Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake?Section A (1a-2d)一、教材分析本单元主要围绕How do you make a banana milk shake?这一主题展开各种教学活动。
通过介绍如何制作香蕉奶昔入手,掌握制作食品的关键词汇,并以这一主题引出可数名词和不可数名词、how many/how much问句及祈使句等语言功能。
本单元旨在让学生学会描述制作某个东西的过程和步骤,进而分析中西方在饮食文化方面的不同,通过听、说、读、写来培养学生综合运用能力,最终让学生能在“学中做”、“做中学”。
二、学情分析:八年级的学生好奇心强、求知欲旺盛,喜欢动手参与,有一定的英语基础。
所以,我在教学中给学生创造了英语学习环境,使学生对英语学习产生更高的兴趣,圆满地完成本节课的学习任务。
三、教学方法和设计理念The situational teaching method(情境教学法)、Task based approach(任务型教学法)、English game teaching(英语游戏教学法)。
我借助于现代化教学媒体,按照任务型教学的基本理念,我设计了生动形象的图片及视频来吸引学生的注意力,激发学生的学习兴趣。
通过创设问题情境让学生在学习中复原生活原貌,便于理解和吸纳知识。
同时设置任务进行研究与探讨,通过自主,合作,探究培养学生主动学习英语的兴趣、自学能力和合作能力。
在解决任务的过程中通过课堂表演等游戏形式,活跃课堂气氛,使教学活动顺利进行,师生之间达到教学相长。
四、学法指导1.学习方法和能力的指导通过听、说、读、写、表演等技能培养学生观察力,记忆力,想象力以及思维创造能力。
2.学习策略的指导在课堂教学中,组织学生进行Pair work和Group work,让他们围绕着课堂任务相互交流、相互合作,从而获得知识、技能和情感体验,发展学生的自主学习能力。
