其中地上68588平方米，地下27412平方米。

层数：地上23层，地下4层，主楼檐口高99.9米，裙楼檐口高28.55米。

本工程主要幕墙形式有：石材幕墙、玻璃幕墙、金属幕墙、门窗工程、雨篷及采光顶幕墙及辅助系统安装，幕墙施工规模较大且施工项目多。

第二章质量保证体系及措施第一节质量保证体系一、建立健全质量保证体系及质量责任制1．设计质量管理组织体系设计总负责人——项目设计负责人——项目设计师2．材料采购质量管理组织体系材料总负责人（公司副总经理）——采购质量总负责人——（铝型材、玻璃结构胶、铝板、钢材、五金件）3．加工、制作、包装、运输质量管理组织体系质量总负责人——（铁件加工质量、铝材加工质量、铝材组装质量、铝板下料质量、铝板加工质量、玻璃加工质量、中空玻璃加工质量、玻璃板块注胶、单元块包装质量、板块运输质量）4．施工现场质量体系质量第一责任人:项目经理现场质量责任人:专职质检员、各工序施工队长、质检员、班组长。

贯彻“质量第一，预防为主”质量方针，严格按照国家相关技术规范、标准及招标文件要求进行设计，按批准的图纸施工，工程质量满足业主、总包单位、设计师、工程监理及招标文件之要求。

工程质量等级：合格整体工程创优目标：达到建筑长城杯、鲁班奖的评审标准。

工程质量符合GB/T19001-2008质量管理体系标准。

2、安全目标：杜绝安全事故的发生，施工中达到无伤亡、无重伤、无火灾、无中毒、无坍塌。

3、遵守国家及地方相应环保、文明施工标准及规定，创绿色文明施工现场。

4 、按总进度计划施工，确保按时完成总体施工任务。

自中标之日起，我公司开始深化设计，并将派专人进入现场，与业主、土建方、以及施工监理方进行沟通，掌握现场情况，以便为施工队伍正式进场安装铺平道路。

5、成本控制目标：实施阳光工程，提高项目品质，提高材料循环利用率，严控材料运输周转环节，降低材料耗损等以达到降低工程成本的目标。

(二) 质量保证组织措施1、工程质量的保证措施:确保产品质量是进行质量管理的中心目标。

产品质量的好坏，直接着手关系到企业的存亡。

做到对顾客负责，对企业信誉负责。

为此，我公司针对本工程的特点决心做好以下几方面工作。

2、严格按现行的国家标准和规范、合同的设计图纸的要求，精心施工，并对所有参与人员进行技术交底和质量意识教育。

3、执行质量程序，慎重选定原材料供货商，认真做好材料的进货检验。

4、加工制作质量控制，按公司管理程序文件《生产工序控制执行》，并按程序进行检验，不合格的产品不得转入下道工序。

5、安装质量控制，采用三检制，按公司质量管理程序《安装工序控制》执行，并按程序执行检验。

6、材料的运输应保证其表面质量不受损害，存储应便于检查，易燃易爆物品严格保管，严格保护玻璃及型材表面，未接通知不得拆除保护层。

(三) 质量控制组织机构在机构上，建立由项目经理直接负责、专职质检员作业检查，班组质量监督员自检、互检的质量保证组织系统，将每个岗位、每个员工的质量职责都纳入项目承包的岗位合同中，并指定严格的奖罚标准，使施工过程的每一道工序、每个部位都处于受控状态，并同经济效益挂钩，保证工程的整体质量水平。

建立由公司总经理、总工程师领导下的项目经理控制，质检部基层检查的三级管理系统，形成一个由经理到生产、施工班组的直线管理。

四、现场安装质量保证措施我公司承诺：本工程按国家现行设计、施工及验收规范、质量检验评定标准进行验评，确保工程质量达到国家验收合格标准。

(一) 质量保证计划我司的具体措施是：严格依照ISO9001质量管理体系的程序来管理工程。

抓好设计、采购、加工及施工过程的质量，各道工序层层把关，把影响质量的因素控制在萌芽之中。
