工作进行的还是比较顺利的，通常每天都要接受好多个电话，电话通常都较短，只需要简单的作一些相关的介绍即可，当然也有些客户需要更详细的信息，于是我需要对全局都做一番描述，力图让对方更深的了解我们的产品，最重要的是让他们觉得我们的产品是非常出色的。

虽然自认为口才并不好，但我能够把事情描述的比较清晰，如此也令客户满意。
