二、句型、语法：

1.I’d like you to meet„ 是介绍某人与他人相识的常用语。类似的介绍用语还有：

Let me introduce you to… 或 May I introduce you to…?

2.It’s ＋a.＋for sb to do sth. 对某人来说，做什么是怎么样的。

e.g. It’s important for us to keep healthy.

对我们来说，保持健康是恒重要的。

It’s necessary for students to obey the school rules.

对学生们来说，遵守校规是有必要的的。

It’s very difficult for me to finish this project.

对我来说，完成这个工作是很困难的。

此类句型的主语是动词不定式复合结构 for sb to do sth 。for sb 是不定式的逻辑主语，说明不定式表示的动作是由谁做的，有时可省略。

比较：It’s very nice to meet you again. 再次见到你太好了。

It’s foolish of you to play computer games day and night.

你整日整夜地打电脑游戏，太傻了。

It’s kind of you to say so. 你这样说太好了。

如果形容词能表达人的意志、品格、性格（如：good, clever, honest, nice, kind, foolish 初二年级英语笔记整理 - 4 - 等），要用介词 of ，为：It’s ＋a.＋for sb to do sth.。

3.since conj. 由于，既然

since = now that = as 既然，由于（用于引导与原因状语从句），常用句式有：

Since you … ,you’d better /you should/you will/you ought to/why not...

与because的区别：since用于已知的原因，because 用于未知的原因。

e.g. Since you know English is very important , you’d better work hard at all.

既然你知道英语很重要，你就应努力学习它。

John didn’t go to school yesterday because he was badly ill.

约翰昨天没上学，因为他病的很严重。

语法：一般现在时

1. 一般现在时的谓语动词主要用动词原形表示，但如果主语是第三人称单数，则谓语动词也要变为第三人称单数。另外，be动词和have有特殊的人称形式。

2. 一般现在时的用法。

（1.）表示经常发生的动作或存在的状态。常和always ,usually,often, sometimes,

every day,等时间状语连用。例如：he is often late for meeting.他常常开会迟到。

（2.）表示客观真理。由于是众所周知的客观事实，所以一般不用时间状语。例如;the

earth moves around the sun.地球绕着太阳转。

（3）有些表示心理状态和感觉的动词往往用于到一般现在时中。例如： I want tu

see you.我想去看你。

思维拓展:

1、 how often 通常用来询问动作发生的频率，回答一般是once（一次）,twice（两次）,three times a day（一天三次）sometimes（有时）,never（从不）,often（经常）等。 how long 主要用来对时间的长短提问或者询问物体的长度，回答一般是：two days/weeks/months/years(两天/周/月/年)。 how much用来提问不可数名词数量的多少或对价格提问。 How many 对可数名词的数量的多少提问。

1. What is language?

“Language is system of arbitrary（随意的） vocal（发音的，口头的）

symbols used for human communication. It is a system, since linguistic

elements are arranged systematically, rather than randomly. Arbitrary, in the

sense that there is usually no intrinsic（固有的，内在的，本质的）

connection between a work (like “book”) and the object it refers to. This

explains and is explained by the fact that different languages have different

“books”: “book” in English, “livre” in French, “shu” in Chinese. It is

symbolic, because words are associated with objects, actions, ideas etc. by

nothing but convention. Namely, people use the sounds or vocal forms to

symbolize what they wish to refer to. It is vocal, because sound or speech is

the primary medium for all human languages. Writing systems came much

later than the spoken forms. The fact that small children learn and can only

拓展：表示邀请或提出建议的句型

1. Let’s do sth 我们一起做某事把。

4. How/What about doing sth? 做某事如何？

5. Why don’t you do sth?= Why not do sth? 你为什么不做某事呢？

Module 9

to加动词原形叫做这个动词的不定式，简称为“to do”。 其否定形式是not to do

sth.

不定式在句中不能作谓语。不定式的语法功能：

1. 作主语。常用在it is … to do sth.句型。

It isn’t right to kill whales for their meat.

2. 作宾语。常跟在want, need, like, try等后。

We need to protect animals.

3. 作宾语补足语(简称宾补)，用来补充说明宾语的动作。常用在ask/tell/want sb.

to do sth. 句型。

She told me to buy a ticket.

4. 作表语。跟在系动词后。

My wish is to travel around the world.

5. 作目的状语。（用来说明谓语动词的目的）

He got up early to catch the first bus.

作原因状语。(在be …to do sth.句型中)

I’m happy to see you.

6. 作定语。放在所修饰的名词或代词后面。

Give me something to eat.

I have a lot of clothes to wash.
