幼儿教师首要的是使用普通话。语言：语速适中，态度温和，语言生动、有趣、儿童化。具体要求：

1、上课语言：语速适中，语言生动、有趣、儿童化。

细则：使用普通话，用词规范；语气柔和，委婉中听，忌大声呼叫；咬字准确，吐音清晰；语调婉转、平稳，抑扬顿挫，语速适中。

2、生活语言：亲切关爱，体贴入微，力求体现母爱。

细则：不讲粗话，脏话，忌训斥幼儿；忌大呼小叫，不要离听者太近；时刻面带微笑，保持恰当的目光。

3、 文明用语：

⑴ 待来宾请使用（忌：不理不睬、冷漠、无应答）： 主动询问——您好，请问您找谁？请问您有什么事吗？需要帮忙吗？ 被动受问——哦，抱歉，这个我还不太清楚，我可以帮你问一下。

⑵ ⑵对同事： 上班时进幼儿园见到园里的工作人员，均应问“你好”“早上好”或点头致意。

称呼——在幼儿面前对同事不直呼其名，用幼儿角度的称呼：X老师、X麽麽，忌用生活中的称呼小X、老X……（言谈间不涉及他人隐私） 提出意见——我对这件事有看法，因为…… 提出建议——我想，能不能这样，……，供参考。

⑶ 小朋友和家长使用文明礼貌用语。

问候语——你好！小朋友好！宝宝好！早上好！等。 请求语——请、请稍等、打扰您了、麻烦你帮我等。 感谢语——谢谢、非常感谢等。 抱歉语——抱歉、对不起、很遗憾、请原谅等。 道别语——再见、明天见、待会儿见等。 宽容语——没关系、不客气、应该的等。

⑷ ⑷打电话： 打电话——先问好，然后做自我介绍，接下来再说事。如：“喂，您好！我是中心幼儿园X班的XX老师，你是某某的妈妈吗，是这样的……” 接电话——先问好，然后做自我介绍，接下来再询问。如：“喂，您好！中心幼儿园X班XX老师，请问你找谁？”或“您好！我是XX有什么事吗？” 放电话——等对方放下电话，然后再挂机。

4、 日常交流中的忌要

把礼貌十字习惯性用于日常口语中，注意不同环境下的音量与语气，对家长体现尊重，对同事体现友爱，对幼儿体现母爱。
