伦敦的风土人情

英国伦敦学习总结刘存伟外国语学院这个暑假，我有幸成为重庆邮电大学赴英国伦敦大学亚非学院进修学习团队中的一员。

此次学习之行，始于7月23日，结束于8月20日；但其远非是终点，因为伦敦之旅，无论是在我以后的教学中，还是生活中，都将产生非常大的影响。

我将从以下几个方面对此次伦敦学习生活作一番总结。

总结之目的在于承前启后，寄望于对学习收获作一番梳理，以备将来在运用相关教学、文化知识时，能够有更为清晰的条理。

一、总体介绍伦敦之行学习小组共15位教师，其中外国语学院教师10名，其他院系教师5名；领队为汪顺玉老师，其余教师包括张叙、王强、罗英、杨华英、王婷、徐豪、陈民、戴竹青、刘存伟、陈君、任志霞、赖昌、王浩、胡军。

把这些老师的名字一一罗列，在于表明在近个月的学习生活中，我们彼此已经非常熟悉，通过学习、生活中的互帮互助，已结下较深的友谊。

此次万里之行，始于重邮足下。

我们是下午1点50分在老校门口里面集中，乘坐学校中巴车到达重庆江北国际机场，然后辗转北京、阿联酋伊布扎比、英国伦敦。

在伦敦学习考察期间，我们入住的都是英国威斯敏斯特大学的学生公寓，前后共搬过三次家，算是比较动荡的了，但大家都乐意，因为住不同的地方，可以感受不同的地区文化，风土人情。

前面两次都是两个教师合住一间，最后一次，算是过上了幸福生活，住上了单间，房间虽然不大，但卫生间，沐浴室、厨房等配套设施都一应尽有。

在伦敦期间的饮食，由于我是初次出国，没有比较的对象，凭个人及其他教师的感觉，应该是让人比较满意的。

早餐，主要是面包、牛奶，最后一周，竟然有了小面，的确值得高兴一番。

中餐就没这么好过了，由于英国的上课时间安排，、与我们的大学相差甚大，中午就在亚非学院食堂就餐，全是西餐。

部分教师还能适应当地的口味，少数几个对重庆麻辣味中毒较深的就麻烦了。

就我而言，第一餐尝到了苦头之后，就对那些个烤鸡呀、三明治呀什么的敬而远之；幸好还有晚餐来装填中午空荡荡的肚子。

晚餐是在伦敦唐人街的“旺记”，香港人经营的粤菜馆，老大一个地方，味道也不错。

伦敦人对于英式下午茶的热爱，一定程度上，也是对仪式感的迷恋。

伦敦遍布可以提供下午茶的餐厅，标准配置是三层瓷盘装盛的点心和茶。

先不说那些精致的餐具和茶壶，光是关于下午茶的礼仪就可以写成一篇长长的文章。

在街上行走，随便一瞥便能根据衣着判断谁要去高级酒店喝下午茶，有些男士竟然穿燕尾服，戴高帽及手持雨伞，女性则是得体的洋装，连拎的包都和帽子颜色一致。

出门在外随便问个路和搭个话，路人都非常有礼貌，甚至称呼你为Sir或Madam，令你受宠若惊，而“不好意思”和“对不起”更是伦敦人挂在嘴边的口头禅。

即便是在出租屋里，我也能深切感受到我的英国房东是如何庄重认真地对待生活里看似无趣的事情。

我如果在冰箱里把食物杂乱无章地乱塞一气，一定会被重新整理得井井有条，让人打开冰箱时一边赞叹整理的艺术一边惭愧自己平时的不拘小节；每天清晨，饭厅的空瓶里一定会插一支不同的鲜花；偶尔做了烘焙饼干，也一定会把盘摆得整整齐齐的再端给别人吃。
