二年级英语听、读记录表

听、说、认、读、说是英语学习中最重要的元素，希望家长配合学校督促孩子每天听读课文并培养良好的听读习惯——“四到”：耳到眼到手到嘴到。
（耳朵听、眼睛看、手指、嘴读）学习要求：
1.每天坚持听读录音至少15分钟。
2.每单元句子部分，要求听懂，读熟，会英、汉对译。
3.每单元的单词要求能听、说、认、读，能熟练地运用。
4.每单元的歌曲或者歌谣要求能听懂，会唱，会说。
说明：每天坚持听、说、认、读15分钟课本内容。
请家长监督孩子及时完成作业，并如实填写表格。
此表将作为学生学习过程性评价的重要组成部分，请勿丢失。
备注：为了更好地保管此表，请家长协助孩子用A4
纸打印，并将表格贴在文件夹里。
