由于广告牌安装位置站车条件较好,回转半径为7米,起吊高度为19米,卷管立柱重约8吨。这时可以利用25吨汽车吊将卷管立柱整体吊装到位。在吊装过程中,需要调整缆风绳以确保立柱的垂直度,并使用经纬仪校验安装垂直度,误差不超过10mm。单面广告牌立柱重量较小,吊装相对容易,但仍需要保证其安装垂直度。
广告牌骨架到达现场后,需要再次组对成整体。吊装位置应选择在单车道上,以减少对草坪的破坏。立柱吊装好后,将广告牌骨架和支撑A、B、C在安装位置地面组装成整体,利用3个10吨倒链将广告牌骨架和支撑缓慢、均匀地提升到位。在提升过程中,每200mm稍停,检查广告牌骨架是否倾斜,调整后继续提升,直至到达安装位置。整个提升过程需要由专人指挥,并配以哨子统一作业。
最后,对于三面广告牌骨架的吊装,需要在整体提升到位后立即进行广告牌骨架与卷管立柱的焊接,确保焊接牢固后方可松钩。对于单面广告牌骨架的吊装,则需要对绑扎点角钢进行加固。
