首先报道的肯定是发生过得事。所以时态一定要用一般过去式。

①最后结构分成4部分：标题，导语，主体，和结语。要写三段式。

A.标题。一般标题的要求是简洁，吸引人的目光和能概括整篇报道的内容。不过在应用文写作中通常会给出标题。需要注意的是如果不给标题，自己就要写上。

B.第一段，两句话。第一句话是活动目的。（why）一般可以以in order to开头。第二句话是活动的简单概述，一般包括who.what.where.when.把这四个关键点连成一句话。例如：为了…，xx在xx时间xx地点组织了xx活动。

eg：in order to encourage the students to take outdoor exercise，our school organized a

mountainclimbing activity in Yunji mountain on January 10th.

C.第二段，主要是在讲如何展开的这项活动，一些活动的具体过程。这一段是字数最多的，需要注意的是在这一段可以适当的使用一些高级词汇或句型（运用非谓语动词，各种从句，虚拟语气和强调句等一些特殊句型）

D.第三段，两句话。第一句是活动评价。第二句是这项活动带来的具体益处是什么。

对活动的评价常用的万能句式一般有三类。

the activity benefited us a lot.

all of us thought highly of the activity

the activity turned out to be a great success.

具体益处一般我们可以采用not only…but also的句型。比如具体益处是增进友谊和丰富学校生活就可以这么说。

not only did it promote our friendship，but also enriched our school life.

最后一定要注意的是应用文写作一般要求的字数是80词左右，不需要写太多。所以一定要按模板往里面套，这样可以节省时间。留充足的时间给读后续写。
