各家银行贵宾服务比较展开全文时下,几乎每家银行都推出了VIP贵宾服务,而优先办理业务则是最基本的增值服务。
更为实惠的,VIP客户在转账汇款、异地存取款等方面多享有不同程度的优惠。
那么,我们怎样才能获得银行VIP资格呢?银行VIP门槛各不相同整体看,各银行目前吸纳和评选VIP客户的标准主要有三项。
其一是资产。
当客户在一家银行(有的银行要求是分行)的个人金融资产超过一定数量时可申请成为VIP。
金融资产不仅包括存款,还包括国债、基金、理财产品等,而工商银行还包括股票在内。
时下,随着各银行对VIP客户的竞争日趋激烈,不少银行逐渐放低了VIP的准入门槛,如农行日均金融资产达到10万元便可申请,中行和建行也将准入门槛的资产额度降为20万元,而邮政储蓄更是降低为5万元。
不过,对于大多数银行而言,准入门槛多为同一分行金融资产达到30万元或50万元,尤其是外资银行。
其二是贷款。
有的银行要求个人贷款超过一定量且还款正常者也可成为VIP。
如建行规定,一年内个人贷款月均余额达到50万元(含)以上,还款记录良好,无不良记录的客户可申请理财金卡。
其三是高端人群。
如政府官员、对公业务单位的高管、明星等人群申请VIP,银行也给开绿灯。
资产、等级、服务成正比目前,大部分银行对VIP客户都采取分层管理的模式。
通常情况下,资金量不同、等级不同,可以享受的待遇也不同;等级越高,自然能够享受的服务、优惠就越多。
以建设银行为例,个人可支配金融资产在20万元以上为最低门槛,20万元-50万元为金卡客户,50万元-300万元为白金卡客户、300万元-1000万元为钻石卡客户、1000万元以上可进驻私人银行。
其中,前两类客户又统称为富裕客户,后两类统称为高端客户。
农业银行亦然,也根据资金量的不同分为金卡、白金卡和钻石卡客户,10万元(含)-100万元人民币或等值外币可办金卡;100万元(含)-500万元人民币或等值外币可办白金卡;500万元(含)以上可办理钻石卡。
到了英国以后,由于今后包括签手机,签这个签那个,日常消费,及时取现,存钱理财,以及几乎一切和direct debit有关的都需要在本地银行开户,在英国办X银行卡的便利之处我想不必多说了,至于在哪家银行开户,怎么办,在这里我主要想说的HSBC即汇丰银行的详细说明。
(至于汇丰对于其他银行的优势有很多,这个仁者见仁了,除了什么金融500强的头号种子,什么别的银行可能倒闭但汇丰不倒等一些和我们目前生活相距甚远的大问题,比较实际的问题是比如我喜欢汇丰的办事效率,大厅一般有1个人专门负责解答你的提问,然后告诉你该怎么做,到哪里做,而其他很多银行没有这项服务,你通常都需要排很久的队(而通常你也不知道你是否排的是正确的队),我的一个朋友为了关闭账户排了1个多小时的队,因为她首先排队说明她想要关闭账户,然后被告知你需要到那里去排队将银行卡内现金全部取出,之后她又排队取现,再之后又排队关闭账户,如果是在汇丰的话,大厅的那个咨询师会给你安排一位专门负责你关闭账户的业务人员,帮你迅速解决问题,并且汇丰还有很多便捷的地方,比如任何一家汇丰都有自助存钱机,把卡一插,钱往里一扔就ok了,不需要排队,还有的机器可以存零钱,还有等等优势,不过这个就像之前所说的那样,仁者见仁,其他银行包括TSB等也各自的优势比如TSB对于刚来英国的童鞋开普通账户是没有管理费的,而汇丰不是,具体下面会说明。
)首先先做个汇丰银行的简介,刚来到这里的童鞋可能会发现,汇丰的广告大部分都和中国或者亚洲其他国家有关,不是因为最近流行中国风,而是第一家汇丰银行就是在XX创立的,当然那时XX还是英国的殖民地,同年在XX又开办了一家分行,所以汇丰的全称是:XXXX 汇丰银行XX,英文全称:The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HS代表的就是XX和XX)。
当然了,这自然不能表示汇丰银行就是中国的,当年汇丰的创始人是苏格兰人,而且那时XX也是英国殖民地。
汇丰渣打花旗东亚4家外资银行网点体验■汇丰银行——服务很亲切,等资料烦位于汇丰银行大厦一楼的汇丰卓越理财是与普通储蓄柜台隔离出来的一个专区。
刚一进门,前台小姐就把笔者引到休息室,坐在咖啡色沙发上。
环顾大厅,墙上挂着一面液晶屏幕,播放着实时金融行情。
前方小桌子上摆放着咖啡机、饮水机、苹果以及薄荷糖。
贵宾理财区设置了3间理财办公室,专门为客户提供一对一服务。
稍等片刻后,理财师把记者带进了一间理财室。
理财室里播放着节奏舒缓的音乐。
记者在汇丰银行的咨询进行了大约一个小时。
理财师对产品的客观分析令人满意,但汇丰银行的服务效率却有些低。
由于打印机和各种资料都不在理财办公室内,记者费了大量时间等待理财师拿资料,这是汇丰卓越理财的一个小小缺憾。
■渣打银行——客户经理有问必答很专业渣打银行营业厅像一个大的开放式办公室,每一个坐席上都有一位客户经理。
巧妙的隔断既保证了客户经理安静、独立的工作环境,也保证了每位客户都可以在渣打享受到“一对一”的私人服务。
“您希望在渣打获得哪些服务呢?”客户经理问到记者第一个问题。
当记者告知对方自己的收入情况和储蓄情况,并提出希望渣打银行为自己提供理财建议后,客户经理迅速从电脑中调出两份最近推出的理财产品认购申请表。
客户经理还告诉记者,虽然渣打银行的网点不够密集,但客户可以通过电话和传真来下达指令,无需亲自到银行办理业务。
在整个咨询过程中,记者提的问题林林总总,但自始至终都得到认真而准确的答复。
记者在渣打银行享受到的服务,其高效和专业化程度给记者留下深刻印象。
■花旗银行——个人投资风险分析很贴心走进花旗银行大厦,仿佛置身于五星级酒店。
进入一楼的营业大厅,前台接待员热情招呼记者,按照记者的需求,很快安排了理财顾问见面。
理财顾问作了自我介绍后,详细询问了记者的理财需求,然后从电脑里调出一套专门测试个人投资风险分析的系统软件。
在花旗银行,风险测定是量身订做财务计划的第一步。
理财顾问说,银行通过一系列系统专业的测试来了解客户风险承受类型和对财务投资的目标,根据测试的情况向客户推荐最适合的理财产品,提出兼顾整体的财务计划和建议。
银行贵宾服务对比系列——之二:贵宾增值服务贵宾服务目前是各家银行争夺高端客户市场的重要手段,对于我行的贵宾服务一线人员可谓是了如指掌。
但是对于其他各家银行的贵宾服务估计很少人会有全面的了解,既然不了解也就无法去对比发现本行的优势,从而无法通过该优势引进客户。

一般而言,专属贵宾客户的理财产品收益比普通客户所能购买的产品收益要高。
增值服务二:医疗健康服务。
很多银行提供了医院预约挂号服务、导医服务、健康咨询服务等,民生银行甚至还有预约住院、预约手术服务。
增值服务三:车辆道路救援服务。
“前几周开车去郊区玩,回来路上车罢工了,那会儿天都黑了,联系半天都没找到个能来修车的。
突然想起好像我的银行卡有汽车救援服务,就抱着试试看的想法,按照卡片上的客服电话拨打过去了,没想到还真灵,很快就有维修的人来了,二十分钟左右就修好了。
你猜怎么着,居然还免费!”**女士讲了一段不久前的经历。
有车一族越来越多,现在多家银行推出了汽车道路救援服务,如现场小修、更换备胎、应急加水、电瓶充电、拖车服务等。
增值服务四:机场贵宾服务。
几乎各大银行都推出了这项业务,如专用汽车停车场、贵宾厅、代办登机手续、贵宾专用安检通道、专人导乘、专用远机位摆渡车等。
增值服务五:畅打高尔夫服务。
近年来高尔夫球场在我国越来越多,很多高资产净值人士都比较热衷于这项运动,为此,不少银行推出了高尔夫训练、赛事、预约球场等高端服务。
