Writing—Practical writing:making complaints写作指导本单元的写作目标是写“投诉信”。
投诉信属于应用文,通常以第一人称(当事人)向某单位或团体,针对所购产品或服务表示不满意,并根据相关法律规定或合同条款等提出要求,行文格式是书信形式。
通常通过以下三个部分来进行写作:首先,进行自我介绍,说明写信意图;其次,陈述投诉事由,应本着实事求是的态度,客观、准确地陈述事由,不能夸大或虚构事实;最后,表达诉求,即提出要求或希望。
注意表达要把握分寸,不要言辞偏激。
做到简明、通俗、准确。
