三相功率分析仪主要是用于三相信号测量和数据分析,一般具有谐波分析、实时波形等功能,特别是银河电气研发的采用前端数字化技术的WP4000变频功率分析仪,在变频测量方面具有独到的优势,具有超强运算能力、宽相位范围、宽频率范围、宽幅值范围等特点。
一、三相功率分析仪简介
WP4000变频三相功率分析仪是一种湖南银河电气有限公司推出的一款数字式变频电量测量仪器,是一款适用于变压器、整流器、逆变器、变频器等各类变流器及电机、电器产品的检试验、能效评测及谐波分析的宽频带、高精度功率分析仪,是电力电子、变频技术高速发展的必然产物,是变频技术持续健康发展的重要基础仪器。
二、三相功率分析仪构成
WP4000变频三相功率分析仪由前端的功率测量单元和进行数据处理的数字主机以及进行数据传输的光纤构成。
功率测量单元可以是SP变频功率传感器或者DT数字变送器;
数字主机可以是DH2000数字主机或者进行数据处理的功率分析仪;
功率测量单元测量前端主回路的信号,经过测量、运算、光电处理成数字信号,采用光纤作为传输介质,将数字信号传输至数字主机进行数据处理,再以数据、图片、波形等形式表现出来。
三、三相功率分析仪接线
WP4000变频三相功率分析仪可以使用两个功率单元测量三相信号,也可以使用三个功率单元测量三相信号。
