1、什么是骨龄?骨龄是骨骼年龄的简称，是随年龄增长而出现的有规律的骨骼X线变化标志，借助于骨骼在X光摄像中的特定图像来确定，是目前医学上鉴定发育程度最准确的方法。

2、骨龄评测有什么临床医学意义?骨龄评测有重要的临床医学意义: (1)疾病诊断，评测骨龄可了解骨骼生长发育状况，提示骨骼生长发育是否过速或迟缓，发现可能存在的各种疾病，如骨龄迟缓常见于克汀病、库兴氏病、佝偻病、慢性营养不良等;骨龄提前见于肾上腺皮质增生或肿瘤、生殖细胞瘤和血友病等。

(2) 身高预测，通过骨龄评测应用身高预测公式可对最终身高作出评价。

以及可用于矫形、推测有关疾病发病时间等方面。

3、我们所进行临床检查的内容?(1)一般体格发育指标检测:身高、体重、胸围、臀围、臂围、腰围、腿长等指标，参照国家青少年体格发育标准，对个体生长发育情况做出评价。

(2)骨骼影像学检查:拍摄左侧肩关节、膝关节、骨盆、双侧手腕及牙全片共五个部位DR图片，参照CHN法、叶氏法、顾氏图谱法、六大关节法等评价骨龄;排除青少年常见骨科疾病(如骨肿瘤);(3)口腔卫生检查:观察口腔卫生及牙齿萌出、牙根钙化、磨损情况，对口腔卫生保健提出建议。

4、接受本课题研究的检查是否会对身体造成不良影响?据报道，临床一次性胸透检查的辐射量相当于拍摄约12张传统X线片。

而我们课题组所使用的X射线检查设备是最新型价值数百万的数字化X线成像系统DR,其辐射量仅为传统X线摄像仪的七分之一!因此本课题检查并不会对个体造成不良影响。

5、是否会泄露个人信息资料?本课题组会严格履行对个人信息的保密责任，每个自愿者的个人信息及临床检查资料仅用于科研及为自愿者出具个人检测报告。
