发言简短，组织思想和搜寻词语时频繁出现较长时间的停顿，影响交际，但能够基本完成交际任务。

4、60-69分：语法和词汇错误时有出现，且有时出现不知所措的情况，需要教师的提醒和帮助，表达过程中词汇匮乏，语法结构非常简单，发音有缺陷，但能够勉强完成交际任务。

5、60分以下：（视情况酌情给分）语法和词汇有大量错误，以致妨碍理解，听不懂说不出，影响交际或无法沟通，发音很差，不能完成交际任务，也不懂起码的礼貌，见面不问候，离开不说再见。
