浅谈秘书礼仪
I 摘 要
礼仪是人际交往中使用的一种艺术,是一个人内在美与外在美的结合,是一个公民道德品质修养的标志,也是一个民族进步的标志。
从个人的角度来看,礼仪的学习能够帮助你顺利地走向社会,走向世界,能够更好地树立起自身的形象,在与人交往中给人留下彬彬有礼、温文尔雅的美好印象。
从企业的角度来说,礼仪不仅可以塑造企业形象,提高顾客满意度和美誉度,并能最终达到提升企业的经济效益和社会效益的目的。商务礼仪是企业文化、企业精神的重要内容,是企业形象的主要附着点。
从社会的角度来看,礼仪有助于提高人们的自身修养、美化自身、美化生活并能很有效的促进的社会交往,改善人际关系,还有助于净化社会风气。
在秘书工作的众多事务中,秘书礼仪是极其重要的内容之一,而且为企业塑造良好的形象,是企业的无形资产。良好的礼仪也是秘书人员不可忽视的一种修养和技能。秘书工作不能忽视礼仪内容,而礼仪则在秘书工作中具有自己的特殊意义。所以秘书人员要不断提高自身素养,把礼仪的优势在秘书工作中发挥到最大。

Abstract
Interpersonal etiquette is to use a kind of art, is one inner beauty and external beauty, to be a
symbol of civic and moral quality of self-cultivation, is also a symbol of national progress.
From a personal point of view, learning etiquette can help you smoothly toward society and
the world, to better establish their own image, in dealings with others left people very polite,
gentle impression.
From the business point of view, rituals can not only shape the corporate image, improve

前言
我国是一个具有悠久历史和文明传统的礼仪之邦,很久以来就十分关注和重视礼仪礼节,甚至将其上升到国本和教化程度高低的地位。随着经济社会的发展和对外交往的增多,礼仪问题越来越受到党政机关、企事业单位等各类社会组织的重视。随着改革力度的加大,秘书人员的职能范围也日益扩大,这些无疑要求秘书人员除了掌握基本的秘书知识、拥有一定能力之外更应具备适当得体的秘书礼仪, 但很多秘书人员却在繁琐性工作下忘记了提高自身修养,特别是秘书礼仪的培养。本论文共分三章,分别从秘书礼仪的基本知识,功能和作用,以及如何提高秘书礼仪修养方面进行了阐述。
2 一 秘书礼仪的基本知识
(一)秘书礼仪的含义和内容
秘书礼仪,是指秘书在工作和社会活动中,为了塑造个人和组织的良好形象而应当遵循的对交往对象表示的尊敬与友好的规范或程序,是一般礼仪在商务活动中的运用,它体现了秘书人员自身的文化素养、精神风貌和工作态度。
秘书礼仪是社会礼仪的重要组成部分,但它又不同于一般的人际交往礼仪,包括秘书礼节和仪式两方面的内容。秘书礼节就是秘书在工作和社会交往中为表示尊重对方而采用的约定俗成的规范形式。仪式即按程序进行的礼节形式。
秘书礼仪所涉及的范围较广,办公礼仪规范、接待礼仪规范、外事礼仪规范、社交礼仪规范、形象礼仪规范等等,哪个方面都不可偏废。个别秘书人员认为,在工作中只要注意办公礼仪规范就可以了,至于个人形象,那是自己的事情,“穿衣戴帽,各有所好”,与他人无关。其实,这是对秘书礼仪认识的误区。总体说来,秘书礼仪的内容大致可以分为两个方面:
1. 形象设计。它具体涉及秘书人员的穿着打扮、仪容仪表、言谈举止,是对秘书人员的礼仪修养所提出的具体要求,是其自尊自爱的具体表现形式。秘书人员的礼仪形象向来被视为个人素质非常重要的组成部分。形象体现于细节,细节展示素质。衣着打扮、言谈举止、待人接物,其实都是素养问题。有些同志在正式场合甚至在国际交往中不修边幅,歪戴帽子斜穿衣,当众“打扫”个人卫生,这些都是礼仪修养不够的表现,都会给交往对象留下不良的印象。人的形象是具有整体性的,一定要保持和谐。我就见到过有的秘书在上班时间,甚至是在身着制服的时候,脚上穿露脚趾或者露脚跟的凉鞋,这也是不得体的。大家都知道,在正式的公务场合或者涉外场合,男性秘书身着西装为宜,但是笔者也见过有人此时脚穿白皮鞋,腰系红腰带,手拿咖啡色手袋,简直让人“退避三舍”。
