绝缘等级 - Isolation class

UL 变压器绝缘材料的温度等级知识CLASS A和CLASS B 是绝缘材料的温度等级，是根据IEC 60085 来划分的，相应地，还有Class F, Class H等，它们之间的温度限值不同。

CLASS A是不需要绝缘系统的，CLASS A以上温度等级则需要。

Class A 100度Class E 115度Class B 120度Class F 140度Class H 155度UL的绝缘系统分为两种，一种是OBJS，一种是OBJY。

OBJS通常是做绝缘材料（如Tape,Tube,Insulated Wire）的厂商申请，而OBJY则是器件（如变压器、马达等）生产厂家来申请。

OBJY2是UL的CCN（Category Control Number）后面带的2表明，是UL Recognized 。

（不带数字，表示是UL List）后面带的8表明，是cUL Recognized。

（带数字7表明，是cUL List）UL的绝缘系统有：Class E 120度Class B 130度Class F 155度Class H 180度ClassN 200度ClassR 220度ClassN 200度ClassS 240度ClassC 240度以上绝缘系统:绝缘系统是一些绝缘材料的组合。

在经过广泛的测试之后，证明这些绝缘材料组合在一起，在长期承受不超过该绝缘系统等级所限定的温度时，都不会发生绝缘性能的明显减弱。

但是实际生产出来的产品（例如变压器、马达等）在结构上还是要满足相关标准的要求（如CL 、CR、抗电强度等）。

所以，就算是有了绝缘系统，还是要进行器件的结构检查及测试。

例如, 在设计变压器或马达时, 一般有两种基本方法选择产品采用的材料:使用的电线、绝缘胶布和热塑料的选择既可采用识别各自的材料温度性能这种方法(如每一种材料自身的UL RTI), 也可采用集中式EIS识别这种方法。

后一种方法是测量所选择的材料组合如何在一个共同环境中一起工作。

隔离变压器参数
隔离变压器（Isolation Transformer）是一种特殊的变压器，其主要作用是隔离输入端和输出端的电路，以保护设备和人员不受电流干扰和电击伤害。

隔离变压器的参数主要
包括输入和输出电压、容量、绝缘等级、变比、功率因数等，下面对这些参数进行介绍。

输入和输出电压：隔离变压器的输入和输出电压主要包括单相和三相电压两种形式。

单相电压一般分为220V、380V、110V等，而三相电压则有380V、400V、415V等。

输入和
输出电压的选择需要根据具体的用途和要求进行选择。

容量：隔离变压器的容量一般是单位时间内输出的电量，其单位为VA（Volt-Ampere）。

隔离变压器的容量选择需要根据设备的功率和电流要求进行选择。

容量过小会导致过载和
损坏，容量过大则会浪费电能和增加设备成本。

绝缘等级：隔离变压器的绝缘等级表示其绝缘性能的好坏，通常采用B、F、H、C等级来表示。

不同的绝缘等级代表的绝缘性能也不同，选择绝缘等级需要根据电路环境和使用
要求进行选择。

变比：隔离变压器的变比指的是输入端和输出端的电压比，通常表示为K值。

K值等
于输出电压除以输入电压。

功率因数：隔离变压器的功率因数指的是其输入端和输出端的功率因数，通常用
cosΦ来表示。

功率因数越小，代表负载电器的效率越低，所需的电容和电缆线材的尺寸
也相应增加。

伏安特性篇三：电动机介绍我们这里所说的电动机，一般都是指能为车辆行驶提供全部或部分动力来源的电动机。

绝缘等级(insulation class)简介电动机的绝缘等级是指其所用绝缘材料的耐热等级，分A、E、B、F、H 级。

允许温升是指电动机的温度与周围环境温度相比升高的限度。

温度等级绝缘的温度等级 A级 E级 B级 F级 H级最高允许温度（℃） 105 120 130 155 180绕组温升限值（K） 60 75 80 105 125性能参考温度（℃） 80 95 100 120 145影响在发电机等电气设备中，绝缘材料是最为薄弱的环节。

绝缘材料尤其容易受到高温的影响而加速老化并损坏。

不同的绝缘材料耐热性能有区别，采用不同绝缘材料的电气设备其耐受高温的能力就有不同。

因此一般的电气设备都规定其工作的最高温度。

绝缘电阻insulation resistance绝缘物在规定条件下的直流电阻。

绝缘电阻是电气设备和电气线路最基本的绝缘指标。

对于低压电气装置的交接试验，常温下电动机、配电设备和配电线路的绝缘电阻不应低于5MΩ(对于运行中的设备和线路，绝缘电阻不应低于1MΩ/kV)。

低压电器及其连接电缆和二次回路的绝缘电在电机额定负载工作到稳定状态时，其绕组与机壳之间的绝缘电阻Rm（单位为MΩ）应符合下式所表示的关系。

式中：U为被试电机绕组的额定电压，单位为V；P为被试电机的额定功率，单位为kw。

Rm≥U/（1000+P/100）换算冷态电阻值，可供参考：RMC≥U÷1000×(75-t)÷5式中：RMC----冷态电阻考核值（兆欧）t----测量时绕组的温度（℃）u----绕组额定电压（V）.（电机额定电压）p----电机额定功率（kw）。

公式是这么样：R＝U／（1000＋P／100）R——绝缘电阻（MΩ）；U——电动机的额定电压（V）；P——电动机功率（KW）。

但实际工作一般按这样的做法：1、380V以下的低压设备用500V兆欧表（摇表）测量大于0.5兆欧视为合格。

2、1千伏以上设备的，用1kV或者2500V摇表来摇测，每升高1千伏绝缘电阻要求提高1兆欧。

绝缘等级和防护等级一、绝缘等级1、电机绝缘等级划分依据是按电动机所用绝缘材料的允许极限温度划分的。

有Y、A、E、B、F、H、C等几个等级，各级的允许极限温度如下表.所谓允许极限温度是指电机绝缘材料的允许最高工作温度，它反应绝缘材料的耐热性能。

2、表：绝缘材料的绝缘等级允许极限温度绝缘材料按耐热能力分为 Y、A、E、B、F、H、C 7个等级,其极限工作温度分别为90、105、120、130、155、180℃、及180℃以上。

所谓绝缘材料的极限工作温度,系指电机在设计预期寿命内，运行时绕组绝缘中最热点的温度。

根据经验，A级材料在105℃、B级材料在130℃的情况下寿命可达10年，但在实际情况下环境温度和温升均不会长期达设计值，因此一般寿命在15~20年。

如果运行温度长期超过材料的极限工作温度，则绝缘的老化加剧，寿命大大缩短.所以电机在运行中，温度是寿命的主要因素之一。

二、IP防护等级IP（INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION）防护等级系统是由IEC（INTERNATIONAL ELECTROTECHNICAL COMMISSION)所起草.将灯具依其防尘防湿气之特性加以分级.这里所指的外物含工具，人的手指等均不可接触到灯具内之带电部分，以免触电.IP防护等级是由两个数字所组成，第1个数字表示灯具离尘、防止外物侵入的等级，第2个数字表示灯具防湿气、防水侵入的密闭程度，数字越大表示其防护等级越高，两个标示数字所表示的防护等级如表一及表二.表一：防护程度防护等级定义0 没有防护对外界的人或物无特殊防护1 防止大于50mm的固体物体侵入防止人体(如手掌)因意外而接触到灯具内部的零件。

防止较大尺寸（直径大于50mm）的外物侵入。

2 防止大于12mm的固体物体侵入防止人的手指接触到灯具内部的零件防止中等尺寸（直径大12mm）的外物侵入.3 防止大于2.5mm的固体物体侵入防止直径或厚度大于2。

5mm的工具、电线或类似的细节小外物侵入而接触到灯具内部的零件.4 防止大于1。

绝缘等级标准的制定是为了保证绝缘材料在使用过程中能够具有足够的绝缘性能，能够承受设备在正常工作条件下的电压和温度，同时还要具有一定的安全储备，以应对设备在异常工作条件下的电压冲击和温度变化。

只有具备了足够的绝缘等级，电气设备才能够保证安全可靠地运行。

绝缘等级标准主要包括以下几个方面的内容：1. 耐压等级，绝缘材料的耐压等级是指在规定的条件下，绝缘材料能够承受的最大电压值。

通常来说，耐压等级越高，绝缘材料的绝缘性能就越好。

耐压等级是衡量绝缘材料绝缘性能的重要指标之一。

2. 耐热等级，绝缘材料的耐热等级是指绝缘材料能够承受的最高温度。

在电气设备中，绝缘材料通常会受到较高的温度影响，因此绝缘材料的耐热等级也是衡量其绝缘性能的重要指标之一。

3. 耐磨损等级，绝缘材料在使用过程中可能会受到机械磨损，因此绝缘材料的耐磨损等级也是绝缘等级标准中的重要内容之一。

绝缘等级与IP防护等级第1章、电气绝缘耐热性和表示方法Electrical insulation-Thermal evaluation and designation电工产品绝缘的使用期受到多种因素（如温度、电和机械的应力、振动、有害气体、化学物质、潮湿、灰尘和辐照等）的影响，而温度通常是对绝缘材料和绝缘结构老化起支配作用的因素。

因此已有一种实用的、被世界公认的耐热性分级方法，也就是将电气绝缘的耐热性划分为若干耐热等级，人们根据不同绝缘材料耐受高温的能力对其规定了7个允许的最高温度，按照温度大小排列分别为：Y、A、E、B、F、H和C。

2.2、单个表征数字当只需用一个表征数字表示某一防护等级时，被省略的数字应以字母“X”代替，例如IPXS或IP2X2.3、补充字母当防护的内容有所增加，可由第2位数字后的补充字母表示。

如果用到一个以上的字母，则按字母的顺序排列。

2.4、标志示例2.5、防护等级———第一位表征数字第一位表征数字表示外壳对人和壳内部件提供的防护等级。

第一位表征数字代表的防护等级所能“防止”进人壳内物体的含义。

术语“防止”表示能防止人体某一部分、手持的工具或导体进人外壳，即使进人，也能与带电或危险的转动部件(光滑的旋转轴和类似部件除外)之间保持足够的间隙。

因此，B级绝缘说明的是该发电机采用的绝缘耐热温度为130?。

使用者在发电机工作时应该保证不使发电机绝缘材料超过该温度才能保证发电机正常工作。

绝缘等级为B级的绝缘材料，主要是由云母、石棉、玻璃丝经有机胶胶合或浸渍而成的。

二.防护等级1. 电机外壳防护等级GB4942.1-85《电机外壳防护分级》;IEC34-5第一种防护:防止人体触及或接近壳内带电部分和触及壳内转动部件(光滑的旋转轴和类似部件除外)，以及防止固体异物进入电机。

第二种防护:防止由于电机进水而引起的有害影响。

代号IP xx，含义见下表。
