DIY PLC L16之应用一陈修恒摘要:很多小规模的电子电源生产企业,缺少专业的产品测试系统,导致产品品质不稳定,生产效率低。
由于专业自动测试设备过于昂贵,对于开关电源的测试,不得不使用电流、电压表头或者万用表。
长方电子有限公之PLC产品,兼容三菱PLC编程工具GX软件,具有直接写入,监控,修改,可连接文本等功能,全面接近兼容三菱PLC指令(部分冷门指令没有,能够满足大多数用户的需要,性价比很高)前言:日前应某上市企业委托,为其设计了一款低成本的,开关电源自动测试设备(含测试架等)。
再应长方电子有限公司的委托, 为该公司的DIY PLC L、DIY_H PLC、壳式可扩展PLC(以下简称PLC)等产品,用最严格的测试标准和最恶劣的测试环境进行测试进行破坏性实验,以检验PLC的稳定性、可靠性、抗干扰性、寿命等。
测试过程按照不同的控制要求、工序,编写不同的程序,进行测试。
软件方面的测试项目有:PLC与三菱PLC编程工具GX的兼容性、指令执行能力等。
为此,笔者在为企业设计万能充电器和开关电源等产品设计自动测试设备时,采用三步走方案,PLC系统全部采用长方电子有限公司的PLC产品。
★第一步:开关电源自动测试机,没有机械部分。
采用DIY PLC L和智能表头完成。
测试过程需要人工放置探针或者放置插座等等,能够自动测量电流、电压,能够判定短路,及PASS等。
应用场合为生产半成品和成品检测或维修检测等,解决工厂的测试瓶颈问题。
整个项目含外壳加工、电路装配、程序调试等,不到2天时间完成。
目前企业已经投入使用。
★第二步:开关电源自动测试架,包括机械部分,如气缸等执行机构。
采用DIY PLC L和智能表头等。
考虑到成本因素,采用一套表头,分时检测六路电流、电压及短路。
具有自动切换测试对象和测试项目的功能。
需要人工放置待检测产品。
整个项目含机加工(耗时:2天)、机械装配(耗时2个小时)、电路装配(包括执行机构调试,100多个的端子压接等,耗时6小时)、程序编辑(使用STL步进梯形图,程序600步;耗时2小时)、整机调试(耗时3个小时)等,累计耗时4天。
