本次变频器通讯设定选用的是ABB通讯模块RPBA-01

1. 下图为RPBA-01模块对基本设定以及PZD控制字和状态字的设定细则:

2. PZD3 IN为从变频器发出给PLC的状态字,而PZD3 OUT为从PLC发

出的到变频器的状态字,以后依次类推。

2 NODE ADDRESS

Each device on the PROFIBUS net^vork must have a unique node number. This pw$ni巳te「used to define a node

(控制字的头两个字为系统设定的控制字CW及速度给定值REF. 状态字的头两个字为系统设定的状态字SW及速度实际值ACT) 后边的PZD3到PZD10为自设定的对应变频器参数

在PLC硬件设定里还需要注意:

在 FAIL SAFE MODE 中有三个选项(STOP,LAST SPEED,USE FAIL-SAFE SPEED),STOP表示当总线断开的时候变频器停机,LAST SPEED为保持最后 速度,USE FAIL-SAFE

SPEED为断开后使用FAIL-SAFE里边设定的值运行。 OPERATION MODE 须选择

VENDOR SPECIFIC。
