转眼又到了端午节，它除了让人想起龙舟盛会以外，粽子的美味更令人神往，也是我梦寐以求的日子。我长这么大还没吃过我家自己做的香喷喷的粽子，据我奶奶说味道好极了。自己做的粽子可以随心所欲地加上自己喜欢的食物和配料。因此，今年我死缠烂打，软磨硬泡，爸爸妈妈被我弄得没办法，只好同意了。

一切准备就绪后，我爸先将猪肉、香菇切成方块，然后将猪肉放在锅中炒制，加些事先准备好的调料炒出香味，才将猪肉捞起。接着，将香菇和事先泡制好的食物调好配料后一同炒熟，剩余汤汁炒以预先洗净的上等糯米，至所有的汁都被上等糯米吸收进去为止，再放入刚才所炒的料一起拌匀。

接下来，该我妈上场了，我静静地站在一旁看。只见，妈妈取了两张碧绿的箬竹叶子重叠在一块，双手抓住叶子两端，轻轻向中心一卷，熟练地卷成圆锥形，放于左手掌中，右手用勺子舀了些刚才炒制好的馅料装进圆锥形里边，直到把圆锥形填满了。这时，只见妈妈右手拇指和食指将叶子两头捏住轻轻向前一压，再一个小的反剪，交于左手握牢不放松，空出来的右手拿一绳，一头用牙齿咬住，一头用右手拽紧，沿粽子腰间绕两圈扎紧系牢。一个绿莹莹的粽子就大功告成了，看得我目瞪口呆。接着，妈妈继续不厌其烦地包着，包着这有棱有角的小东西。

包好后，我爸把粽子放在锅中去煮，并告诉我说：“这叫炕肉粽，炕肉粽的时间，一般是8小时，这样肉粽才能出胶，香味四溢。”

我一听晕了，还要这么久，我都快垂涎三尺，但也无可奈何，等吧，真是等到花儿也谢了……

等待中，我觉得粽子真是个有意思的小东西，只需用那么几张碧绿的箬竹叶把糯米和馅料包起来，蒸煮一番，糯米和馅料就带上了箬竹叶味儿，而且家里也弥漫着淡淡的清香。我真喜欢由粽子而带来的这清香的味儿，也希望明年我家还能继续飘着这清香的味儿。
