师德师风建设工作实施方案
强管理。加强对师德师风建设工作的宣传和推广，让广大教师深入了解相关政策和规定，明确自己的职责和义务，严格遵守教师职业道德规范，树立良好的师德形象。

3、加强师德师风考核，建立健全教师职业道德考核机制，将考核结果作为评优评先、职务评聘、年度考核等重要依据，激励广大教师不断提高自身素质，争取更好的职业发展。
4、加强师德师风监督，建立健全师德师风监督机制，加强对教师师德师风的监督和管理，及时发现和纠正问题，确保教师队伍的良好形象和形象。
