Section B (2a—2e)教学设计
I.教学目标
1.知识与技能目标:学生能够认读新的词汇,能找出并理解文中出现的被动语态的句子。
2.过程与方法目标:通过本课阅读教学,让学生初步掌握“mind-mapping” 学习策略,学会信息与图像的转换。
3.情感态度与价值观目标:激发学生对运动的热爱,传播永不放弃的精神。
II.学情分析
九年级学生经过两年的系统学习,对英语已经有了相应的基础,对于各种时态和语态有了一定的几首理解能力,尤其他们在Unit 5学习了被动语态的现在时,他们能够根据所学举一反三,对本单元语法时态的学习相对简单些,尤其是对篮球的兴趣,学习本课还是积极性比较高的。
III.重点难点
1.掌握“mind-mapping”学习策略,学会信息与图像的转换;理解文中出现的被动语态。
2.情感态度与价值观目标:激发学生对运动的热爱,传播永不放弃的精神。
教学过程
Step 1 Guessing game.
The teacher draws a small point,then ask students to guess "What's it?" .If
they can't guess the answer ,the teacher will continue drawing until the students guess it------"head". Then the teacher goes on drawing and asks
"what's he doing?" "He is playing basketball ."
Step 2 Competition:
T: How much do you know about basketball? Let’s have a competition.
Step 3 While Reading
1.Read quickly and find the main idea of each paragraph.
2.Read carefully and complete the tasks.
3.Read again and complete the mind-mapping.
Step 4 After Reading
Find out the sentences or phrases that you can’t understand .
Choose and fill in the blanks.
Step 5 Extend Reading
(增加学生的阅读量,不仅从课本中学习,也要学会从课外阅读中学到知识。)
Step 6 Development Listening
(拓展一下学生的知识面,了解了篮球,对别的球类也应该有一个初步的了解,同时练习了学生的听的能力。)

通过观看视频,对学生进行情感教育。
