国际贸易合同协议英文版国际贸易合同(International Trade Contract)本协议由以下两方签订:买方(Buyer): ________________卖方(Seller): ________________鉴于双方同意按照下列条款进行国际贸易,特此协议如下:一、货物描述与规格(Description and Specifications of Goods)买方同意购买,卖方同意出售以下货物:____________(详细列出货物名称、型号、规格、数量等)。
二、原产国与制造商(Country and Manufacturer of Origin)货物原产地为________,由________制造商生产。
三、单价与总价(Unit Price and Total Price)货物的单价为_______(货币与金额),总价为_______(货币与金额)。
具体支付方式和时间见下文。
四、包装(Packing)货物的包装应符合国际惯例,并适合长途运输。
卖方需承担因包装不当导致的货物损失风险。
五、运输与保险(Transportation and Insurance)运输方式由双方共同商定,费用由买方承担。
卖方需为货物购买保险,保险费用已包含在总价中。
六、交货期与地点(Delivery Time and Place)卖方需在合同签订后的____天内交货,地点为买方指定的海港或空港。
