瑞士西卡非金属耐磨地坪施工方案工程名称：广东肇庆唯品会物流园一期工程面积：92869平方米非金属耐磨骨料地坪一、地坪技术要求指标平整度：平整度要求符合超平地面规范，2m内 / 正负3mm。
西卡公司提供的耐磨骨料，有一定实力的大型混凝土供应商及专业的耐磨施工队伍的施工，可以保证地面不开裂，无明显色差和达到业主对地面的使用要求。
二、施工1、施工技术方案1）混凝土找平层做法●地坪做法根据现场实际情况，地坪做法如下：混凝土地面厚度为28CM， C30混凝土（内配 12@150双层双向钢筋）。
耐磨面层：瑞士西卡公司Sikafloor-3(耐磨硬化地面) 5KG/M2，颜色：本色。
材料：（1）混凝土基层：采用C30商品混凝土。
（2）耐磨层：瑞士西卡公司Sikafloor-3 (耐磨硬化地面)（3）地面养护材料：混凝土用薄膜进行整体覆盖养护。
●地坪厚度确定地坪厚度主要为混凝土厚度，因原地面垫层可能有高低不平现象，首先应除去起壳或龟裂的部分，然后对地面标高进行精确测量，以确定需做地面混凝土厚度。
地面标高以钢结构柱为基准，用水平仪分区域标示混凝土施工厚度及控制点。
2）浇筑方式地坪混凝土采取分区域分仓进行满仓整体浇筑。
（根据现场情况在后浇带处40m×35m浇筑留置1米后浇带作为施工缝。
）2、材料准备●混凝土C30混凝土，不加粉煤灰。
●角钢混凝土模板采用L25×25×3（4）角钢，每4m一根，作为标高的模板控制。
●耐磨骨料●Sikafloor-3 (耐磨硬化地面)，颜色为本色，用量为5kg/m2，一般在五六个小时以后开始均匀撒耐磨粉，开始用打磨机开始打磨。
●养护剂/封闭剂配套洒水专人进行养护，上面覆盖塑料布，起到封闭混凝土表面毛细孔，防止水份过份蒸发，造成混凝土开裂，从而将混凝土表面的材料（如耐磨地面）带裂。
养护期为七天以上。
3、主要施工机具●混凝土地拖式泵一台、水平测准仪,平板振动器、振捣棒、地面磨光机、5m刮杠、木抹子、铁抹子、铁锹等。

地脚螺栓锚固完全湿润基面，螺栓孔内无积水。
尽能够地将锚孔灌满，注意灌浆料应被接连写入。
螺栓与孔壁的距离应至少大于灌浆猜中最大骨料料径的3倍。

伊利集团2012年度工业地坪工程环氧树脂、耐磨地坪施工方案一、环氧环氧树脂地坪施工方案1 施工前准备1.1 勘察施工现场，测量施工面积。
根据施工面积准备所需地坪材料。
1.2 清理施工现场，清除废土杂物。
封闭施工区域，禁止其它工序施工和人通行。
1.3 检查施工设备安全完好率，并接通电源，设置禁止通过标志牌。
1.4 测量室内温度、砼地面含水率、空气湿度。
2 对砼基面的要求2.1 基面平整度：要求用2m靠尺检测平整度不大于3mm。
2.2抗压强度：25 N/mm2 以上（ 3500 psi ）。
2.3表面抗拉强度：1.5 N/mm2 以上，表面必须平整、密实，无浮水泥浆，没有松动易碎颗粒。
2.4为保证砼地面在浇筑施工完毕后不产生不规则裂缝，则必须按规定在混凝土收缩前切割导向缝。
2.5新浇筑的砼必须达到28天的养护期，含水率不高于6%时。
3环氧树脂地面施工时对地面和施工环境的要求3.1基面湿度：测量基面湿度是极其重要的。
因为水泥基面只有在其湿度不大于6%的程度时才能施用涂层。
3.2 施工环境温度：10°C—30°C。
3.3 基面温度：10°C至少高于露点3°C。
3.4 空气湿度：80% 以下。
3.5 基面性能检测采用的检测工具：① 砼强度回弹仪 ② 拉拔测试仪 ③ 含水率测试仪 ④ 2米长铝合金平尺、楔型塞尺 ⑤温度测试仪4环氧树脂地坪系统构成5 施工工艺流程6施工方法6.1使用研磨机对砼地面进行研磨粗化处理，去除地面的松动部位和油脂、杂质，通过喷砂处理使地面呈砂纸状，以便使水泥毛细孔打开，使得环氧底漆充分渗透到水泥面层中去，有效的成为结合体。
6.2环氧底漆施工方法：施工前以正确比例搅拌的A+B 组份，搅拌时间至少三分钟，将搅拌好的材料按条形倒在地面上，用锯齿刮水器刮平，随后用中毛滚筒再滚涂均匀。
随时测量每组材料的涂刷面积，保证基面的吸收均匀性。
6.3批補找平层施工方法：待底漆固化后进行第二层批捕找平，使得通过研磨机处理粗化后的地面得以恢复平整。
Sikafloor®-24N PurCem地坪施工方案第一章说明由西卡建材有限公司研制生产的Sikafloor®-PurCem系列工业地坪材料是用途广泛针对不同用途及负载的高性能地面涂装型材料。
它是在普通混凝土的养护期15 天后或聚合物改良找平层7 天后，使用专用机械去除地表水泥翻沫并形成必要的粗糙度，依靠机械或手工均匀涂布在地表并待其完全固化，从而在地表形成一个无缝、不起尘、坚固、高负载、耐酸碱腐蚀的保护层。
第二章对混凝土基层的要求工业地坪涂装性能的发挥及其服务寿命，与混凝土地坪的性能和质量密切相关，其施工工艺与技术指标应该是在公司认可的技术条件下进行，建议如下：1. 抗压强度最低使用C25 混凝土，即混凝土地面浇筑完毕28 后的抗压强度必须大于25 Mpa。
2. 表面质量建议一次性浇筑到设计标高，使用抹平机进行原浆抹平(不铺设找平层)，地坪涂装前，混凝土地面的表面抗拉强度必须大于1.5 Mpa。
混凝土地面必须养护至15 天以后;3. 平整度由于地坪作为保护涂层不能改善混凝土地面的平整度，因此在地坪涂装施工前，混凝土地面平整度必须达到设计标准或者业主的使用要求;4. 对混凝土的要求水灰比< 0.5水泥含量> 300 kg/m3第三章工业地坪涂装施工方案1. 划定施工区域，妥善安置施工设备，禁止第三方进入施工区域；要求：施工区域应用红白安全绳隔开，并在相应的出入口张贴或悬挂警示牌；进场后大型设备的接电须由维修工或电工完成。
维修工或电工同时应检查这些设备的运转状况。
2. 表面处理2.1 清扫地面，如发现油污、油脂等污染，应使用溶剂或清洁剂去除，并用水清洗干净；2.2 使用自动喷砂机进行表面喷砂处理，去除混凝土翻沫及松散结构，提供涂装必要的粗糙度；要求：对混凝土地表应进行充分的预处理，处理后的表面应无污物，无不利于涂料附着的任何松散物或太光滑处；墙角以及设备无法处理到的地方使用手提磨机进行打磨处理，但打磨后的表面不应过于光滑，不利于涂料附着；用吸砂棒将地面上的钢丸彻底吸干净，不得将残留的钢丸用工业吸尘器去除。
