Shanghai Vice-mayor Wu Qing made the world's first 5G video call on

March 30, 2019 in Hongkou, Shanghai.

Now 5G, fifth-generation mobile communication technology is coming.

Compared with 2G, 3G and 4G, 5G is not independent and brand-new. It is

million) and the United States (187 million) combined. Backed by 5G, China’s mobile

ecosystem(生态系统) is expected to add 6 trillion yuan in value to the national economy(经济)in

World Sleep Day，organized by the World Sleep Day Committee of the World Association of

Sleep Medicine since 2008，is held on March 21 every year.

The purpose of World Sleep Day is to celebrate good and healthy sleep. Events involving

discussions，presentations of educational materials and exhibitions take place around the world

and online.

Sleep quality plays a key role in people’s health. Researchers say that there are a lot of

advantages(优点) if we always get enough sleep. We can be smarter，thinner，healthier and more

cheerful. Also we’re to have better skin，better memories and longer lives. When you lose even

one hour of sleep for any reason，it will influence（影响） your performance（表现） the next day.

In general（一般来说），adults are thought to need at least eight hours of sleep a night，but a

recent survey found that，on workdays，only 21% of them really get a full eight hours of sleep，and another 21% get less than six. For teenagers，a healthy amount is about eight to nine hours per

night. However，about 80% of high school students don’t get enough sleep because of school work

or bad habits.

I was cycling and saw a person about 250 meters ahead of me. I could

tell he was cycling a little slower than me and I decided to try to catch up

with him. I had about a kilometer to go on the road before turning off.

I started cycling faster and faster and with every block, I got just a little

bit closer to him. After a few minutes I was only about 100 meters behind

him, so I really picked up the pace and tried my best.
