Unit3 How Do You Come to School【内容来源】陕旅教育出版社三年级下册 Unit3【单元总目标】本单元是以交通方式为话题,学习如何询问和描述到某个地方去所使用的交通工具。
功能结构以How do you come to school? I come to school by bus.为主,结合学习How do they / does he go to ...? They go / He goes to ... by ... 句型,了解do在不同的人称I/he/she/they作主语的句子中的不同形式。
通过本单元的学习,为学生在真实、宽松、开放的学习环境中提供更多的语言输入和输出的平台,使他们在实践中领悟语言知识、并能够创造性地使用语言,提高其综合运用语言的能力。
本单元分为4个课时。
第一课时以Part A中Let’s learn部分的词汇教学为主,教师主要介绍生活中的交通工具;第二课时以Part A中Let’s talk部分的会话教学为主,主要学习如何询问和描述所乘坐的交通工具;第三课时拓展学习Part B中Let’s learn more 部分的How do they / does he go to ... ? They go / He goes to ... by ...句型;第四课时教师结合Let’s sing部分处理Part B和Part C剩余的活动,引导学生对本单元内容进行复习和检测。
【单元具体目标】知识目标一、能听、说、读、写交通工具名词bus, train, ship, taxi和场所名词school, home。

2. 学生准备:三、教学方法建议课程导入(Leading In)(1)课前热身教师与学生打招呼问好,就上节课所学的内容进行会话,引导学生复习有关交通工具的词汇。
如下对话仅供参考:T: Hi, children! How do you come to school today?Ss: I come to school ...(2)新课导入Draw and guess!教师画任意一种交通工具,每次只画一笔,让学生猜说交通工具名称,如果猜对了就将整幅图画完。
本活动也可以让学生代替教师的角色进行。
教师通过此活动可带领学生复习上节课所学的交通工具。

3.课程展示活动新课展示Part b let’s talk教师把学校的图片贴在黑板的一侧,一边走进图片一边说:come to school.. .come to school.I come to school…然后向全班学生说:紧接着教师再通过同样的方式来引出新的短语,by bus, by car, by taxi, on foot.在此,教师要特别给学生强调是on foot不是by foot.此为固定搭配用法。
教师和部分学生问答,问答过程中教师要通过引导和示范,帮助学生理解并完成问答活动:T: s, do you come to school on foot? S: yes, I do.T: oh, you come to school on foot. what about,s2? do you come to school on foot?S2:no, I don’t.T: How do you come to school? 教师可以提前了解学生准备照片的情况,将Mr. Zhao在北京的图片展示给学生:Look ,Mr. Zhao is in Beijing .This is the photo about him .Now think :How does he go to London?学生理解后选择相应的交通工具是,教师要鼓励学生用英语表达,不会用英文表达的新单词,教师只要求学生能够选择即可,可以要求学生用动作或模仿声音的形式表示。

教学准备

单词bus ,train ,ship ,taxi , plane ,car , bike , school,home的教学卡片。
bus ,train ,ship ,taxi的声音素材。
Kevin ,Colin,Alice,Kitty和S u Nan的人物头饰。
旅游风景图片和学校照片各一张。
学生准备各自外出游玩时的照片一张。
教学过程:
一.课前热身
教师和学生打招呼,师生之间相互问好。
复习旧知识,导入新课。
T:Good morning boys and girls!
S:Good morning Miss Yuan!
T:(指着一位女生):Is she your sister?
S:No,she isn’t .She is...
T:(跟这位女生握手):Hello ,...!Nice to meet you!
S:Nice to meet you,too.
T:(指着另外一位男生):Is he your brother?

二.新课导入
本单元的话题是如何询问和描述到某个地方去所使用的交通工具。
教师展示自己旅游的照片,并向学生介绍相关的地方,教师询问学生去过哪些地方,出示比较出名的城市图片,询问学生How do you go to Beijing?对于学生陌生的句子,教师尽量运用动作表示。
教师可以提前了解学生准备照片的情况,将Mr. Zhao在北京的图片展示给学生:
Look ,Mr. Zhao is in Beijing .This is the photo about him .Now think :How does he go to London?
学生理解后选择相应的交通工具是,教师要鼓励学生用英语表达,不会用英文表达的新单词,教师只要求学生能够选择即可,可以要求学生用动作或模仿声音的形式表示。
再拿出相应的卡片询问学生:
T:How do you go to Beijing?
Do you go to Beijing by plane\car\bike?
引出本单元的话题------交通工具。

教师出示此部分的图片指着学校说:
Look,thisisourschool.Everydaywecometoschool ,but how do you come to school ?Do you come to school by plane \car\bike?教师引导学生看图快速的勾出各自上学时乘坐的交通工具。

教师承接上一环节,把学校图片贴在黑板上,分别用声调和降调拼读单词,教师放录音,学生听,教师领读,学生跟读,齐读、指名读、小组读、开火车读等。

巩固练习
教师出示图片:What’s this? I come to school b y ...句型练习新学单词的记忆。
操练活动的设计
教师出示Let’s learn部分的图片或者本部分教学软件。
教师播放录音,鼓励学生跟读。
教师组织学生拼读词汇。
通过游戏检查单词的掌握情况。
