五年级上册《Unit 11 The journey of Little Water Drop》教学设计【教材简析】本课选自《牛津英语(沪教2011课标版)》五年级上册 Module4 The natural world,Unit 11的第二课时,本课的学习内容为The journey of Little Water Drop“小水滴的旅程”,在上一单元已经学过有关风的对环境的影响,学生能够运用first, next, then, after that, finally讲述事情发展的先后顺序,在此基础上,本节课采用“拼图阅读”学习方式,使学生通过自主阅读,合作学习等方式排出故事的发展顺序,学生能够在理解本节课内容的基础上绘制脑图,并用已有语言知识对本节课文章进行复述。
【学生分析】小学五年级的孩子们在经过四年的英语学习以后,已经具备了基础的听、说、读、写能力,形成了良好的学习习惯,依然对英语学习保持着浓厚的兴趣,对新事物有着强烈的好奇心,探索知识的欲望很强。
自主学习能力较强,能够与同伴合作互助学习,能够明确学习语言任务并努力达成目标。
学生对本单元The natural world这一话题很感兴趣,对于本节课The journey of Little Water Drop 小故事的学习很期待,他们想了解水的物理变化,遇到高温液态的水会变成气态,变成水蒸汽的水遇到温度降低又会变回到液态的过程。
【设计理念】本节课主要采用了“拼图阅读”的的学习方式,首先“拼图阅读”是小组合作学习模式的一种,它能够体现一下学习过程:(1)全员参与过程:它强调在完成整个任务的过程中,小组成员个人的努力和贡献的不可或缺的作用。
让学生更能体会到为自己学习承担责任,要全程参与。
(2)凸显学的过程:要求学生全面应用听说读写各种语言技能,自主学习,相互倾听,彼此分享,彼此合作,解决问题,完成任务。
提高学生和学生之间、教师和学生之间、学生和学习材料之间的互动。
