发好这个音的秘诀是：一定要收小腹。

发出来的声音颇像部队里喊“一、二、三、四”其中“一”的声音。

手势要点：右手举过头顶，掌心向里，拇指竖起，另外四指合拢，在发音的同时右手掌往后用力挥动，左手可置于小腹处，以感觉小腹的收缩。

3、K.K: [☪] IPA：[♏] 外号：“小开口45度音”简称：“45度音”发音秘诀：舌尖抵下齿，舌前部稍抬起；唇形扁平，上下齿之间的距离相当于一个中指。

美音/☪/的舌位比英音的舌位/♏/的稍低，口形比/♏/稍宽。

大约呈“45度”。

常发这个元音的有：字母e和字母组合ea。

手势要点：手抬起与嘴同高，手心向内，食指和中指并拢，无名指与小指卷曲，拇指竖起，模拟枪的样子，平行放好。

食指代表你的上嘴唇，中指代表你的下嘴唇。

发音时，食指与中指迅速分开，就像用剪刀剪东西一样，张开45度。

4、K.K: [✌] IPA：[✌] 外号: “大开口夸张90度音”简称：“疯狂90º咧嘴音”发音秘诀：张开嘴，嘴唇放松，舌尖轻触下齿，逐渐压低你的舌头和下颚，尽可能夸张。
