控制爆破(Controlled Blasting Techniques)

浅谈对控制爆破的认识作者：邓建雄来源：《科学与财富》2016年第19期摘要：控制爆破是指迈过一定的技术措施严格控制爆炸能量和爆破规模使爆破的声响、震动、飞石、倾倒方向、破坏区域以及破碎物的散坍范围在规定限度以内的爆破方法.控制爆破目前在拆除工程中得到广泛应用。

如：定向爆破、预裂爆破、光面爆破、岩塞爆破、微差控制爆破、拆除爆破、静态爆破、燃烧剂爆破等。

不同于一般的工程爆破，对由爆破作用引起的危害有更加严格的要求，多用于城市或人口稠密、附近建筑物群集的地区拆除房屋、烟囱、水塔、桥梁以及厂房内部各种构筑物基座的爆破，因此，又称拆除爆破或城市爆破。

通俗地讲，所谓控制爆破是指对工程爆破过程中由于炸药在岩土中的爆炸而产生的飞行、地震、空气冲击波、烟尘、噪音等公害通过一定的技术手段加以控制的一种新的爆破技术。

关键词：控制爆破；拆除爆破；深孔爆破；潜孔爆破1、控制爆破的定义控制爆破不同于常规的工程爆破，在技术上有其显著特点，它以保证爆破工点附近人和物的安全为首要任务，按照工程要求实施爆破，既能达到工程目的，又有效的缩短工期，又能节约工程费用，具有安全性高和经济效益明显的特征。

2、爆破的分类2.1浅孔爆破指炮孔深度不大于5 m、炮孔直径在50（75） mm以下的爆破方法。

主要用于小型露天矿生产爆破、小型土石方爆破以及大型露天矿二次爆破破碎大块岩石等。

井巷掘进、硐室开挖也属于浅眼爆破。

2.2深孔爆破是指炮孔深度大于5 m、炮孔直径大于50（75） mm的爆破方法。

广泛应用于露天开采工程、山地工业场地平整、港口建设、铁路和公路路堑、水电闸坝开挖等工程。

2.3洞室爆破将炸药集中装填于爆破区内预先挖掘的洞室中进行爆破的技术。

洞室爆破常用于开挖、采石和进行定向爆破、扬弃爆破、松动爆破以及水下岩塞爆破等。

2.4拆除爆破根据工程要求和爆破环境、规模、对象等具体条件，通过精心设计、施工与防护等技术措施，严格地控制炸药爆炸能量的释放过程和介质的破碎过程，既要达到预期的爆破效果，又要将爆破的影响范围和危害作用严格地控制在允许限度之内，这种对爆破效果和爆破效应同时加以控制的爆破，称为拆除爆破。

中硬岩石巷道聚能管控制爆破与光面爆破的对比试验研究许鹏;杨立云;李建平;陈灿亭【摘要】In rock excavation, a well laneway profile can be formed by a better peripheral blasting techniques,which could reduce the latter costs both in the support and maintenance,as well as the damage impact to the surrounding rock, and enhance the stability of surrounding rock, which is generally realized through smooth blasting technology with intensive drilling and less charging. To reduce the quantity of blast holes,and ensure the laneway profile,controlled blasting technology with energy gathering pipe is adopted in this paper,through using theoretical analysis and combined with field tests, smooth blasting and controlled blasting with energy gathering pipe are studied. 0引言随着我国经济的飞速发展，交通基础建设也越来越彰显出其重要的作用，而隧道工程往往会因为其规模之大成为全线工期的制约因素，隧道每道工序的施工时间的累加都将会影响到隧道的整体工期。

目前，我国绝大多数隧道仍在采用矿山法施工，该施工方法在面对围岩较硬的段落，爆破技术措施应用不当就会产生超欠挖，不仅影响隧道施工的时间、成本，更有可能会影响到隧道施工的安全。

[1-3]在隧道拱部围岩爆破施工中，已较为成熟地应用了光面爆破、水压爆破、预裂爆破等控制爆破技术，均可以取得较为理想的爆破效果。

相较于隧道拱部围岩爆破施工控制，隧道仰拱、底板及中心水沟开挖始终处于粗放型施工状态，超欠挖情况始终没有得到有效解决。

究其原因，一是隧底部位不如拱部，为了达到快速通行的目的，很快就会被混凝土浇筑覆盖，暴露在外的时间短，不容易造成视觉冲击效果，一直没有得到参建各方的重视；二是隧底单次开挖、浇筑混凝土方量相对较小，容易被忽略，未能让参建各方将超方累积效益与成本控制挂钩起来；三是参建各方未能充分认识到超挖对于结构受力的损害，特别地是无仰拱段落，两侧拱脚超挖对于二衬整体受力的破坏。

本文依托大脊山隧道，进行了隧道仰拱、底板及中心水沟爆破技术的探索与提升[4]，总结得出了不同围岩的爆破施工参数，较好地解决了超欠挖问题，提高了隧道施工进度，为隧底施工技术提供了新思路。

1工程概况大脊山隧道位于广东省云浮市，为单洞双线隧道，起讫里程为DK137+035~DK146+641，全长9606m ，隧道最大埋深约648m ，隧道进出口均与路基工程相连。

隧道区为中山地貌，地表起伏较大，相对高差约800m 。

隧道进出口500m 范围内有便道相通，隧道洞身段仅有小路，交通不便。

隧道范围内DK141+017.74253至DK142+998.09582位于R=9000m 的右偏曲线上；DK145+206.55866至隧道出口位于R=9000m 的右偏曲线上；其余段落均位于直线上。

控制爆破在工程中的运用摘要：本文主要对当前我国控制爆破技术在工程中的运用情况进行分析探讨，并以该技术在楼房拆除工程中的运用为例，合理、科学地将控制爆破技术运用到工程中来，从而提出相应的有效控制爆破措施，希望有助于我国控制爆破行业技术的发展。

关键字：控制爆破；工程；运用随着近年来我国基础建设步伐的不断加大，使得控制爆破技术在工程中的运用越来越广，该技术也将面临着新的挑战与机遇。

一、控制爆破拆除工程的概述1、控制爆破的控制内容在高楼等拆除工程中，其爆破情况不可避免地对周围建筑与居民产生影响，所以，若要使影响程度有效控制在人们能接受范围之内，就必须加大力度对控制爆破技术的探究，从中找出良策。

本文所涉及到的控制爆破的控制范围主要有以下几方面的内容：（1）房屋拆除过程中控制爆破后建筑物的倾倒方向和坍塌范围；（2）控制爆破破坏的范围，确保只爆破建物需要拆除的部位，而保留其余部分的完整性，并不破坏其正常使用功能；（3）控制爆破时产生的空气冲击波强度，碎块飞出距离以及爆破声音的分贝大小；（4）控制爆破所引起的建筑物地基震动及其对附近建筑物的震动影响，和对附近建筑物内居民的震动影响范围。

2、控制爆破拆除工程需要遵守的原则（1）对于在人口稠密、居民区等的建筑物所进行的爆破，必须通过电力或导爆索起爆，而不能使用火花起爆。

同时，如果是采用分段起爆时，还应采用毫秒雷管起爆，确保人们的安全。
