TPS60101中文资料(引脚图,特点及应用实例)精密的制造工艺和优良的设计使得TPS60101具有出色的电气性能，能够满足设计者苛刻的要求，具体特点如下：TPS60101引脚图及引脚功能:TPS60101芯片采用20脚TSSOP贴片封装，图1是它的引脚图，具体引脚功能见表1。

表1 TPS60101引脚描述TPS60101的应用方式TSP60101芯片在设计上做了许多实际考虑，允许设计者在不同的实际情况下灵活设计，如图2、图3和图4，是它的三种典型应用方案，作者将根据自己的应用体会分别予以介绍。

TPS60101片内集成了2个升降压电荷泵，通过改变芯片的18脚COM的外接电平可以选择电荷泵的2种工作状态：COM接地为推挽模式，接高电平为单端模式。

推挽模式中，片内的2个电荷泵的工作状态在时域上有180°的相位差，各占据50％的负载周期进行推挽输出。

这种方式可以在最大限度上避免输出电压的波动，得到最好的稳压效果，但需要外接2个电容。

在单端模式中，2个电荷泵是无相位差的并行输出。

这种方式仅需1个外接电容。

图2和图3给出了推挽模式和单端模式的应用电路。

一般来说，在对实际应用电路的体积没有严格要求的情况下，应当选择推挽模式以获得最好的工作性能。

但是，由于TPS60101芯片本身体积很小，影响应用电路体积的主要因素是外接元件。

若工作于单端模式，则应用电路的体积可以减少一半以上。

如果在电压稳定度要求一般，但是对电路体积要求严格的情况下，也可以考虑使用单端模式。

通过改变第2脚的SYNC的外接电平可以选择TPS60101的同步时钟源。

SYNC接低电平使用片内振荡器产生的同步时钟信号，SYNC接高电平使用外部同步时钟信号，外部时钟信号引至3V8脚。

一般场合下只需使用片内时钟即可。

但是，如果TPS60101的供电系统工作于某一个固定频率时，采用外部时钟同步方式更加合理。

需要注意的是，在使用外部时钟同步方式时，SKIP脚应接地以降低输出噪声。
