1,2层层高为5.1m,3至18层层高为3.1m,建筑总高度为66m。
根据建筑物性质、用途及建筑单位要求,室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备系统,安全可靠的消防给水系统,设置独立的消火栓系统及自动喷水系统,每个消火栓箱内设按钮,消防时直接启动消防泵,生活水泵自动启动。
本综合楼内的宾馆要求室内热水供应采用全天全循环集中热水供应。
本设计说明书包含建筑工程设计中的生活给水,排水,热水以及消火栓和自动喷水等设计项目。
主要内容包括生活给水系统的设计计算、消火栓给水系统的设计计算、喷淋系统的设计计算、生活污水排水系统的设计计算。
prefaceThe main task of this design is in the center of the city, jiangsu province, including water supply and drainage design of the hotel. This is a complex 26 house floor. 1 to 3 layers for the complex building subsidiary recreation, 4 to 26 floors for hotel guest rooms.The rooms and suites are equipped with toilet, ther are seated toilets, bathtubs, sinks in each one. Layer construction area is different, the basement height is 4.50 m, the layers of high of 4.50 m, 2 to 3 layers of high of 3.90 m, 4 to 26 layers of high of 3.30 m, building a total height of 88.20 m. 水桶盖课程设计说明书1.塑件的技术要求产品的尺寸精度分析塑料零件的材料为PVC(聚氯乙烯),该塑件尺寸精度无特殊要求,所有尺寸均为自由尺寸,可按5级精度查取公差,其主要尺寸如下:径向尺寸:Φ130mm,Φ33mm,塑件总高:30mm. 塑件壁厚:2mm.塑件的表面质量分析(1)、该塑件要求外形美观,色泽鲜艳,没有缺陷、飞边、毛刺等,粗糙度可取Ra0.8um。
(2)、该塑件尺寸较大,但要求塑件表面精度不高,外表面允许微变加工痕迹方向,考虑到水桶盖在实际生活使用过程中与人体手指接触频繁,所以上表面棱角过渡处最好自然形成圆角.塑件的结构工艺性分析(1)、从图纸上分析,该塑件的外形为薄壁回转体。
很明显,为了便于脱模,塑件中部内凹处应设计成垂直或往上有个锥度(在此设计成垂直),因此此处的壁厚应大于1.2mm,其余壁厚均为1.2mm,符合最小壁厚要求。
(2)、塑件的型腔较浅,无孔。
(3)、塑件结构简单,容易脱模,不必考虑侧抽芯装置。
塑件的材质工艺性聚氯乙烯树脂为白色或浅黄色粉末,是线型结构,非结晶型的高聚物,其可溶性与可熔性较差,加热后塑性也很差,故纯聚氯乙烯树脂不能直接用作塑料。
一般都应加入添加剂,在此我选用硬聚氯乙烯,即在纯聚氯乙烯中加入少量的曾塑剂,密度可取1.5g/com硬聚氯乙烯有较好的拉伸、抗弯、抗压、和抗冲性能,可单独用作结构材料。
成型时,料桶温度在170~210℃之间,模具温度10~60℃,成型收缩率0.1~0.5。
聚氯乙烯成型性能较差,又是热敏性材料,在成型温度下,容易分解散出氯化氢,所以应注意以下问题:(1)、严格控制温度和熔体的滞留时间,并用偏低的温度成型。
(2)、必须加入稳定剂和润滑剂,熔体粘度高,但有触变性,宜用低温高(90MPa)的方法注射。
(3)、应用带预塑化装置的螺杆式注射机注射成型,模具流道竟可能粗、短、厚。
模具型腔表面镀铬或渗氮处理,模具应有冷却装置。
(4)、一旦发生降解,应立即清理,可用聚乙烯或聚丙烯通过料桶的方法来清理。

3设计基础
1)水套的高度按照原图纸(铸轮中心~基座距离1,480mm)进行设计
当前实物的这一高度为1,525mm左右(有可能是垫铁等原因使高度增加了)、跟原图相比,活动台车的位置较低
现场测量时听吴方正讲还要进行调整,所以将来结合新水套的高度进行调整
2)图纸上的零部件(阀\压力表\旋塞\水嘴等)都是按日本尺寸作的, 在中国采购时要注意尺寸
第6项有图纸上目录的型号摘要
3)喷嘴45°角喷水、流量的要求不不适用于上述2项的外\侧水套,采用标准型号即可.
但是在水管上焊安装水嘴的基座时,应按成45°角倾斜的要求进行作业.
4)新图纸是根据原图纸和现场测量的尺寸绘制的,一部分是通过活动法兰的方式给将来调整用的,
最终是要根据现场情况进行调整的.
4水套加工制作注意事项
1)各主管的弯曲加工完成后,再进行喷嘴金具、支管等的开孔和冷却分区隔板加工。
(先开孔后弯曲的话,金具就很难放进去了)
2)应当将冷却分区隔板、终端板、开孔作业等产生的粉末内外清理完毕后再进行焊接。
3)各主管弯曲、开孔完成后,再进行主管之间的连接(M087)、其后再进行各主管和分管的焊接、调整
法兰的位置
4)要注意各法兰位置的水平度、平行度等
5)水套整体的加强支撑在现场进行,具体位置和加强方式确定后再实施。
6)侧面固定水套的固定作业也跟上面类似、根据现场情况进行实施。
因此,设计没做。
7)侧面固定水套的连接固定要根据现场情况确定位置、进行实施
此外,系统图中含有的阀门、流量表、压力表可考虑方便工人操作的位置进行安装。
