如何对大学课堂的教学质量进行评价和监控,是一个复杂的系统工程。
在这个工程中,就大学课堂教学质量评价和监控的参与主体而言,可以借鉴企业组织管理学中的相关利益者理论进行分析,以构建适应我国高等教育发展现状的多元评价主体体系,并明确不同主体在大学课堂教学质量评价中的视角和重点。

《金融营销学》教学实践及改进思路———以广西大学商学院为例甘鸿鸣(广西大学商学院,广西南宁530004)[摘要]《金融营销学》是2011-2012学年才开始进入广西大学商学院金融学专业大学生课堂的一门新课。
通过对这门课的第一次教学实践活动进行总结发现,在教学目标、指导思想、教材、教学方法、教学结构等多个方面存在着很多问题。
为切实开展好《金融营销学》教学,应该认真筛选教材和营销策划模拟软件;建立案例库和视频资料库;认真组织案例讨论、对学生课堂表现评价做到明晰化;聘请金融企业营销经理进课堂,从而提高教学质量。
