八卦掌历史（现场展板用）八卦掌是中华武术的一种，是三大内家拳之一，是中华传统文化的精华，是人类瑰宝。
八卦掌，集各门派武术之精华，溶中华武术及气功于一体，合道家养生与修炼一于身，聚技击与长寿之秘法，融健康与祛病于一炉的不可多得的至尚功夫。
八卦掌异于其它武术，不拦不架，松柔懈化，借力打力，后发制人，进动前步，退动后步，以不动应动，以走转赢人。
八卦掌的特点是，含胸拔背，沉肩坠肘，悬顶塌腰，擦膝合胯，脚似趟泥，身若坐轿，松而不懈，刚柔相济。
八卦掌创始人董海川，是一个有传奇色彩的武术奇人。
他将八卦掌发展到中华武林巅峰的武术最高境界。
八卦掌创始人：董海川（图1）董海川，河北省文安县朱家坞人，生于中国清朝嘉庆四年（1799年10月13日），卒于光绪八年（1882年）。
承祖辈武荫，自幼喜武，且酷爱异常，终日习练，从无倦意。
他目似龙睛，臂长过膝，虎背熊腰，膂力过人。
他年少既武术超群，好打不平，少小有名。
稍长，云游四方，访名师高友，广学各门武术，后遇道家，得内功，久炼知其妙。
精勤探研，综各派之武术精华，合道家修炼之内功，整理了一套较完整的与其它拳种相异的武术功法——八卦掌。
具考证，董海川自幼武术既有超人之处，常露侠义之气，在当地很有名气。
年延志长，云游四方，广投名师，遍访高友，侠名义气，武林尽闻，众名师甘将自门武艺相授，其学而不忘，深入钻研，故精通多种拳术。
后行经九华山，遇道士山上盘旋对练，其法颖目，拜学八载，得道人内功真传。
董祖集平生所学各派武术之精华与道家内功修炼结合，潜心钻研，衍生出一套别异的武术功法，功夫极高，震惊武林各派。
其后，因特殊原故，进宫为太监，后改事肃王府，潜身修炼，白日稍闲暇，既练静功，夜间则练武不辍。
由于其夜隐独练，由于其无私无欲，由于其聪慧超人，参道之奥理，悟武术精髓，综武融道，深研精练，久之功夫达出神入化境界。
隐匿良久无人知晓其武术功夫，后显露则一名惊人。
具记载，董海川武功显露后，常会众人于塞外，皆当代武林群雄，数人各持利器环而击之，董先祖四面迎拒，身手敏捷，行如旋风，自己毫发无损，众人却被纷纷击倒，众多观者，无不称其神勇，惮其丰采。
明朝大移民的方法元末战乱之后，历经20余年，统一了天下，但是，此时的江山已是遍地疮痍，布满了战争的创伤；山东、河南、河北一带多是无人之地。
明朝统治者为了恢复生产，制定了移民垦荒为中心的振兴农业的措施，决计把农民从狭乡移到宽乡，从人多田少的地方移到地广人稀的地方。
至此开始了中国历史上延续五十年的迁民活动。
明朝大移民的方法和步骤大体有、、、等几种。
洪洞大槐树，采用招诱、征派的强迫的办法。
再说中原地方好，几年不纳粮，谁也不愿迁去，只好制定徙民条例，按"四口之家留一；六口之家留二；八口之家留三”的比例迁徙。
并规定凡移民者都必须到洪洞县的广济寺办理迁移手续，领取“凭照川资，”然后从这里出发，按官方指派的方向，在官兵的监护下，分别迁往中原各地。
甚至如民间传说的那样采用诱骗形式。
官方预先张贴告示：除广济寺大槐树底下的人不迁，所有地方的人都迁，也有的传说限定某日凡愿迁者都到大槐树下报道，不愿迁者也必须到那里向官府央情。
结果，当成千上万的民众齐聚在大槐树下的时候，官府出其不意，调集大批官兵，一举将大槐树下团团包围，所到之人不论男奴老幼，一个不留全部迁移。
凡不从者便绳捆索绑，一串一串连接起来，在官兵的喝遣下不得不依从。
那些留在家里的老弱病残，闻讯后赶来。
自然是“爷娘妻子奔走相送、牵衣顿足、拦路哭喊"的情景了。
事实是不是这样，从政史资料记载迁山西平阳之民却有数处。
洪洞县是平阳人口最多的县份，洪洞县是迁民重点应是无疑问的。
而且洪洞县地处交通要道，北通幽燕、东接齐鲁、南达秦蜀、西临河陇，洪洞县北关的广济寺又是唐宋以来的驿站，明朝政府在这里设局派员，集中移民队伍，发放川资凭照，这都是意料之中的事。
移民过程:明朝大移民主要是从和江浙一带往中原地区移民。
从各种历史资料上证实，明朝大移民最早开始于洪武三年直至永乐十五年，移民十八次。
其中洪武年间十次；永乐年间八次。
十八个省，五百个县。
八百八十一姓。
据《中国通史·明·》记载：朱元璋为解决宽乡劳力不足，狭乡缺少土地的矛盾，从1307年开始移民垦田。
愚公移山正方观点集合正方:愚公应该移山...愚公移山发扬了以顽强的毅力和不畏艰难的必胜信念去征服自然、改造世界...这是一种信念...所以我觉得愚公应该继续移山而不是搬家...搬家只是逃避问题的一种表现...正方：愚公移山，其实是用发展的眼光，与日俱进地在看问题，他90岁高龄了还提出了移山。

正方：所谓的疏和堵，其实是两种方式，搬家只能证明愚公移山是用堵这种方式在处理问题，只有移山才是疏.正方：我们的社会主义建设面临着很多的困难和问题，这时候难道你们是选择避开吗，我们的大西北将要成为无人之地吗？正方：你们所谓的方法就是把人全部迁走，你们的移人是一种方式，但如果你们迁到一个地方又碰到了困难，又迁，那你们的子子孙孙就总这样无止境地迁下去吗？正方：三峡工程的建设就是发扬了我们愚公移山的精神，这是我们国家最伟大最宏观的工程，这不是移人而是在移山。
正方：愚公移山的精神鼓舞着我们很多代人，现在我们要将这种精神发扬光大，如果没有愚公移山的精神，我们的事业能成吗？毛主席在《愚公移山》这篇文章中热情歌颂了愚公精神。
其精神鼓舞人民推翻了三座大山，鼓舞人民建设新中国。
历史和人民不会忘记，60年代响彻中华大地的“学习愚公移山，建设美好祖国”，在当时对祖国的社会主义建设起到了多么大的促进作用啊！没有了愚公移山的精神，便没有了祖国的今天，没有愚公移山的精神，我们便不可能有美好的未来。
正方一辩：尊敬的主持人、对方辩友、各位同仁，大家好！在愚公移山还是移人的问题上，我方的观点是：愚公是移山。

1:8 耶和华问撒但说、你曾用心察看我的仆人约伯没有．地上再没有人像他完全正直、敬畏神、远离恶事。
1:9 撒但回答耶和华说、约伯敬畏神、岂是无故呢。
1:10 你岂不是四面圈上篱笆围护他和他的家、并他一切所有的么．他手所作的、都蒙你赐福．他的家产也在地上增多。
1:11 你且伸手、毁他一切所有的、他必当面弃掉你。
1:12 耶和华对撒但说、凡他所有的、都在你手中．只是不可伸手加害于他。
于是撒但从耶和华面前退去。
1:13 有一天、约伯的儿女正在他们长兄的家里、吃饭喝酒、1:14 有报信的来见约伯、说、牛正耕地、驴在旁边吃草．1:15 示巴人忽然闯来、把牲畜掳去、并用刀杀了仆人．惟有我一人逃脱、来报信给你。
1:16 他还说话的时候、又有人来说、神从天上降下火来、将群羊、和仆人、都烧灭了．惟有我一人逃脱、来报信给你。
1:17 他还说话的时候、又有人来说、迦勒底人分作三队、忽然闯来、把骆驼掳去、并用刀杀了仆人．惟有我一人逃脱、来报信给你。
1:18 他还说话的时候、又有人来说、你的儿女正在他们长兄的家里、吃饭喝酒．1:19 不料、有狂风从旷野刮来、击打房屋的四角、房屋倒塌在少年人身上、他们就都死了．惟有我一人逃脱、来报信给你。
1:20 约伯便起来、撕裂外袍、剃了头、伏在地上下拜、1:21 说、我赤身出于母胎、也必赤身归回．赏赐的是耶和华．收取的也是耶和华。
⼭西⼤槐树⼭西⼤槐树⼭西⼤槐树⼜称洪洞⼤槐树，位于洪洞县城西北⼆公⾥的贾村西侧的⼤槐树公园内。
明朝政府曾在此处设局驻员集中办理移民，⼤槐树下就成了移民集聚之地。
中⽂名称⼭西⼤槐树所属国家中国省份⼭西植物⽂化元朝末年，元政府连年对外⽤兵，对内实⾏民族压迫，加之黄淮流域⽔灾不断，饥荒频仍，终于激起连绵⼗余年的红⼱军起义。
元政府予以残暴的镇压，争域夺地的殊死之战时有发⽣，两淮、⼭东、河北、河南百姓⼗亡七⼋。
元末战乱的创伤未及医治，明初“靖难之役”⼜接踵⽽⾄。
冀、鲁、豫、皖诸地深受其害，⼏成⽆⼈之地。
在元末战乱时，蒙古地主武装察罕贴⽊⼉⽗⼦统治的“表⾥⼭河”——⼭西，却是另外⼀种景象，相对显得安定，风调⾬顺，连年丰收，较之于相邻诸省，⼭西经济繁荣，⼈丁兴旺。
再者，外省也有⼤量难民流⼊⼭西，致使⼭西成了⼈⼝稠密的地区。
晋南是⼭西⼈⼝稠密之处，⽽洪洞⼜是当时晋南最⼤，⼈⼝最多的县。
据记载，明朝时在洪洞城北⼆华⾥的贾村西侧有⼀座⼴济寺，寺院宏⼤，殿宇巍峨，僧众很多，⾹客不绝。
寺旁有⼀棵“树⾝数围，荫遮数亩’”的汉槐，车马⼤道从树荫下通过。
汾河滩上的⽼鸦在树上构窝筑巢，星罗棋布，甚为壮观。
明朝政府在⼴济寺设局驻员集中办理移民，⼤槐树下就成了移民集聚之地。
名字的由来晚秋时节，槐叶凋落，⽼鸦窝显得⼗分醒⽬。
移民们临⾏之时，凝眸⾼⼤的古槐，栖息在树杈间的⽼鸦不断地发出声声哀鸣，令别离故⼟的移民潸然泪下，频频回⾸，不忍离去，最后只能看见⼤槐树上的⽼鹤窝。
为此，⼤槐树和⽼鸦窝就成为移民惜别家乡的标志。
“问我祖先何处来，⼭西洪洞⼤槐树。
祖先故⾥叫什么，⼤槐树下⽼鸦窝。
”这⾸民谣数百年来在中国许多地区⼴为流传。
（据我⽼家的村民说，我们村就是那个时候从⼤槐树迁移出来，以充实北部边防的，村⾥的家谱也正是从那个时候记起的。
）关于迁徙明初从⼭西洪洞等地迁出的移民主要分布在河南、河北、⼭东、北京、安徽、江苏、湖北等地，少部分迁往陕西、⽢肃、宁夏地区。
对方辩友可能观点：1.经济成本分析:愚公搬家的经济成本比移山要低的多,当然应该选择搬家.答：神话是超理性的不能用现实的眼光来分析，按照对方辩友的逻辑，愚公找个搬家公司，成本不是更低吗?但是在当时能实现吗?2.愚公是自私的，阻碍了子孙的发展，而且是独裁的家长制。
.请问对方辩友何出此言?愚公“聚室而谋”得到“杂然相许”，最终才作出移山的决策，很显然是民主与集中的体现。
在毛主席的带领下，无数共产党人前赴后继、抛头颅、洒热血，为的是全民族的解放，难道他们也是自私的吗?3.决策容易执行难,愚公并不能保证这个移山行动的延续性,当然也就无法保障这个行动的最终实现,那么这个移山的决策就是错误的.我们很佩服对方辩友的想象力，但您不觉得您是杞人忧天吗?愚公移山的故事已经流传了上千年，难道对方辩友非要杜撰一个山寨版的吗?4.愚公移山,只不过是愚公本身的一相情愿,并没有制度保障,没有大众拥护,也没有长远切实可行的行动方案和规划,所以极容易中途夭折.难道搬家就有制度的保障吗?难道当时有制定的搬家法吗?愚公“聚室而谋”得到“杂然相许”，最终才作出移山的决策，很显然是民主与集中的体现啊。
5.愚公的家族深居大山之中,交通极为不便,信息闭塞,和外界沟通困难,不适合家族繁衍和发展.因此有必要搬出大山外,另辟新址,作为家族发展新的根据地.但是对方辩友不要忘记，一个民族的发展和壮大不是靠搬家得来的，而是靠着全体人民自强不息、奋斗不止得来的啊。
6..北魏孝文帝迁都,最终成功，巩固了鲜卑贵族的统治.按对方辩友逻辑“搬家”能够走向兴盛，那对辩友您又如何解释“周王室在关中不能立足，搬家走向衰落”呢?7.搬家只需几日，而挖山需要几十年。
衡量一下便可知道哪个更省时。
时间就是生命，不可虚度。
难道对方辩友认为锲而不舍的做好一件事是浪费生命吗?难到焦裕禄用尽毕生精力来治理兰考是在浪费生命吗?8.搬家有利于子孙成长古有孟母三迁是为了给子孙创造一个好的学习氛围那么我们更应该移山了，搬家只是为了自己的子孙后代，而移山是为千千万万人的子孙后代造福啊!9.搬家有利于提高生存能力那么我们更应该移山了，移山就是为了更好的与外界沟通，“走出去”“引进来”提高自身的各种能力，适应外部环境，造福千千万万的子孙后代!10.搬家可以让你开始新的生活。
狄仁杰简介资料狄仁杰简介狄仁杰 (630 年-700 年) ，字怀英，并州太原 ( 今山西太原 ) 人，唐朝武周期间政治家。
狄仁优秀身于太原狄氏，从前以明经及第，历任汴州判佐、并州都督府法曹、大理寺丞、侍御史、度支郎中、宁州刺史、冬官侍郎、文昌右丞、豫州刺史、复州刺史、洛州司马等职，以不畏显贵著称。
天授二年 (691 年) 九月，狄仁杰升任宰相，担当地官侍郎、同平章事，但在相位仅四个月便被苛吏来俊臣诬告谋反，免职坐牢，平反后贬为彭泽县令。
他在营州之乱时被起复，并于神功元年 (697 年)再次拜相，担当鸾台侍郎、同平章事，进拜纳言。
后犯颜直谏，力劝武则天复立庐陵王李显为太子，使得唐朝社稷得以持续。
久视元年 (700 年) ，狄仁杰进拜内史，于同年九月病逝，追赠文昌右相，谥号文惠。
唐朝复辟后，追赠司空、梁国公。
狄仁杰人物平生踏入宦途仪凤年间，狄仁杰升任大理寺寺丞。
他在一年内裁决大批积压案件，波及一万七千人，却无一人冤诉，后改任侍御史。
调露元年 (679 年) ，狄仁杰改任度支郎中，并加朝散医生，后随唐高宗巡幸汾阳宫 ( 在今山西静乐 ) ，充当知顿使。
累职拜相垂拱四年(688 年) ，狄仁杰充当江南巡抚使。
当时，江南之地遍及淫祠( 指民间自行建立、不在祀典的祠庙) 。
狄仁杰奏知朝廷，焚毁淫祠一千七百余所，只留下四所祠庙，以供奉夏禹、太伯、季札、伍员。
不久，狄仁杰又改任文昌右丞。
同年九月，狄仁优秀任豫州刺史。
当时，越王李贞在豫州 ( 治今河南汝南 ) 起兵抗争武则天。
宰相张光辅率军讨平反叛，但却纵容部将大举讹诈。
狄仁杰一概不予遵从，还正言训斥张光辅，称其之罪甚于李贞。
张光辅记恨在心，便于回朝后弹劾狄仁优秀言不逊，欺侮宰相。
狄仁杰所以被贬为复州刺史。
天授二年 (691 年) 九月，狄仁杰由洛州司马升任地官侍郎，代理尚书事务，并加授同凤阁鸾台平章事，成为宰相。
武则天对他道：“你在汝南为官时有优秀的政绩，但却有人在中伤你，你可知道是谁吗 ?”狄仁杰答道：“假如陛下以为臣做错了，臣当悔过 ; 假如陛下理解臣并没有过失，这是臣的好运。
