“对划线部分提问”方法1.2.2.3.例如：1. This is a book ?①This is what. ②Is this what ? ③What is this ?How oldWhatWhenHowWhere还要注意以下几点：1. 如果句子的划线部分是主语，只找疑问词放句首, 其它的照写。
如：1)He teaches us English. Who teaches us English？2)My mother’s clothes are over there. Whose clothes are over there？2. 如果句子的划线部分是谓语(包括谓语动词)，不论原来的谓语动词是何种形式(时态、语态)，都要将谓语动词变为do的相应的形式：不论原来的谓语动词后面跟的是人、物还是地点，一律用What来代替。

怎样对划线部分提问对划线部分进行提问，即针对句子中的某一成分提出问题。
实质上是把一个陈述句变成一个特殊疑问句的过程。
初学者，可利用“四步法”进行训练。
一对划线部分进行提问分四步：第一步，找出特殊词，代替划线部分。
（what when how where who which whose等）第二步，把原句变成一般疑问句（划线部分是主语或主语的定语除外）。
第三步，特殊词加上一般疑问句，划线部分省略。
第四步，归纳分析，写出正确答案。

（2）变疑问句：Is that a book ?(3)What+Is that ?省略a book(4)What is that ? 归纳（1大写开头字母；2去掉+号；3小写原先句首字母；4检查.）例2 The pen is on the desk .(1)找出Where代替on the desk 。

）二常见的对划线部分进行提问的题型1 对主语提问对主语提问时，只需找出一个恰当的疑问词代替划线部分；句子的语序不变。
（1）主语是人，用who代替。

特殊疑问句＝特殊疑问词（组）+一般疑问句特殊疑问词（组）根据划线的内容不同而不同。
一般疑问句＝[be(am,is,are,was,were),will,情态动词（can,could,should,may,might,must,need）,have,has,do,does,did]+主语+动词原形+其他成分？写一般疑问句时，句子中有be(am,is,are,was,were),will,情态动词（can,could,should,may,might,must,need）,have,has的完整形式或者缩写形式的话，就向前提，没有这些的话，就加上助动词do,does,did,要根据句子的时态正确添加。
如果是一般现在时，主语不是第三人称单数，就加do, 主语是第三人称单数，句子中的动词加了s或es的，要加上does,还要把动词加的s或es去掉，改成动词原形。
最后，别忘了句子末尾要改成问号。
解这类题通常分三步完成：首先选准疑问词；然后改为疑问句语序；最后抄写剩余部分。
需特别注意两点：一、注意疑问句的语序1. 对句子的主语提问，其语序是：疑问词＋谓语＋其他成分？She is their teacher．is their teacher？2. 对句子主语的定语提问，其语序是：疑问词＋主语＋谓语＋其他成分？My book is over there．book is over there？3. 对表语、宾语或状语提问，其语序是：疑问词＋一般疑问句？He lives in Beijing．does he live？4. 对表语或宾语的定语提问，其语序是：疑问词＋表语或宾语＋一般疑问句？I'm looking for my watch．are you looking for？1、对“地点”提问用where。

对划线句提问和同义句转换一、对划线句提问1.基本规则要考虑划线部分是什么内容,而且划线部分不能出现在你要完成的句子中.如果划线部分是事或物,用what提问；如果划线部分是地点,用where提问；如果划线部分是身体状况或者什么方式,用how提问；如果划线部分是原因,用why提问；如果划线部分是人,而且在句中作主语,用who提问；如果是作宾语,用whom提问；如果表示的是"...的",用whose提问；如果划线部分是价格，用how much提问；如果是数量，用how many提问。
2.基本句型(1)特殊疑问词+be动词+主语+其他？Who is he?/ Where is your toy?(2)特殊疑问词+助动词/情态动词+主语+动词原形+其他？When do you get up?/ How can I get to the cinema?(3)对某一天某一种颜色等或者数量提问的，见下面的实例。
3.特例介绍（1）询问某人做什么工作的句式1）what's your job?2）what do you do ?3）what's your occupation?回答基本是一致的，例如：I am a teacher(我是一个老师）或者I work in a bank as a employer(我在银行做职员）用法：用于两人初次见面询问对方的工作，是很好的方法。
