How to Build a Good Partnership
As we all know, cooperation is of great importance in our daily life. Just as the
saying goes(正如谚语云), “two heads are better than one”. It’s not only a good way
for us to improve our understanding
and learn from each other, but also it can
certainly save us lots of time and energy（节省我们很多的时间和精力）.
Here are some useful advice on how to build a good partnership. To begin with,
to be a great partner, you should try to be a good listener. Be open-minded to （对...持开放态度）different opinions and show your respect. Besides, a good partnership is
based on trust. It is trust between partners that make our partnership strong and
lasting (持久的). Last but not least, try to find your partner’s advantages and learn to
accept some of his or her weaknesses. When your partner makes mistakes, point them
out in a polite way.
Cooperation can change the world in many ways for better. It is not only about
oneself, but about how people communicate with one another.
