电伴热安装与操作安装的准备:1)所有伴热电缆均须进行电路连续性和绝缘性能的测试,不符合规定的不能使用。
2)电气设备和控制设备均须进行外观检查,有变形、有裂纹,器件不全又无法修复的,不能使用。
3)安装前,应先按照电件热系统图,逐一核对管道编号,确认无误后,才能进行安装。
4)没有产品标记,或标记模糊不清,无法辨认的产品,不能安装。
5)电伴热系统安装前,被伴热管道必须全部施工完毕,并经水压试验(或气密试验)检查合格。
第一章:温控伴热电缆的安装与测试(一)设计图(二)施工前应有一份完整的设计图,图中应包括以下各项资料:(三)1、线路编号,供电点用长方格表示。
(四)2、线路所需电热带型号及长度。
(单位:米)(五)3、每米管道长度所需电热带长度(单位:米)即缠绕系数。
(六)4、每个阀门所需用电热带长度。
(单位:米)(七)5、伴热系统配套材料附件清单。
(八)6、温控系统配件清单。
7、施工时所需材料清单。
8、设计考虑参数和所采用保温材料规格。
(二)施工前准备工作(A)管道系统1、管道系统与配备都已施工完毕。
2、防锈防腐涂层已干透。
3、管道系统施工规范与设计图中所示一致。
4、锉去所有毛刺和利角。
(B)电热带和配件1、电热带表面有否损破。
2、电热带的绝缘性能良好(要求用摇表在1000VDC测试时绝缘电阻为≥20MΩ)。
3、电热带与所有配件的型号与设计要求一致。
(C)现场准备1、将一卷电热带与卷筒放置于一支架上,并放置在线路其中一端附近。
2、沿管道布电热带,并避免:*将电热带放置于毛刺和利角上。
*用力拉扯电热带。
*脚踏或重物放置电热带上。
(三)单根电热带施工法1、玻璃纤维压敏胶带或铝胶带每隔约50Cm处将电热带固定于管道上。
2、平敷时尽可能将电热带附在管道的下45度侧方。
3、在线路的第一供电点和尾端各预留1m长的电热带。
4、按设计图所示[缠绕系数]布线(系数为整数应平敷以利减少接点)。
5、所有散热体(如支架、阀门、法兰等)应按设计图要求预留所需电热带长度,将此段电热带缠绕于散热主体上并固定。

因为东北的独特气候,在安装太阳能的同时,必需配套一些管道保温配件,如:保温棉、电伴热带······只有配备了这些保温、化冻设施,东北地区的用户才能真正常年使用太阳能热水器。
同时东北市场也成了各配件厂家的香饽饽。
随着市场的发展,客户对伴热带的需求量很大,市面上出现了很多品牌的伴热带。
一些厂家为谋求短期的利益,不按照国家相关标准生产,粗制滥造,擅自减少生产工序,降低原材料使用标准,以低价位投放市场,再加上安装人员技术的不规范、不熟练,这几年在东北地区出现了不少的着火事故。
轻者烧坏上下水管、保温棉,重者火烧连营、水漫金山,给用户造成很大的财产及经济损失,也给经销商带来了很大的尴尬和委屈。
伴热带全称自限温(自控温)电伴热带,它是在两根平行导线中间充填PTC高分子导电塑料作芯带,外绝缘以高密度PE材料挤塑成型。
PTC效应即是正温度系数效应,它能够随着温度的上升,电阻增加,功率减少;温度下降时,电阻减少,功率增大,并具有记忆功能。
鉴于这种情况,我们可以总结它的使用特点:要求启动电流低、升温迅速并达到温度要求、产品材质好抗拉,并严格杜绝水和水汽的渗入。
在这几年中,东北太阳能热水器出现的很多的质量问题,也有不少是伴热带惹的祸。

捏合工序一、设备简介1、高速捏合机NSF—100型(一台)作用:高速捏合物料。

3、物理天平(一台)作用:称化学助剂。
4、玻璃量具(一套)作用:称量化学试剂。
5、物理烘干箱(一台)作用:烘干物料。
6、不锈钢托盘(两个)作用:接装散凉物料。
7、连体防护服及防毒面具(三套)二、生产工艺要求:1、准备捏合的物料需经过预处理。
即复合TH和高分子树脂应在60℃±5的物理干燥箱内,干燥48小时以上,水份含量不大于1%冷却后应立即投入使用。
否则重新干燥。
2、高分子树脂要通过分目筛,用电子称精确称料,配比按100:X并根据线芯测试情况反馈调整。
四、开机生产1、开机前应检查设备各部件是否正常,锅体是否清洁电路是否正常,传动是否正常。
2、升温打开电热开关,设定温度。
注意电流表、温控表温度升至设定值15分钟后,可以投料开机生产。
3、生产时称好物料并配比好,拧紧放料口,打开锅盖投入物料,开传动电机,开始捏合。
4、捏合温度大约在120℃±1时间15±5分钟每锅次温度都有差异,并受气候环境温度影响,因此必须作好工作记录,以便找出规律。
5、投料过程中要严格控制物料和化学助剂的损失保证每一锅跑飞基本一至。

Read all instructions before using this heater.2. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 feet from the front of the heater; keep them away from sides and rear as well.3. Always unplug heater when it’s not in use.4. Do not operate the fireplace insert if it has a damaged cord or plug, after it has malfunctioned, or if the unit has been dropped or damaged in any way.5. Do not use the heater outdoors.6. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations. Never place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water containers.7. Do not run the cord under carpeting. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners or anything else. Arrange the cord away from traffic areas where it could be tripped over.8. To disconnect the heater, turn the controls to "OFF" before removing the plug from the outlet.9. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening, as this may cause an electric shock, fire or damage to the heater.10. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes in any manner.11. A heater has hot or sparking parts inside. Test all aspects of its operation (manual switches, remote, displaycharacteristics and heater) to make sure all components operate correctly.The fireplace insert may be placed within a framed enclosure that is level, dry, and capable of supporting the weight of the appliance and front glass. It may be placed directly on wood or a non-combustible surface (not on linoleum or carpet). The minimum clearance from the top of the appliance to a mantel (combustible or non-combustible) is 2" (50.8mm). The sides and back must maintain 1" (25.4mm)clearance to any material. The top must maintain a 3/8" (10mm) clearance to any material.(combustible or non-combustible)INSTALLATIONCAUTION: The unit's power supply cord must be connected to a properly grounded and protected 120-volt outlet. 2、安装时要避开易燃易爆介质可能积聚的沟坑暗角等部位。
3、选用电热带时注意其防爆温度组别,不得超过易燃介质闪点或自燃温度的75%。
4、施放电热带时不要打硬折或长距离的在地面拖拉。
5、电热带的安装必须在介质管路系统全部安装结束,并经水压或气密试验合格后进行。
保温层的施工必须在电热带全部安装、调试结束,送电正常后进行。
6、电热带安装时遇到锐利的边棱、锐角应打磨光滑或垫上铝胶带,以防破坏外绝缘层。
7、电热带安装时最小弯曲半径原则上应不小于其厚度的5 倍。
8、电热带安装时应紧贴在管道上,尽可能采用铝胶带粘贴,途径处的油污和水分,应处理干净,每隔0. 5~0. 8 m ,用耐热胶带将电热带沿径向固定。
9、安装电热带附件时,应留一定余量,以备检修使用,对于PTC 并联式电热带,因其是由许多段发热节并联组合而成, 所以其首尾各有几十厘米的冷端, 安装时应从发热的部位开始,首尾两端的发热体(尤其是并联式的发热丝) 应尽可能剪短,严禁外露,严禁与外编织网或管道接触。
10、除了自控温电热带外其它规格电热带安装时不允许交叉、重叠。
11、接线时,电热带与附件要正确可靠连接,谨防短路,同时将编织网连接起来接地(接地电阻应小于4 8 )。
12、完成安装后,应进行绝缘测试,用500V 或1000 V 兆欧表测试,电热带线芯与编织网或金属管道间的绝缘电阻应不小于2MΩ。
13、如需对伴热管线进行蒸汽吹扫,必须在停电2 h 后进行,扫线温度不宜长期超过205℃ 。
14、若冰霜安装时必须遵循国家颁布的“爆炸危险场所电气安全规程”和“电气装置安装工程及验收规定”中的相关条文。

1.3在线路的第一供电点和尾端各预留1m长的电热带;
1.4按设计图所示(缠绕系数)铺线(系数为整数应平敷以减少接点);
1.5所有散热体(如支架、阀门、法兰等)应按设计图要求预留所需电热带长度,将此段电热带缠绕于散热主体上并固定。
下列各点应注意:
●散热体应有设计所需电热带的长度。
●电热带可互相重叠或交叉。
●缠绕方法应尽可能使散热体必要时随时可拆除进行维修或更换而不损坏电热带或影响其它线路。
●在使用二通或三通配件处,电热带各端应预留40cm长度。
1.6螺旋缠绕:如缠绕系数为1.4,即5m管道需要布7m的电热带,施工时先将7m长的电热带两端固定于一段长度为5m的管道上,然后将松驰的电热带缠绕在管道上,并加以固定。
2、多根电热带安装方法
设计图指明缠绕系数为(n=1,2…)一般用于大口径管道上,方法如下:
2.1电热带由管道线路一端起布线至尾端再回头至起点,路线等于系数;(但注意最大使用长度)
2.2电热带由管道线路一端至尾端轮流依次布线次数等于系数;
2.3后备系统,关键管道作后备应急用。
所以每一线路都应当作独立线路安装,并有独立的供电点。
三、电热带配件安装方法
首先确保按设计要求选用配件,配件所采用密封圈需与电热带相配并和防水封胶结合,供电接线盒尽可能接近管道线路供电端,同时按照配件安装要求准备线口,每一线端应预留一小段电热带以便将来维修时用。
1、电源接线盒安装
1.1将电源接线盒上盖打开,取出接线柱,取出橡胶圈压紧板,再将电热带从底2
部串入,套上扁橡胶圈,将压紧板压紧,剥好电热带线头,套上套管,用接线柱上的铜夹头压紧铜芯,装上接线柱;
1.2 电源接线盒用不锈钢紧固带固定在管道上;
1.3 电源连线从进线孔穿进,剥好头,压上铜鼻子,接到电热带的接线柱上;
1.4盖上上盖,将螺钉拧紧。
2、直型(二通)、T型(三通)接线盒安装
2.1打开接线盒上盖;
2.2再打开左右橡胶圈压紧块,取出橡胶圈;
2.3电热带从压紧块孔中串到接线盒内,压紧块压紧;
2.4剥好的电热带装上接线柱,电热带铜导线对铜导线;
2.5盖上上盖,将螺钉拧紧。
3、终端(尾端)接线盒安装
3.1打开尾端盒,取出橡胶圈;
3.2电热带剥好后,穿进橡胶圈,拧紧压板螺钉。
特别注意:安装电源接线盒、直型、T型接线盒、尾端时严禁编织网与发热芯和铜导线短路。
四、保温层安装前的检查与测试
1、检查电热带表面是否有损伤;
2、检查所有配件是否安装完整;
3、用摇表2500VDC摇试每一独立线路一端,绝缘电阻应在20MΩ以上,注意摇试时间应在一分钟以上,即导电体对电热带金属屏蔽层摇试;
4、将摇试结果记录在安装记录单上。
五、保温层安装
电热带保温应安装外保温层,外保温材料一般采用隔热材料保温,最常见的保温材料是岩棉毛毡,即在管道外缠绕保温材料,形成空气隔热层, 延缓管道罐体等设施内液体物质温度的下降速度,以达到保温的目的,只有在保温层下使用自控温电热带,才能保证其保温的效果,产生最小的热损失。
同时,外保温保护电热带,起到隔离保护的作用,降低电费的使用,延长了电热带的使用寿命。
进行保温层安装应注意以下几点:
1、所采用保温层的材料、厚度和规格应与设计要求相符合;

2、施工时保温材料必须干燥;
3、保温层外应加防水外罩;
4、保温层施工时应避免损伤电热带;
5、保温层施工后应立即对电热带进行绝缘测试;
6、在保温层外加警示标牌应注明“内有电热带”,特别需要注明所有配件的位置。
六、低温起动与安全保护
电伴热工程一般按照设计图在正常情况下,分组起动,按常规控制设计,具有开关起动,过载保护和漏电保护,如果用于低温大功率加热,同时又低温状态起动,瞬间起动电流转化为大功率输出可采用双闸切换装置,并在切换过程中对工作电流进行监控,在安全负荷情况下过渡到过载保护系统内。
七、防爆
1、我公司生产的电热带和电热带专用配件产品,正确安装后达到ExeIIT4防爆等级,适用于工厂一区、二区爆炸性气体混合物T1-T4温度组别场合使用,安装时应避开易燃易爆气体或液体积聚的暗角等可能超过上述规定的防爆区域,非防爆配电箱应安装于非防爆区,否则应配置相应的防爆配电箱;
2、除防爆等级外,应注意防爆组别。
八、使用注意事项
1、选用电热带时注意其防爆温度组别,不得超过易燃介质闪点或自燃温度的75%;
2、电热带在储存、搬运、安装及使用时不许扭曲,不许反复弯折,严禁损坏外护套,破坏绝缘;
3、施放电热带时不能打硬折或长距离在地面拖拉,安装时最小弯曲半径原则上应不小于其厚度的5倍;
4、电热带安装必须在管线系统全部安装、调试结束后进行;
5、安装时要避开易燃易爆介质可能积聚的沟坑,暗角等部位;
6、严禁蒸汽伴热和电伴热混用于一体;
7、严禁承受温度低于电热带最高表面温度的电源线与电热带混用于一体;
8、电热带安装时不得将绝缘层破坏,应紧贴于被加热体以提高热效率,若伴热体为非金属体,应用铝粘胶带增大接触传热面积,用尼龙扎带固定,严禁用金属丝绑扎;

9、法兰处介质易泄漏,缠绕电热带时应避开其正下方;
10、电热带一端接入电源,另一端线芯严禁短接或与导电物质接触并剪切为“V”型,必须使用配套的封头严密套封;
11、防火防爆场合应配套防爆接线盒和终端盒;
接线后应用硅橡胶密封:(使用屏蔽层的电热带终端处必须将屏蔽层剥离5~10公分,以防造成短路);
12、安装电热带附件时,电热带应留有一定余量,以备检修使用,对于PTC并联式电热带,因其是由许多段发热节并联组合而成,所以其首尾各有几十厘米的冷端,安装时应从开始发热的部位开始,首尾两端的发热体(尤其是并联式的发热丝)应尽可能剪短。
严禁外露,严禁与外编织网或管道接触;
13、接线时,电热带与附件要正确可靠连接,谨防短路,安装一个伴热点,测量一次绝缘,屏蔽层必须接地,绝缘阻值不能低于20兆欧/1000V;
14、除了自控温电热带外,其它规格电热带安装时不允许交叉、重叠;
15、按电伴热各路的电压、电流等参数设定通、断电和漏电保护装置;
16、蒸汽扫线:凡需蒸汽清扫管线除垢时,应注意先清扫后安装电热带,如果每年需进行扫线检查应按照特殊情况进行隔热层法等设计安装;
17、伴热管线进行蒸汽吹扫,必须在停电2小时后进行,扫线温度不宜长期超过205℃;
18、电热带配电系统应具有过载、短路和漏电保护;
19、绝缘电阻测试:
●电热带安装前、安装完成后以及管道外保温覆盖后都必须进行绝缘电阻测试,测量电阻值误差范围均为+10%~-5%;
20、特别注意:尾端不能铜丝相接。
九、验收
除按照本手册中电热带的安装要求和有关操作规范中的规定要求外,还必须遵循国家颁布的“爆炸危险场所电气安全规程”和“电气装置安装工程及验收规定”中的相关条文。

⒉电热带的维护
一、维修程序
1、对管道恒温系统应每年进行最少一次例行检查,一般在冷天来临之前或检修时进行;
2、对发现任何电热带、配件、保温层或防水罩有损坏处应立即进行更换和维修。
