I 设计总说明

随着省民和县城工业生产的发展,城市人口的递增,城市规模的扩大,工业废水和生活污水排出量日益增多,大量未经处理的污水直接排入周围河流,致使城市周围环境污染十分严重,城市排水工程的建设已成当前迫切需要解决的问题。

民和县人口为10万,街坊面积为830公顷,污水处理厂设计规模为20000m3/d,处理工艺采用厌氧池加氧化沟工艺。

民和县排水管网采用分流制,生活污水和工业污水通过污水管道进入污水处理厂进行处理后排入湟水河,雨水经雨水管网收集后直接排放,排入湟水河。在民和县污水厂的污水处理中,采用一组平流式沉沙池,长宽分别为10×5m;两座厌氧池,直径为19m;两座氧化沟,氧化沟直线段长57m,宽为7m;两座中心进水周边出水的辐流式沉淀池,直径为24m;处理后的水经液氯消毒排入吊桥沟,最终汇入湟水河。在污泥处理中,污泥经脱水机房处理后外运。回流污泥泵房长宽为10×10m;剩余污泥泵房长宽为8×8m;两座浓缩池,直径为6.2m;两座一级消化池,直径为12m;一座二级消化池,直径为12m;污泥脱水机房长宽为10×10m,脱水污泥外运。

II Specification

Along with the development of the provincial and county industrial production, increasing urban

population, the expansion of cities, industrial wastewater and sewage discharge quantity increasing, a large

number of untreated sewage directly discharged into the surrounding rivers, the urban environment

pollution is very serious, the city drainage engineering construction has become the current urgent needs to

solve the problem.

Minhe County population is 100000, 830hectares neighborhood, design scale of wastewater treatment

plant for the 20000m3/d, the treatment process by anaerobic pond and oxidation ditch process.

Minhe County drainage system using triage system, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater

through sewage pipes into the sewage treatment plant discharged into the drawbridge and ditch, collected

rain-storm sewer system directly, into the huangshui River. In minhe County sewage factory of sewage

processing in the, used a group flat flow type sank Sha pool, long wide respectively for 10x5m; two block

anaerobic pool, diameter for 19m; two block oxidation Groove, oxidation Groove line section length 57m,

wide for 7m; two block Center water around water of spoke flow type precipitation pool, diameter for 24m;

processing Hou of water by liquid chlorine disinfection row into suspension bridge Groove, eventually

meeting into Huang water river. In sludge treatment, sludge dewatering House shipped after processing.

Return sludge pumping station aspect for a 10x10m; excess sludge pumping station aspect 8x8m; two

thickener, 6.2m diameter; two-stage digestion pools, 12m diameter; a secondary digester, diameter of 12m

for sludge dewatering House aspect is 10x10m, Sinotrans dewatered sludge.
