观察下列句子的画线部分并总结规律。
1.Helen loves reading. She has read five books this month.
2.There are forty students in my art club,twenty-two girls and eighteen boys.
3.There are hundreds of students in our school but only two hundred of them are girls.
结论:①1到12的拼写和读音没有什么相似之处,无规律可言。②13到19,表示“十几”,在个位数后加后缀-teen。③20到90,表示“几十”,以-ty结尾。④21-29直到91-99表示“几十几”,用整十位数加个位数表示,中间用连字符连接。⑤one/a hundred表示“一百”。表示200-900的整百数用“具体数字+hundred”,此时hundred不用复数形式。⑥hundreds of表示“数百的,成百上千的”。hundreds前面没有具体的数字。
环节1 新课导入
Show students some colors on the screen.
T:These are different colors. What colors are they?
Ss:They are black,white,red,green,blue,yellow,brown and purple.
(Show some clothes on the screen)
T:How much is the T-shirt?
Ss:It's ten dollars.
T:How much are the socks? Ss:They are three dollars.
Now ask and answer the price of the clothes your partner wears.
S1:How much is your hat?
S2:It's five dollars.
S1:How much are your trousers?
S2:They're 30 dollars.
设计意图:通过对话引入本课时的语法点,让学生巩固已学知识。
环节2 学习Grammar Focus-3c
1.让学生朗读并观察Grammar Focus中的句子,试着分析并总结其规律。
2.老师向学生讲解Grammar Focus中的语法点。
3.让学生大声朗读3a中的单词,并从中选词造句,写在表格相应的栏目中。
4.让学生浏览3b的图片,然后把问句或答语写在旁边,教师核对教案。
5.让学生浏览3c的对话,然后仿照该对话编新的对话。
6.教师邀请两三组学生当堂表演对话。
7.学以致用。(根据汉语意思完成句子)
(1)你能告诉我我们需要多少牛奶和香蕉吗?
Can you tell me how much milk and how many bananas we need?
(2)牛肉多少钱?一公斤60元。你想要多少?
How much is the beef? Sixty yuan a kilo. How much would you like?
设计意图:通过观察Grammar Focus中的句子,培养学生观察和总结的能力;然后通过3a-3c的练习,使学生充分利用语言实践来掌握如何对不同类型及不同颜色的服装来询问其价格。
