自从该基地为xxxxxx有限公司所有后，铸造车间一直使用至今，除尘系统、通风系统都出现设备老化、管道堵塞、损坏等问题，系统参数都不同程度地偏离设计指标，尤其是送风系统的设备已经拆除不用，保温炉和中频炉的除尘系统也没有运行。

车间的屋面通风气楼也由于年久失修，导致漏雨严重，部分天窗已经无法打开。

保温炉的设计排风量为8000m3/h，中频炉的设计排风量为13000 m3/h，系统总处理风量为42000 m3/h。

从现场情况来看，中频感应炉侧吸罩已经拆下不用，中频保温炉的侧吸罩虽在使用，但是由于某些原因，除尘管道损坏至无法使用，系统已经多年不运行。

在进、出料时，烟尘大量散逸在车间里，尤其出料时最为严重。
