简洁20W单端纯甲类功放的制作电路图这款20W单端纯甲类功放电路图,电路十分简单,所用元件很少。
符合“简洁至上”的原则,用料普通,易于仿制。
看到好多的发烧友对单端纯甲类功放感兴趣,不敢独享,与广大的音响发烧友交流。
原理图如下所示:电路原理和设计思路,整机电路可以分为四部分:输入级:核心电路是由两只BC559组成的差分放大电路,22K对地电阻为三极管的偏置电阻,它的大小同时决定了整个功放的输入电阻。
8.2K电阻是差分对管的公共发射极电阻,决定了差分电路的共模抑制比和本级的静态工作电流。
经过输入级放大的电流在流经1K可调电阻时产生的电压信号,直接输送到下一级。
1UF电容是整机的输入电容,其容量的大小和制造材料对音质的影响很大。
根据理论计算,1UF的电容与输入电阻22K组成了一个高通滤波电路,它的低端转折频率可以用下式计算:f=1000/(2*3.14*22*1)=7.2HZ。
(在过去将放大器的低端频响定位在20HZ时,还是可接受以的。
现在数码音源大行其道的今天,看来还是高了一些,低端转折频率定在1HZ以下还是可以接受的。
)由于该电容的重要性,一定要选择品质优良的进口音频专用耦合电容,在国产的电容中,新德克的品牌还是值得信任的,经过笔者和朋友的试用,效果令人满意,只是体积稍大了些,在设计电路板时要考虑是否能安装得下。
8.2K电阻决定了输入级的晶体管静态工作电流,可以由下式进行估算(两管值):VCC/8.2K=20/8.2=2.4MA。
由于输入级的晶体管静态工作电流对音质有较大的影响,可以调整该电阻的大小来满足自己的要求。
(晶体管静态工作电流小,信噪比高,但是音质发干,低音单薄。
如果电流大一些,音质温暖,低音厚实,但是晶体管特有的高频噪声和反映在音频内的电流声也会增加,使信噪比下降。
本机取2.4MA还是比较合适的。
电压放大级:为了简化电路,本机使用一只三极管BD139,采用共射放大电路,还采用了自举电路。
Zh12Zh将功率放大器和低音炮(配有内置放大器)连接到本机,并将音箱连接到功率放大器。
1将本机的 PRE OUT 插孔连接到所有 11 个声道的功率放大器的主输入插孔(a 或 b )。
进行非平衡连接时 (a ),请使用音频针口缆线(RCA 非平衡缆线)将本机的 PRE OUT (RCA) 插孔连接到放大器的主输入 (RCA) 插孔。
进行平衡连接时 (b ),请使用 XLR 平衡缆线将本机的 PRE OUT (XLR) 插孔连接到放大器的主输入 (XLR) 插孔。
2使用音频针口缆线将低音炮(配有内置放大器)连接到本机的 SUBWOOFER PRE OUT 1–2 插孔。
3将每个音箱连接到功率放大器上对应的音箱端子。

•根据您的功率放大器,可能需要更改其设置,以便从本机接收的音频从连接到放大器的音箱发出。
•您可以将 2 个低音炮连接到本机,然后将它们分别置于房间的右/左两侧(或前/后两侧)。
在使用 2 个低音炮的情况下,将电源线插入交流墙壁电源插座后,请配置“低音炮配置”。

在本机上播放电视视频时需要此连接。

雅马哈861功放说明书装载有只在{dj0}机型才被应用的ABT专业级视频处理组件、和ADI编码影像处理电路,能将普通DVD视频升级到720p/1080i高清格式而实现逐行扫描输出。
此晶片内含有很多崭新技术,光是处理隔行至逐行扫描过程便是以点(pixel)为转换单位,画面亦有效减少狗牙现像出现。

具有"纯直通"的设计,这里说的直通除了CD播放的模拟信号直接进入功率放大输出部分外,在数码输入如SACD的DSD或者PCM 数码信号的时候,同样会直通,会停止所有不需要的DSP芯片组、视频处理电路等的电源,而且用作缓冲记忆的RAM组也会停止工作,以防止存储/读取过程中使误码率增加。
数码信号直接传输到DAC解码部分做解码能避免信号经过不相干的缓冲内存、环绕、解码等电路而产生的微小损失,让数码信号直接解码后直接进入功率放大输出部分,以提供高品质的HIFI重播能力。

主要保护电路有:短路保护、热保护、地线偶然开路、电源极性反接(Vsmax=12V)以及负载泄放电压反冲等。
功放中的前置放大器,一般都采用双电源供电,即对称的正负电源供电。
业余制作时,又会碰到手头无双电源,这就给制作带来困难。
本文介绍利用TDA2030将单电源转换双电源给前置放大器NE5532供电,电路如附图所示。
用TDA2030做双电源供电电路TDA2030 (IC1)是一种高效的运算放大器。
利用它的互补输出,就可将单极性电源转换成所需出的双极性电源。
在图中,阴值相等的Rl、 R2形成一个分压器,分压器的中点接到IC1运算放大器的同相输入端,且IC1接成电压跟随器,使O’端和0端电位相等。
O’端又是虚地点,它与输入电源的接地端完全隔离。
C2、C3分别为正、负电源的滤波电容。
正电源从C2的“+”端输出,加到IC2 NE5532的⑧脚,负电源从C3的“一”端输出,加到IC2 NE5532的④脚.O’端为IC2的接地端。
由于NE5532在以往的文章中介绍较多,这里不再赘述。
在电路图中均标明了元件数值,只要按图制作,一般无需调试均可正常工作。
YAMAHA DSP-A1 AV 放大器剖析YAMAHA 公司在家庭影院新一轮热潮--DTS 软件大量上市之际,推出一款具DTS/AC-3(解码)功能的顶级AV 放大器--DSP-A1,外观设计仍继承过往YAMAHA 顶级机型的风格,庞大的机身,铁灰色的厚重金属面板,配上两边高贵的护木,显示出一份精致豪华的味道。
它身高19.05cm,比DSP-A3090 高了2cm,重量25kg,也比A3090 重l.5kg,看上去更显气派。
面板设计也是简洁大万,除音量调节、信源选择开关、电源开关和Tape 2 Monitor 开关外,全部功能键都设计在副面板之下。
若要更为实际的操作,还需依靠遥控器较为方便,且遥控器也有正副面板的设计,复杂少用的功能键设计在副面板之下,控制键以不同形状间隔,令用户很容易上手;还具有学习功能,可控制其它AV 器材。
另外按键有夜灯显示.黑暗中使用也十分方便,YAMAHA 的设计真是费了不少心思。
背板输出/大端子大体上与DSP-A3090 相同.有5 组纯音频输入端子、2 组纯音频输出端子、5 组AV 输入端子(含s 端子)、3 组AV 输出端子(含s 端子),可连接4 台纯Audio 器材、5 组AV 器材。
特别之处还有1组5.1 声道的输入.若是今后还出现什么新的环绕系统,用家不必换机,只需购解码器就行了。
在数码端子方面有1 组杜比AC-3 RF 输入、3 组同轴输入、5 组Toslink 光纤输入.1 组Toslink 光纤输出,并且每一组输入都可以自动识别是PCM、Dolby AC-3 或是DTS 的信号,各声道都有前级输出端子,可以外接更高级的功率放大器升级,所有端子皆作镀金处理,以防氧化。
DSP-Al 的电路称得上是结合了最新技术制作而成。
杜比AC-3 解码部份,采用的是YAMAHA 自己开发的YSS249 芯片,此芯片以24bit 运算,精度非常高,对信息的传输率达640Kbps。
