日本木材检验

常规知识及标准1）框架材料：MDF /刨花板 /夹板 /实木现在日本对家具FORMALIN福尔马林含量要求很严格，各种材料全部必须通过E1标准才可出口。

通常标准分为E0/E1/E2三类。

2）皮类：主要有真皮/PU革/PVC 真皮反面有绒毛，正面可见毛孔。

PU革反面一般为纤维，正面无毛孔，材质较软。

PVC反面一般为网格状交叉棉线，手感较硬。

3）接着剂：要求接着剂也要通过E1标准。

4）構造（结构）：各种类型家具的使用功能，根据用途，结构不一。

5）塗装（油漆）：油漆有分各种类别，如：LAUQE 、AC、PU、UV、PE。

LAQUE及AC属于NC类，通称硝基漆，硬度不是很强，指甲划过有痕迹。

PU称为聚氨酯漆，手感柔和饱满，漆层厚，硬度好，指甲划过通常无痕迹。

UV和PE均为高档的油漆。

以上油漆均可做测试进行检验（可溶性、耐酸性等）来进行判断。

6）包装（捆包）：一般外箱双层瓦楞纸，四角或四边一般有15MM 宝丽龙保护产品。

7）家具一般材质标准：* 死节、油心、树皮在任何部位都不允许。

死节判定标准：两面可见的黑色节疤，以及可用手抠掉的节疤都称为死节。

* 受力部位（如桌脚、椅脚、楼梯踏板、床脚）绝不允许有死节。

椅脚和楼梯踏板活节也不可接受。

* 连接部位（如上木牙榫、打孔、安装预埋螺母等部位）绝不允许有任何节疤。

* 色差不可明显，检验时应将产品排列开来进行颜色对比。

颜色以色板为标准。

* 木材含水率须在16%以下。

家具检查步骤及方法：①外箱先摇晃测试，是否里面部件会松动。

箱内发出松动的声音是不可接受的。

②根据资料核对唛头，外箱尺寸，包装方法，宝丽龙厚度及放置位置。

部件之间是否用珍珠棉分隔，是否清洁。

一般五金配件要用红绳子拉出箱外。

③检查外箱标识“组立说明书在中”，“部品在中”是否与实际相符，是否按要求放入品质标签，取扱说明书等。

五金配件是否和组立说明书一致，不允许生锈。

万向轮是否滑动正常，止动是否有用，螺丝和扳手是否配套。

木材(mùcái)检尺知识木材(mùcái)检尺知识木材(mùcái)检尺：logscaling木材检尺包括竹材检尺，它一般分为(fēn wéi)立木检尺、原条检尺、原木检尺、规方材检尺及楠竹检尺等五个方面的范畴。

一、立木检尺：伐区作业。

根据《森林法》规定，凡国有林业企事业单位申请采伐许可证时，必须提出伐区调查设计文件，其他单位申请采伐许可证时，必须提出有关采伐的目的、地点、林种、林况、面积、蓄积、方式和更新措施等内容的文件。

对伐区作业不符合规定的单位，发放采伐许可证的部门(bùmén)有权收缴采伐许可证，中止其采伐，直到纠正为止。

那么，伐区作业必须遵循以下要求：1、检尺起始直径从5cm开始；2、检尺高度一般胸高直径为准，以1.3米为标准，值得注意的是，如果是坡度伐区作业，检尺鉴定时，检尺人员要站在坡度的上方。

3、材积表的使用。

立木材积表一般以当地《一元立木材积表》为计算依据。

4、木材材积的折算按0.65%的出材率计算。

在实际操作中，存在地径与胸径之间的差异，这种差异一般相差在3cm范围之内。

地径达10cm属检尺的起始尺度，地径在8cm以下的幼树一般不计算材积。

对立竹的检尺，一般以眉径1.5m高度为检尺点。

立竹分类：眉径在6cm以上的属大径竹，眉径在6cm以下的那么属小径竹。

二、原条检尺原条即采伐后的木材，原条检尺即是对已采伐的木材进行检尺和材积计算。

原条具有斧口、长度不定，尾径缺乏6cm〔松材除外〕的特征。

1、长度的测量以树蔸最高斧印，树梢出口以6cm为限，即从斧口上缘处量到尾径足6cm处，这个范围内为测量长度，并以整数为计算，缺乏1米的不予计算。

如7.6m那么按7m取数。

检尺部位从树蔸最高斧印开始，2.5米处度量。

2、钢卷尺所量得周长÷π=直径，即为水篾尺度。

3、弯曲木长度的检测按斧口到尾径足6cm拉直量度，去掉伐口，并同时去掉缺乏6cm的尾径。

日本林业的衰退问题及对策摘要:阐述了日本林业衰退的过程,分析了其衰退的原因,并总结了日本政府发展林业的对策,以期为中国林业发展提供借鉴。

关键词:林业衰退;问题;原因;对策;日本日本的森林面积约2 500万hm2,约占国土面积的67%,其中约1 300万hm2(约50%)为天然林,1 000万hm2(约40%)为人工林,其余为无立木地或竹林等(森林面积源于《林野厅业务资料》,2002[1])。

在过去40年中,日本的森林面积基本保持在2 500万hm2。

但是,通过战后人工造林,2007年的人工林面积增加了30%,其中非更新性造林面积约占新增人工林的50%。

因此,天然林实质上在同时期约减少了15%。

日本的森林蓄积量始终处于增长状态,现有森林蓄积量为40亿m3,是1966年的2倍[2],其中人工林的蓄积量增加了5倍[3]。

日本每年的木材产量约为3 500万m3,约占总需求的48%,其余部分依靠进口木材补充[4]。

根据日本学术会议的森林价值评估结果,日本森林资源的经济价值为6 700亿日元/年,森林资源的环境价值为7亿日元/年[4]。

然而,有着这样丰富森林资源的国家,也面临着林业衰退的问题。

虽然有着丰富的森林资源,但因历史和政策的原因,日本林业面临着衰退的问题,尤其是随着战后营造的人工林的成熟,暴露的问题越来越明显。

现将日本林业衰退的背景、原因和政府对林业衰退采取的对策总结如下。

1日本林业衰退的过程在战后恢复植被的造林运动中种植的树木,经过半个世纪的生长,已经进入收获期,但80%的国内木材消耗量仍为进口木材,这意味着大量的本土木材未能得到充分利用。

1.1造林恢复植被运动在1945—1955年期间,日本因战后复兴等原因,木材需求急剧增加。

但因战争中的乱伐和自然灾害等原因,木材供给量严重不足,并导致价格大幅度上涨。

为了尽快满足木材消费需求,政府在全国实施了大规模的造林运动,在以阔叶树为主的天然林采伐迹地或荒地上大面积营造以针叶树为主的人工林,主要采伐村落周围的杂木林和深山的天然林,并用日本柳杉、日本扁柏、落叶松、赤松等生长较快且经济价值高的针叶树种取代。

第1篇一、前言木材作为重要的建筑材料和工业原料，其质量直接关系到建筑安全、家具耐用性和工业产品的性能。

为了确保木材质量，我们公司特设立了木材检验部门，负责对进厂木材进行严格的质量检验。

本报告旨在总结过去一年的木材检验工作，分析存在的问题，并提出改进措施。

二、工作回顾1. 检验流程过去一年，木材检验部门严格按照公司制定的检验流程进行工作，主要包括以下环节：（1）原料入库检验：对进厂木材进行外观、尺寸、含水率、密度等基本指标的检测，确保原料质量符合要求。

（2）加工过程检验：对加工过程中的木材进行抽样检验，监控加工质量，确保产品合格。

（3）成品检验：对成品木材进行外观、尺寸、含水率、密度等指标的检测，确保产品质量符合国家标准。

2. 检验方法（1）外观检验：观察木材表面是否有裂纹、节疤、腐朽等缺陷。

（2）尺寸检验：使用游标卡尺、量角器等工具，检测木材尺寸是否符合要求。

（3）含水率检测：使用含水率仪，检测木材含水率是否符合标准。

（4）密度检测：使用密度计，检测木材密度是否符合要求。

3. 检验成果（1）原料入库合格率：本年度原料入库合格率达到95%以上。

（2）加工过程合格率：本年度加工过程合格率达到98%以上。

（3）成品合格率：本年度成品合格率达到99%以上。

三、问题分析1. 原料质量不稳定部分供应商提供的木材质量不稳定，导致原料入库合格率有所下降。

2. 检验人员素质参差不齐部分检验人员对检验标准和操作规程掌握不够熟练，导致检验结果出现偏差。

3. 检验设备老化部分检验设备使用年限较长，存在一定程度的磨损，影响检验精度。

四、改进措施1. 加强供应商管理严格筛选供应商，对供应商进行定期考核，确保原料质量稳定。

2. 提高检验人员素质定期对检验人员进行培训，提高其业务水平，确保检验结果准确。

3. 更新检验设备加大对检验设备的投入，更新老化设备，提高检验精度。

4. 完善检验制度修订检验操作规程，细化检验流程，确保检验工作规范有序。

龙源期刊网 韩国制定非法采伐对策有利于日本合法木材出口作者：来源：《国际木业》2019年第02期韩国：继日本制定《合法木材法案》（全称为《促进合法木材等的流通与利用法律》）并谋求将非法采伐的木材和木制品拒之门外之后，韩国也修订了《木材可持续利用法》实施细则，引入木材合法性确认机制，并借鉴欧盟、美国、澳大利亚和印度尼西亚等国的相关法律，制定了非法采伐对策。

至此，韩国成为全球木材贸易法律制度更加完善的国家之一。

韩国于2017年3月21日开始对《木材可持续利用法》进行修訂，并于2018年10月1日起正式实施该法。

《木材可持续利用法》规定，韩国原木、锯材、集成材、胶合板和木质颗粒的进口商在进口这些产品时应向韩国山林厅提交进口申报单和相关资料文件，且必须是通过检验机构对合法性进行的认定。

进口木材需具备以下证明文件才能被认为是合法的：1）根据原产国法规发放的采伐许可证；2）国际通用的合法采伐木材和木材产品的认证证书；3）根据两国间协议互认的文件；4）其他韩国山林厅认可的合法性证明文件。

对于不具备以上4项要求、未能核实木材合法性的木材和木材产品，将令其停售、退回或销毁。

木材检验机构应是韩国林业振兴机构和山林厅指定的官方机构或研究单位。

韩国对进口木材合法性的规定十分接近日本制定的《合法木材法案》。

从日本对韩国出口角度来看，FSC、PEFC作为国际公认的合法性认证体系，以及与PEFC互认的SGEC（日本绿色循环认证）体系，其森林认证证书均被视为可满足韩国木材合法性最新要求的证书，因而持有此类证明文件的日本出口木材容易得到韩国方面的认可。

2017年，日本出口到韩国的原木约为13万m3，锯材约为9 000 m3，均为FSC、PEFC和SGEC认证木材且符合出口要求。

因此，日本不但不会受到韩国制定的非法采伐强化对策的影响，反而今后会因日、韩两国木材合法性认证制度的相似而有利于日本木材向韩国的出口。

实木栈板检验规范一、外观检验1.按照ISPM 15标准检验（木栈板侧面要有烟熏IPPC或热处理HT标志）否则判定为拒收2.木栈板不允许有铺板破裂、少板条、少钉或漏钉、以及钉子凸起现象，否则判定为拒收；3.木栈板不容许有虫眼、树皮以及腐朽等现象，，否则判定为拒收；4.木栈板上板条和整体表面平滑、要刨平凸起要≤10MM，否则判定为拒收；5.木栈板在未装载的状态下，栈板摆放于地面必须要平稳，否则判定为拒收；6.木栈板表面不允许有油污、破损、等明显外观不良，否则为条件接收；二、尺寸检验：1.依照订单标注的尺寸检验，如不符合图纸要求尺寸判定为拒收；2.木栈板上面木板之间的缝隙不得超过3英寸(76.2mm)，否则判定为拒收；3.木栈板包含侧面的裂缝要≤152×4MM，否则判定为拒收；三、特殊检验：1.符合欧盟ROHS标准判定；超出标准判定拒收;2.木栈板含水率：所有木栈板必须是干燥的，用含水率测试仪测量6个点都必须要≤20%,超出标准判定拒收;3.注意：出货限制用刨花板脚柱的栈板，易脱脚损坏；栈板规格标准现行的栈板标准是国际标准化组织在2003年更新制定的栈板的尺寸标准是物流单元化重要的标准。

栈板与存储的货架、搬运的产品、集装箱、运输车辆、卸货平台以及搬运设施等有直接的关系，因此栈板的规格尺寸是考虑其他物流设备规格尺寸的基点。

例如，栈板横梁货架的横梁宽度尺寸最常见的有2300mm 和2700mm，前者承放两个1200mm×1000mm的栈板，后者承放三个1200mm×800mm的栈板。

这里，特别值得一提的是要建立有效的栈板公用系统，必须使用统一规格的栈板，栈板标准化是栈板作业一贯化的前提。

在选择栈板尺寸时应该考虑以下因素：1.要考虑运输工具和运输装备的规格尺寸合适的栈板尺寸应该符合运输工具的尺寸，可以充分利用运输工具的空间，提高装载率，降低运输费用，尤其要考虑海运集装箱和运输商用车的箱体内尺寸。
