PtIOO热电阻计算公式及分度表
热电阻公式都是Rt=Ro(1+A*t+B*t*t);Rt=Ro[1+A*t+B*t*t+C(t-100)*t*t*t] 的形式,t
表示摄氏温度,Ro是零摄氏度时的电阻值,A、B、C都是规定的系数,对于Pt100,Ro就
等于100,

R0是0度是铂电阻的阻值
A=3.940*乘10负3次幕
B=-5.802 乘10负7次幕
C=-4.274 乘10 的负12
Pt100,就是说它的阻值在0度时为100欧姆,负200度时为18.52欧姆,200度时为175.86 欧姆,800度时为375.70欧姆。

看到了?电流不能大于5mA,而电阻是随温度变化的,所以电压也要注意。
为了提高温度测量的准确性,应使用1V电桥电源、A/D转换器的5V参考电源要稳定在1mV级;在价格允许的情况下,PtIOO传感器、A/D转换器和运放的线性度要高。

pt100电阻与温度对应表
设计原理:
pt100是铂热电阻,它的阻值会随着温度的变化而改变。
PT后的100即表示它在0℃时阻值为100欧姆,在100℃时它的阻值约为138.5欧姆。
它的工业原理:当PT100在0摄氏度的时候他的阻值为100欧姆,它的的阻值会随着温度上升它的阻值是成匀速增涨的。
应用范围:
医疗、电机、工业、温度计算、阻值计算等高精温度设备,应用范围非常之广泛。

薄膜铂电阻:用真空沉积的薄膜技术把铂溅射在陶瓷基片上,膜厚在2微米以内,用玻璃烧结料把Ni(或Pd)引线固定,经激光调阻制成薄膜元件。

式中R0=100.00,A=3.96847*10^(-3),B=-5.847*10^(-7),C=-4.22*10^(-12),
将t=25带入上式,可得Rt=109.885Ω.
